This place has it all together, starting from receptionist, to optometrist, assistants, and Dr Sam really know how to offer world class service to their patients. I have been to other eye care doctors but none come close to the services offered by this place. LOVE this office, I since moved out of the area but find it absolutely worth the drive every year. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Anne and Judy are sooo great at helping you pick out glasses and will be honest with you and do their best to make you happy. Dr. Sam is AWESOME, and he only hires the best. Even his interns get trained so well that you dont even realize they are interns! Its beautiful there and he always has the latest trends and has a great selection from designer to affordable basics! Definitely will have something for whatever price point you are looking into. I rather pay for quality care than convenience.

Very nice and attentive staff, no doubt about. My experience though, not so great. My glasses lenses had something off with them, and they decided that it was the prescription. After consulting my Dr. they decided to lower it a little. What they failed to tell me is that they were using different material and were going to upcharge me. Nobody consulted me if I wanted the material to change or if I agreed to pay extra for it. 24 days to get my glasses and now have no choice but to pay extra because I really need them.

Excellent service. Dr. Sam worked with me on my request for bifocal lenses which allowed me to work on the computer much more easily than with my old store bought glasses. They were very patient and helped me choose a proper frame for the new lenses. I highly recommend their services and will remain a loyal customer in the future.

I have had yearly optometrist and/or ophthalmologist appointments since the age of 4. I was never completely comfortable with the doctors I saw until 10 years ago when I meet Dr. Sam. He and the other doctors at this practice are friendly, patient and very thorough. They take the time to explain everything and answer questions. The office staff is also wonderful. Each time I order contacts, they check for new products that have rebates, are getting great reviews from other users and what works with my insurance. My husband now uses this office and is a fan as well. We highly recommend Vision Care Specialists.

My family and I have been going to Vision Care Specialist for such a long time I cant even remember exactly how many years. Every single person in the office is extremely pleasant and professional from the front desk to the doctors. I have not one bad thing to say. Any questions or concerns that I have had the staff is always very detailed in answering in a way that is easily understandable . The office is very modern. Scheduling appointments is never a hassle you are taken in almost instantly when coming in for your appointment. Have an emergency? Dr. Sam went out of his way and made a special appointment to see my mom when she got Bells palsy. He took his time and explained everything we needed to know. Since then, he always remembers my mom. The staff are kind and attentive. Dr. Sam himself spent a lot of time with me to ensure I understood what was going on with my eye, and even drew a diagram to help. It can be difficulty to find a healthcare provider that takes the time to answer each persons questions and concerns, and then also follow up with you to make sure you are doing well. I have been coming to Vision Care Specialists for many years and have always found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional. They are always willing to answer any questions and I trust them with the health of my eyes. They are helpful in suggesting which frames might look best with my prescription strength (I have poor vision, so I have thick lenses!). I recently purchased a new pair of glasses with new prescription lenses and had to make a couple tweaks to the strength of the lenses. They were thorough in making sure my prescription was accurate and happy to have them sent to be corrected a second, and third time (at no fault of the doctors). They dont pressure you into purchasing new frames each year, which I think is great, because I dont need to change my frames/get new lenses necessarily each year. I also appreciate that the staff isnt constantly changing, but consistent, so you know they must enjoy where they work!

We used to just go to Vision Works or a pop in store, but the service cannot be even be compared. The doctors are great and the staff is amazing. The matched the price on my contacts so I dont have to worry about shopping around and they are extremely dependable and communicate well.

I live in a nursing home and had not had a real eye exam in many years. The care I got from the staff was AWESOME! Love my new glasses and couldnt have had a better experience! Im in a wheelchair which doesnt make things easy, but the doctors made it work!

Will not be returning to this eye care specialist. I was there a year ago for a contact lens exam. I ordered a full years supply at that time. About a month ago I went in because I ran out of contacts early and asked for a trial pair to get me by for one more month when my next exam is due. I was basically told no even though I offered to pay for the trial pair but they were willing to order me a box ( six month supply) which is ridiculously priced instead. Why would I purchase 6 months when my vision has definitely changed and would not be able to use again. Again, will not be returning here

All the staff was friendly, helpful, and informative. I felt that every staff member wanted me to walk out with a pair of glasses that I would love. I love my new glasses and they made getting them a positive and easy experience.

Ive been buying glasses for 45+years and this is by far the best vision care I have received. The entire staff reflect the outgoing personality of Dr. Sam, who is smart, informative and engaging. For the budget minded they also offer a package that fell well within my price range. Thanks as always for a great buying experience.

These guys are really great! Would highly recommend. They also carry a nice selection of frames, and (most important) do not hard press you on the expensive stuff!

This place tries hard to sell you expensive lense coatings that do not work. They made me to buy higher level of anti-dirt coating but the lenses get dirty very easily, more so than my old pairs of glasses. Also, the person who adjusted frame for me lacked attention to details and patience. She just wanted to get me out there as quickly as possible. The fit is less than optimal. I am not very happy after spending $800 there for a pair of glasses.

Im 13 years old and i went to the eye specialist he was very kind and they gave me really good contacts. you should check it out and they re did the place its so pretty!!!

They are very nice but the prescription they gave my 5 year old daughter was -3.75 right eye and she is actually 20/20. Thanks god it crossed my mind to check with a real doctor. Stay away from chains, they will try to sell you glasses even if you do not need them. The problem with glasses is that ones you wear them your sight will only go worse :( always ask for second opinion when it comes to doctors. Anyone can be wrong. Its only human.
