My husband and I have been going to Dr. Janet for about 15 years even after we moved to Florida.She is a wonderful, warm and brilliant optometrist. She keeps us informed of upcoming problems we might have. Recommends we go to specialists if we need them. The glasses sold at her office are beautiful and they are perfect.

Dr. Tseng and her staff are amazing and make sure every base is covered when it comes to eye health and vision care. I have been coming here since I got my first pair of glasses and have never been disappointed with the service. They are extremely consistent and friendly.

Everyone who works here is so nice and so knowledgeable. They know what your insurance covers before you even walk in the door. Picking out glasses is the worst and they are helpful + give their honest opinion on how thing look. Quick, easy, painless!! I was in and out in 45 min with an eye exam and selecting glasses!! 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to Clearvision for years. They are so great that even though I have moved to Vernon Hills I still take the drive to Des Plaines to use them for my eye care. Dr. Tseng, Sim and the team treat us like we are part of their family. They always take the time to listen and explain in detail what procedures they’re doing and why. They do a great job answering all your questions and going through what options and pricing would be based on your insurance and what type of contacts/eyewear you would like. I wish there was a rating of -20,because this place would receive it ! This is the absolute worse place to do business with Ive ever experienced. I arrived early and filled out the new customer paperwork .A father and son arrived after me. I was asked to let them bump ahead of me. I politely declined and the optometrist preceded to ignore my request. So with out saying I turned the ignition of my mobility scooter and backed-up and left to hopefully never return. I highly recommend you never patronize this business. And I hope this rating effects their overall score. I hope this warning helps someone to not go to this Clearvision. Thanks

Prices are steep but you get what you pay for! Premium frames, great quality lenses, expert and friendly service! Bought my glasses here just under two years ago and broke them last weekend. Totally my fault. They fixed them free-of-charge! Color me impressed.

When I first came here, Dr. Tseng saved my eyes as I was wearing way too high of a prescription. She has continuously improved my eyes under her care as my prescription has gone down on several occasions over the years. Receptionist and Doctor are very nice and knowledgeable. Reception fully explained my available benefits through my VPS and the rebates applicable to the contacts I was buying. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a letter in the mail thanking me for visiting and that they filled out my rebate forms for me, all I needed to do was attach the UPC codes from the contacts and send in for the rebate.
