I have been with Janae Brown now for 5 years. She sends me get well cards when I’ve been in the hospital. She has seen me through Open heart surgery one heart attack two hip replacements Gall bladder surgery and finally Covid 19 hospitalization. There is NO ONE!! else I will see!! She is Simply THE BEST!! Calls me personally with my lab results. Always squeezes me In if I need to see her right away. Always very good at listening to me and Caring especially after I endured Covid 19 in which I almost died from. I just simply LOVE HER! Her staff Beth her nurse, front desk Amy and the rest of the Lab are AWSOME. She or her assistants call me once a week to always check on me I have lots of health issues. I love this Clinic and would definitely recommend to every one.

Doctor Johnson is amazing I have been going to him for 4 years. He is patient kind and caring. He always listens and answers any questions or concerns I have. His nurses go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

I was visiting family in Des Moines and my 4 year old fell and split his forehead open. It was pretty obvious that he was going to need a few stitches but it was not life threatening. I called here to see if they did stitches vs doing an ER visit. The way this staff treated my toddler was top notch. They did everything possible to make him feel comfortable to prevent him from being scared. He received 3 stitches and never shed a tear due to the care he received.

I have been going to this clinic for years. I see Janae Brown and she is super sweet and listens to everything! She even makes time for me if I have an emergency! LOVE THEM!

Have been going to this clinic for 8 years. Wonderful staff and both doctors (one retired) have been excellent. Docs dont over prescribe and they make time to listen.

Always friendly staff from the folks at the front desks on to the doctors. Jenae is the best and listens to her patients concerns with obvious genuine care.

I have been going here for 15+ years.I have never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to get in.I LOVE the staff. And Dr. Johnson is an A+++++.

I had an apt with Dr Jennifer Long on Ingersoll. Show up at 5pm and she has gone. Made another apt. She her in 2 minutes. She referred me to see dermatologist for my mole on my back. Just got the bill of $307. For doing nothing? What a shame that they just want to riff off people!

When I need a new doctor they would not take me they simply said nope no new patients wow

This is a terrible clinic. Doctors do not have any urgency in their patients. I have seen Dr. Arason and Dr. Johnston and I would not recommend either. I am finding another clinic and I would recommend the same for you!I have a seizure disorder, which I would think would be important for physicians, not at this location.

I and my daughter have been going to them since October. A typical wait in the waiting room is 30 minutes. One time I waited 45 minutes. When we have had tests done, they do not respond back to you very quickly. Typically I have to call in and ask. I waited for a week for them to set up two appointments for my daughter for two specialists to do additional testing. No call. I set them up myself. On top of that....they messed up my billing with my insurance and lied about it. Said it had to be my insurance companys fault. It wasnt. It wasnt until I had my insurance company call them and tell them that they messed up that it was straightened out. I and my daughter will not be going back.

Poor service, the girls up front are ridiculously rude and nurses take too long to compete their assessments.
