If I could give zero stars I would! The technician was aggressive and hurt my daughter! Didn’t get any photos for us, not even 1!!! Proceeds to tell her she’ll have to come back another time but we still have to pay (We did get a discounted rate but still) Then Goes to send us on our way and another technician comes in to review the scans and pulls us in the room to tell us we need to go to the EMERGENCY room, fluid levels are low heartbeat is low, concerned about positioning, etc… and she is concerned!!! What?! First technician doesn’t tell us any of that and was just gonna let us leave!?! Double what!?! New Ultrasound performed and fluids are fine they are over 15 not 6, heartbeat is fine, baby is positioned fine… Talk about total panic from parents and grandparents to be, and over nothing because your technician obviously didn’t know what she was doing and didn’t report anything correctly! Not to mention anytime they brought up the cost they kept saying you got almost an hour ultrasound for such and such $’s…. Who cares if it’s not done properly?! Any cost is too much when your technician is rough and unqualified! Save your $ or go somewhere else.

Nice staff clean office, baby wouldnt cooperate with pictures but they still got decent pictures. Pricing was very reasonable for the service. If they dont get good enough pictures they give you a better deal even though its not their fault he was sleeping.

Highly recommend! Clean and friendly. We went to find out the gender of our baby at 14w4d and it was confirmed correct at the doctor at 20 weeks.

I had the best experience at Prenatal Visions yesterday. From the front desk staff, to our ultra sound tech, everything was amazing! Very comfortable setting, and they were very professional and sweet. I would highly recommend them to anybody whether youre getting an ultra sound or one of their cosmetic services!

Words cant even express how AMAZING our experience was. We made a 2.5 hour drive because it was the closest place that Offered 4D/5D ultrasounds, and Id do it again in a heart beat. First, the environment is very comfortable and the women there are so friendly. Incredibly clean. The woman who does the ultrasound is AMAZING. She was so patient with our stubborn girl. She took the time to make sure that even though our daughter wasnt cooperating, she got the best pictures. Although only my husband and I went, the room is comfortably set up to fit several more people. I can not say enough about how awesome it was. If we expand further, or even just have the extra money again, we will be back!!

We were there in November,2019 , because we are expecting our first grandchild ,we came when my daughter was 14 weeks Pregnant, so we could do a gender reveal before they moved to Hawaii ,we were very pleased, and she’s coming home for a visit in March and she will be 31 weeks we’re gonna come back and do another one , so excited, hoping to have another great experience, when we were there the two ladies working the front desk and the lady that did the ultrasound were all very friendly. Wonderful experience!

Absolutely amazing experience. We paid for the biggest package we could. I would recommend everything you can get in the bigger packages. This is a great opportunity and you dont want to cheap on it. This experience is worth it. What made it awesome for us was that they let us come back at a later date and split our package into 2 visits so the baby was 30 weeks to get better 4D pictures. I am truely greatful for that.

I cant begin to say how much this experience meant to my partner and our parents (the soon-to-be grandparents). The atmosphere was wonderful, and each and every one of the staff were so welcoming and made us feel special! Kari, the ultrasound technician, is absolutely wonderful at what she does... She has the perfect personality and skill to make it both a fun and educational experience.We are beyond grateful! Thank you!

Fantastic, totally-worth-it experience. The ultrasound technician is a certified nurse and knows very well what she is doing. The CD with pics and the DVD with the whole recorded session is great and a memory to always cherish. The space itself is comfy and pleasant, and you see the whole ultrasound on a big wall; feels like going to the movies where your baby is the main actor/actress! :)

We have been here a total of 6 times- 3 times for gender reveal at 16 weeks and 3 times for 4d ultrasound at 32 weeks for all three of our children and we absolutely LOVE this place! Kari has done our ultrasounds every time and she is amazing! It is a much better experience than having an ultrasound at the doctor. You can see your baby on the HUGE screen and it was the perfect opportunity to bond with our babies even more. We LOVED the 4d ultrasounds- seeing their faces before they come out- they all looked exactly like their 4d ultrasound picture. It is very clean and they are professional and kind. We have left feeling full of joy every single time. I love that they give you a discount when you are a returning customer and you also get a discount for shopping in their store that day. We found some cute things in the store and they recently started selling TULAS! We tell everyone about Prenatal Visions and highly recommend them to everyone. Its an awesome experience that you and your partner or you and your entire family can enjoy!

Love this place!! Went there today and felt very welcomed and so comfortable! The ultrasound tech was really nice as well! I will definitely be making another appointment when I get farther along!

When my husband and I arrived we checked in and were asked to wait. The receptionist was a bit cold. Older lady in scrubs. She told us they were running behind. We waited for about 10/15 mins. They have a nice waiting area with a small couch. I got a bit nervous thinking maybe the tech would be this lady. When we saw the family before us come out children running wild my anxiety was at a high. We were called in next by a sweet younger Asian gal, she was our tech. She was wonderful! Made the whole experience a fun and exciting event for my husband and I. Would recommend this place to anyone really wanting a great experience of seeing your child in 3D. We got a flash drive and a cd of the whole ultrasound we used at our gender reveal party! We also got a Monkey (we purchased) with our babys heartbeat inside. We got a free bag of formula and coupons. Was a really good day to look back on and defiantly worth the money! We are even thinking about going back, same pregnancy, with our discount for the same pregnancy.

This place is amazing! The tech takes her time and works with the baby. I had a great experience! The shop is WAY to pricey though.

Prenatal Visions was a wonderful experience. The ladies instantly welcomed you in a nice clean shop! The ultrasound tech was awesome and polite. Also a nice setting in the rooms.Very inexpensive for an Ultrasound! Best first time experience!

We made a visit on 4/20/2019The lady who was working the front desk had absolutely no customer service skills. Was VERY rude. You should think about getting somebody else to run your front desk.

This place is amazing. I originally made an appointment at this little piggy ultrasound for Sunday the 24th of September, but the gal had to cancel last minute because she was sick so I called them today around 1120ish and asked if they had any appointments available for today or tomorrow and she asked if I was in the area and she got me in at 11:45!!! They were all super nice and they didn’t give away the gender, as I’m having a gender reveal party next week to find out the gender! There was a super comfy bed to lay on, and then there were comfy cushioned benches that could seat maybe 10-15ish people? My boyfriend wasn’t able to attend as he is out of town for work, but they give you a dvd to take home of your ultrasound so he still gets to experience it with me!!! im so happy I came here and I will definitely be back in my third trimester to be able to see my little munchkin again. I recommend to anyone who is wanting to find out the gender early and they have a super cute little shop also and have an adorable selection of baby items!!

We scheduled our appointment at Prenatal Vision because we were anxious to see our first babys face. They exceeded our expectations. The dr. that performed our ultrasound was so professional, knowledgeable and so nice! The atmosphere is very professional and their reception area is very cute! We bought the $140 dollar package and received color photos on a cd as well as a bunch of black and white photos. We also received a sample bag with a bunch of goodies for baby such as two 8oz. Enfamil formulas as well as other goodies. Definitely worth every penny! I would recommend them to anyone. They made my day when I was able to see our little babys face.

I had the misfortune of meeting Kari the other day. What an evil, vile, small petty little woman. She should remember that she represents her business no matter whether she is in the office or not. She is really a poor excuse of a human being.
