Great staff and technicians. I feel fortunate to have them help me through my many appointments. Nearly all paperwork/admin tasks have been streamlined and can be completed online/by app when it’s convenient. The appointments themselves are always efficient, and pleasant.

It was a convenient place to get to and the staff there were all A+ people, Very friendly and efficient.I had a cat scan taken of my lungs and from the time I parked my car to the time I got back in my car was literally no more than 15 minutes. Went in to get 1st mammogram- mind u Im thinking it was going to be like vice grips lol the machine is state of the art superb this was so easy and sure there is a small amt of pressure but no pain! The tech that helped me was so nice she put me at ease with any anxious feeling I had. Just an overall great experience!

Arrived early to check in. The nurse assisting me was friendly and put me at ease. She explained the procedure and asked if I wanted anything repeated or explained. The ladies putting in my information made a mistake and didnt double check their work. Thank goodness the nurse read over the information with me and the mistake was found and corrected. The doctor was wonderful and explained everything she was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend this team.

Doctor sent me for an x-ray on a walk-in basis, and Iowa Radiology Downtown worked me in with only a short wait. The check-in crew were quick and courteous. Ditto for the x-ray tech. By lunchtime the results were posted in the Unity Point app. Top notch service, Id say.

Had appointment at 11, left after 1pm. Was told someone would call to schedule next apt within 24 hours still no call 2 days later. Called to try to make the appointment myself there were no orders sent so I wasn’t able to schedule biopsies. No one seems to know what’s going on there. Still waiting🤔

I was very nervous for my mammogram. The ladies at the front desk were kind, sweet & friendly. The tech I had was amazing, she informed me of everything & was concerned about my comfort level. They made it a very positive experience for me.

Went for a CT scan, ultrasound and biopsy all different appointments and each time had great experiences. Each one I had extremely friendly and helpful staff and the Interventional Radiologist that did my biopsy went above and beyond as did the ultrasound tech.. With so much riding in each of these things it was awesome to have the people I did at each one.

Top notch service from all the staffI was running late but I wasnt delayed at all.They got me right in and my results were posted within a couple of hours.

Waiting for results is NOT fun. At Iowa Radiology I got the mammogram at 11:00 and my results were posted on my Unity Point portal in just a few hours. The team was helpful and respectful.

Every time I have been here over the course of several years- there is a very limited wait time. Check-in is quick, staff is friendly and wait time is literally only minutes. This is very helpful when the patient is a young child that doesnt feel well and needs a chest x ray and time has already been spent at the pediatrician and then referred to this office. I have been very pleased each time I have been here. Great service. Thank you.

Came in for a Bone Destiny at the request of Dr Covert. Receptionist was very professional and friendly. Got in right away. Tech explained everything that was going to happen. We even discuss cats.

Making my initial appt, the wait, the the appt itself was great. I was able to get in within a week to my ideal time. The trouble came in when they found a difference between my scan and the prior. Then, all of a sudden, I can only go to the Clive clinic (you would think people would be available at the hospital of all places to read a scan) and I can only get a decent time two weeks out. So, at a time when they introduce worry the most, I have to wait the longest to get in. Now I get to worry for over 2 weeks or find somewhere else to go. Great place to go if you dont need/expect any follow up. :(
