I have had threading done to my eyes. There was not much difference even after 3 months. So Dr Lisa redid them for me at no charge. She is very professional and knowledgeable and wants you to be happy. I have found her staff to be helpful too. I will continue to see her for any updates that are needed.

This place is the real deal and Im so happy to not have to drive to Boston for these types of services. I consider myself knowledgeable in many of the spa services provided and Ive seen providers all over the country. Ive gotten real results from the Pico Laser treatments and facials that Ive received. The customer service has been very good as well. Do yourself a favor and try this place.

Dr. Lisa is amazing in how she uses science and art to create beautiful results for you. I would highly recommend her!I also had another treatment, the Venus treatment . Apparently it takes a while to see significant results. Im still waiting on the final verdict for this treatment, but remain hopeful.

Nice office but overpriced, unprofessional and dishonest. Had a consult and was told Id get a call back in a few days after the Dr. reviewed the proposed treatment plan and would get added discounts. Almost 2 weeks later and nothing...Had to call in and ask what was going on. Got some excuse and was told Id need to make another appointment to speak to Danielle. She finally called me and basically said that the Dr. approved the plan....really? shocker. When asked about pricing I was told the prices I was given at the consult were it and then proceeded to give me excuses as to why it took almost 2 weeks for them to do essentially nothing and not call me. What a joke. Dont waste your time here on some snake oil sales pitch and fake discounts. Plenty of other reputable places in the area.

Jeff is a true professional and makes you feel completely at ease. The Spa is remarkably clean, sterile and impeccably designed. I have had several treatments at Renew, Gainswave and EMsculpt. The staff always great you with a smile. The treatment rooms are comfortable and relaxing. Today I had a treatment with Danielle, very professional and set me at ease. Continued with some EMsculpt and finished my treatments with the Priapus Shot with Victor and Joana. The procedure was quick and painless. Victor and Joana treated me with kindness and were very attentive. I cant say enough about the place. Impeccably clean and designed. The staff are true professionals that give you 100% attention and answer any questions on the menu of procedures and treatments the spa offers. Dr. Lisa must be very proud!

It’s a bit of a drive for me almost 4 1/2 hours. But they are the only ones doing laser for my toenail fungus. Treatment seems to be working. Joanne is great and a joy to work with. Very friendly and clean environment.

I am thrilled with the results of my Ultherapy and it was done in a very professional fashion. The facility if beautiful, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing.My consult was informative and comfortable.The one area I would like to see improvement is the friendliness at the front desk and over the phone. I felt rushed and unheard when I had questions about scheduling and timing issues. My perception is that the staff feel put out by having to answer calls and do scheduling. A designated receptionist might help.

If you have a teen that is breaking out on their face with unwanted, embarrassing acne, please go see Felicia, she has a “teen facial”, that will have your child asking to go back. Calming room, lights, soft music, they May fall asleep,. Felicia makes them feel comfortable and diligently performs the facial (I won’t reveal too much)… you must go to find out!!!

This was my first visit and I was extremely pleased with the clean facility and professional demeanor of the staff.

Even though I watch what I eat, have lost weight and kept it off, I know its hard to believe with all the restaurants I have visited, exercise regularly and try to get enough sleep, I still struggle to loose around areas I cant have build up.I tried a procedure and spoke to the young woman who performed it. I have noticed some results, but, I havent seen the side by side photos yet. We did talk about and she gave me advice about diet, exercise and she didnt pressure me into more procedures.

OH !MY!GOSH! I cannot say ENOUGH great things about this place! I absolutely LOVE JoAna and the natural looking , beautiful job she does with my toxins. The amount of knowledge she has is so impressive, also having decades of experience as a nurse, she REALLY takes great care of you! The spa itself is very clean and pretty inside :) I recommend highly going in for a free consult and if you are thinking of botox or any kind of toxin, JoAna is amazing!!

Always an amazing experience here! The staff is professional, yet very welcoming. I came here seeking an effective acne treatment. Dr. Lisa is the only person to clear it up completely! She is both well trained and compassionate towards her clients. 10/10 recommend!

First of all, the quality of their work has no quality. I had a filler done which was like $1,500 together and the results..... NONE! I was told by Dr Lisa that I needed to have another one which would cost me another $750 in order to see an improvement. When I called to speak with the technician who did my Botox she did not return my phone calls or email in regards to a question I had. When I went from my second session of Botox, I explained to the technician which I will not name that I was not happy with the procedure I had done a few months ago and she said she would relay the message to Dr Lisa . I never heard back from Dr Lisa nor do I expect to. They had their new spa looking all great and fancy but they totally are not professional. I will not be returning thats for sure! And please do not respond to this. I dont need your sympathy!!!

2020 had done a number on my face age wise. I had been trying different products hoping to hide it and decided to move forward with a more cosmetic approach. Upin entering the spa, I was taken back by the beauty and serene atmosphere. I had Joana as my injector. She took the time to ask me about my goal and educate me on how she was going to achieve this for me. I am a goal-oriented person, so I knew right then that I was in the best hands. Wow!! The salon was the most beautiful place I had ever been. The art work on the walls made me feel like I was in an enchanted forest. Lisa is very skilled provider and administered my Juvéderm injections herself with a cannula. The product is difficult to administer in this area but Lisa is true professional. I made a special trip from Texas to meet with her, so glad I did.

I came in for a filler appointment and Dr Lisa gave me a liquid facelift. I was truly amazed with the results, very natural.The new location is beautiful and the staff is professional and friendly.

Dr. Lisa does not care if you are unhappy with treatments. I paid $1200 for a Trusculpt treatment and saw zero results.I was not told I needed a second treatment until after I saw no result with the first. I was also not happy with my Botox treatment by Dr. Lisa. Saw no result. I was happy with the job she did on my lips but the rest was a total waste of money! Don’t get the Trusculpt unless you plan on getting two rounds of it. The communication with her staff is not good. I drove an hour in a snowstorm, for Trusculpt appointment, only to be told the machine was down and I had to reschedule. They do not keep track of what I had for credits and I was given wrong information by two different people. I was told I had a credit for my lips injection so I scheduled my appointment and when I got there Lisa said I didn’t have a credit and would have to pay. She gets good reviews because she is a good injector but she is bad at communication and if you aren’t happy with anything she will just tell you to pay more money for another treatment. Don’t do it. Terrible customer service.

I had an amazing experience with Renew MediSpa and especially with Dr. Lisa. Being 50, I wanted to look as good on the outside as I felt on the inside and my genetics were not having it :) Dr. Lisa took the time to understand my areas of improvement and we together, were able to formulate a plan of what I needed in order to accomplish it. She and her team are rockstars! I have had a few procedures such as an Instalift, Botox and lip fillers. I have never felt better about myself and my look is so natural! Not only is she a board-certified doctor, she is also an artist. I love that they have payment plans and promotions to make it more affordable.

Before I started seeing Sophia for my hydrafacials I was at a loss with my skin. Regular facials here and there weren’t giving me the results I needed and Sophia suggested a hydrafacial and I’ll never go back! She is so knowledgeable and helped to guide me in the direction of the right products for my specific skin type. I came in for mint thread lifting and Dr. Lisa was a very caring I was very excited about this new procedure. It was very exciting to see the results right away and I tell all my friends and family I can’t wait to go back to see dr Lisa on my follow up appointment. 😁

My review is certainly not favorable. The treatment that was recommended for me not only didnt get results but cost almost $3,000.I was given an option of doing a different treatment with Dr Lisa or get 1/2 my money refunded. I scheduled with Dr Lisa and took several days off from work for healing. The time of the appointment Dr Lisa wasnt even in the office that day and I wasnt even notified. I decided to received the refund instead. My refund was less that 1/3 of the money agreed upon. Not to mention my loss of wages.Money trumps customer service in this office. I was truly conned!!

I’ve had lip injections many times, at many places, before coming here. I drive 2 1/2 hours to get there because Dr. Lisa does the best job.

After some research on best way besides wax for facial hair removal... I decided to try the fact I also threading!! I would be lying if I said it didnt hurt, but not as much as waxing and my entire face/neck was done in 30 min!! She was awesome!! I will be back

I decided to try the laser treatment for wrinkles as it was on sale for $100. That was over a month ago and enough time has passed to see results. There were no results unless one can call absolutely no change a result. I should also mention that I told the technician about an old scar on.my face and said that various plastic surgeons have said nothing can be done about it due to.its location over a nerve. The technician hit the scar with the laser anyway and it was agonizing, and shocking, as she did not tell me what she was going to do before she did it. This was a total waste of money and also the receptionist was unfriendly to say the least, to the point at which I almost walked out. I should have. Dont waste your money at this place. It is a scam.

I love the result it is strong enough to make me look refreshed and 10 years younger but subtle enough that people around me are not like wow what did you do! After calling Dr. Lisa directly on her cell phone to refer a friend, who by the way spent over a thousand dollars at her spa so far, I was told by her that I would be getting a $75 referral discount. Both my friend I. As it was my friend’s first time getting a Botox she asked me to go with her, at the end of the procedure she received her discount as discussed on the phone. A couple of weeks later I called to schedule an appointment for my Botox and was expecting to get my discount since that is what I was told. I arrived 5 minutes early and was told the Doctor was running behind, after waiting for almost 40 minutes I finally said I could only wait for another 5 minutes before having to leave for my daughters gymnastics class as she was with me as well.She finally saw me with no apologies and a mad face, and once the treatment was done in about 5 minutes she rushed out the room because more people were already waiting for her, that’s when I brought up my discount, and she shortly and rudely replied it was for 15% which is QUITE different than what I was told by HER on the phone. Once I got to the reception I asked for the total which was more than I was expecting to have to pay at this point. I kindly asked the receptionist to please double check with the doctor for the discount amount because I am still sure was for $75 since that is what she gave my friend right in front of me, after the receptionist went into a side room and left the door open, the Doctor rudely left the room and walked passed me and didn’t even look as she said ‘15% that is it.Since there were people waiting and I didn’t have time to be arguing I just paid for it and went on my way. But right away I decided to call the office and asked to speak to her further and resolve this. I was told by the receptionist that she understood my point and would have the doctor call me back, which never happened, which is part of the reason why I’m leaving a review. And also because she hurt me and I was bleeding when I left the office and hurting for 3 days after I left there and I’m not really happy with my results, since it only lasted for about 3 months (Im updating my review)This showed just how much she’s dishonest, rude, and not trustworthy. What else is she saying that cannot be taken into account? Who knows if the products is what they claim to be? And plus, as a Doctor she should be more respectful and treat her patients with care and joy! There’s none of that there!I’ll be looking for another place to go for my treatments because I’m done spending my time and money with people who clearly don’t care about you.Very disappointing but I hope this serves to warn some people.
