Shes been able to fix any ache, soreness or knot Ive ever had and knows exactly where it hurts just by feeling with her hands. And dont let her petite size fool you - her hands can tackle anything! Shes extremely knowledgeable and will teach you the proper stretches to keep your muscles feeling their best. Shes also one of the sweetest people I know and is fun to talk to, but will let you have your peace and quiet if you like. My husband purchased a gift card for my birthday a few months back. I finally got in today, thinking that I just needed a relaxing massage. But after reviewing my notes and discussing some of my lower, hamstring and piriformis issues, Jenna suggested that she focus on those areas to start and worked on realigning me and releasing those terribly tight muscles. I cant believe how much relief I have this evening. Ive already scheduled my next appointment.

Ive gone to Just Breathe for 3 years now. Jenna is an amazing massage therapist and teacher. She fixed my neck problem to where I am pain free now! Also, all my little aches and pains that develop she massages right out of me! Her knowledge of essential oils is amazing. Ive started diffusing them in my home and theyve helped me with allergies, headaches, and eliminating cold symptoms. Also, ask for the clove and orange facial - simply amazing!
