I’ve never had any issues. Staff seem overworked and tired but always do their jobs. Gone out of their way to help me on multiple occasions.

I have had nothing but pleasent experience from the employees. They have helped me many times to get info needed and help with insurance. They always get your prescription filled ASAP. Always. A much better experience than any other Pharmacy I have used.

I went to Walmart pharmacy today to fill my prescription. I was leaving for Alabama the next day. The Indian pharmacist refused to fill my prescription because its out of state. I had to take it to Sams club in Concord (because I wanted the generic version that Walmart carries). The Sams Club pharmacist checked the PMP, called my doctor in Alabama and filled it with NO PROBLEM. I started at 11:00 am at Derry, then checked CVS, Walgreens, Shaws etc. By the time I got my prescription at Sams Club and got home, it was 4:00 PM. I am never having my prescriptions filled at Derry Walmart again. I wasted a whole day because he didnt want to do his job. That Indian pharmacist can go pound sand... never again.

Everyone is great except for Dave. He thinks it’s funny to make elderly customers cry and insult costumers and for some reason the pharmacy manager lies for him all the time even though there are multiple witnesses. It’s unfortunate she lets employees treat customers that way.

Worst pharmacy in Derry! Place works in turtle mode!!!! Every time My Doctor called my script in and hours later I go to pick it up it’s still not ready
