Helpful and knowledgeable staff. I got my contacts here, for the first time ever. Their training/educational content about contacts made getting smooth at inserting & removing them SO easy.

Today was my first visit to Emery Eye Care and it was a 100% positive experience. Everyone in the office was friendly, courteous and professional. Dr Emery is friendly, he explained everything in a professional, easy to understand manner and did a great job of listening as well.

Great optometrists. I had Dr. Emery and my boyfriend had Dr. Nelson. They have awesome promotions and their exams are very quick. Such an easy process and lovely staff, all very friendly. Gorgeous office:)

Excellent, knowledgeable staff who seem to genuinely care about the health of my eyes. They have great technology onsite for imaging the inside of the eye, which provides incredible detail allowing the doctors to monitor any areas of concern. The Eye Center in Derry has a fairly good selection of frames, and the staff were very helpful in explaining all the different options that are available for the lenses. Since my prescription hasn’t changed that much, I’m getting a pair of office glasses that are perfectly suited for working in front of a computer all day. I will definitely continue to go there, and I highly recommend them.

There is no other doctor like Dr. Emery that I would even consider going to. Dr. Emery is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough in his exams. He always explains everything in terms I can understand. He always treats me with respect and friendliness and very easy to talk to about anything in the eye exam. I would highly recommend Opticare Eye Center.

Dr Nelson was amazing with my 9 yr old son!! The front desk staff was so friendly. And Linda was great at selected just the right pair of glasses for my son. And making him feel confident in them ! I made my daughter an appt and my husband and I are next. Great staff😊

I have been seeing Diane for as long as I can remember and she has always taken good care of my eyes. Always on time, very professional. Never any issues with prescriptions, always spot on. My husband and I moved to a new area and needed a new optometrist. After searching around we settled on Emery Eye Care. Dr. Nelson is just amazing! She is excited about what she does and she has great personal care for her patients. My husband was having issues getting a correct contact fit and had just about given up. Dr. Nelson really helped to fit him with contacts that he couldnt even feel. Shes great and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a great optometrist!

Ive been seeing Dr Nelson for as long as I can remember and I would never consider going anywhere else! I recently arrived late to an appointment, not only did she still fit me in, but I was in and out within 40 minutes, eye exam, new pair of glasses and a year of lenses. Dr. Diane Nelson is amazing, it is too bad that her office staff is incompetent. Called Jan 1st and made an appointment with new insurance for the new year. Office staff asked if I would like a call if I was not covered at their office under this new plan, I said absolutely. Appointment was not available for 2 weeks, waited the entire time without any contacts as I had run out. Finally my appointment day comes, get to the office, and they let me know THEN that they do not accept my insurance, but that they do have 15% off for patients without insurance. Claim they called and left a message (which they did not) the day prior. Even if they did attempt to call, why was it only the DAY BEFORE an appointment that was made two weeks prior. Extremely frustrating to say the least, and not the first negative experience I have had with the office staff.

Very clean, friendly, professional and thorough. Both Dr. Nelson and Dr. Emery are great! Up-to-date technology is used for exams and recordkeeping. We had to go elsewhere for a few years due to an insurance change but were glad to be back!!
