I have never Dealt with incompetent billing people that you cannot reach them sending me a bill for no reason trying to get a hold of them to re-process the claim? Bad experience altogether …
Three times Ive been to this Quest location and all three times were horrible. Rude employees and SO disorganized. HORRIBLE... TERRIBLE
The customer service in this location is terrible. Weve been bringing our daughter there for 5 years 2x a month and today they decided they were too busy and told us for no reason that we should start going somewhere else because its way too busy for them to handle. They were very rude about it. I cant tell you how often ive gone in there and noone is there. They have gotten very lazy. Do yourself the favor and Stay away.
They did a fine job as far as lab work but you would think that they would know if theyre in your insurance network and warn you if they arent. I now have a $1,500 bill instead of $150. I even asked before I had the first set of lab work done and they said that they had the correct insurance information. Ill be sure to go out of my way to avoid ever going there again.
