HAAS DENTAL IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It was the first time visit for our youngest son and we had an awful experience at another dentist with our oldest son last year, so we were really hoping all the great reviews they have were gonna hold true.1st impression of there parking lot and property was awesome. They have an ice cream truck with free ice cream,outdoor games, a bubble blowing machine and a colorfully painted walkway. Walking inside the boys immediately noticed a board welcoming them personally with their names written on it. They were so excited they asked if I could take a picture of it, and then (Dotty) came out and offered to take the picture so we could all get in it.Then she (Dotty) introduced herself to the boys by getting down to their level and talking to them. She did an amazing job showing them around and making them feel so comfortable. The waiting area and the rooms are all colorfully decorated and there are flat screens everywhere with cartoons playing. They even have a TV mounted to the celing above each exam chair for the kids to watch. Ice cream on the way out was the cherry on top!I could go on for hours and still not say everything about how amazing this place is. Dotty and Dr Jim, and Marsha were all fantastic, profession, kind and all made my boys feel at ease. They cant wait to go back. Thank you all so much.

Great crew here working at a great facility. We have two adults and three children visiting the dental center, the pediatric dental center, and the orthodontic center. The crew is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Expectations are set and met. Questions are answered. Pricing is established and maintained. And the care is gentle and achieves great results using state of the art technology. We have plenty of places much closer to our home, but this is worth the 35 minute drive.

Haas Dental Associates are most definitely the EPITOME of childs dental care. My granddaughters have been patients for over 3 years and each visit is looked forward to with eager anticipation by both girls. Weve had everything from rebuilding teeth to fillings to cleanings and NEVER a tear is shed or fear displayed by either one of the girls. Dr. Haas, KUDOS to YOU and your PROFESSIONAL staff for a job well done, keep on keepin on, you guys are GREAT....

Dotty was great with my son. He was less than impressed but her level of professionalism and patience was profound. Every person I encountered looked like they genuinely loved their job and interacted with my son. He loved seeing the “tooth fairy” in the tutu too! Thanks again for being so great!!

Dr Jim is wonderful with my daughter. They know how to deal with autistic kids. She is very scared of the dentist and they are great with her. They explain everything they are going to do. I will never take her anywhere else. I am so glad she goes there. The staff are awesome. Very polite and treat you with respect. I would definitely recommend Hass dental.

The staff is incredible with children and professional at the same time. If you have an active child or a child who doesnt like going to the dentist, I highly recommend. Office is very clean and they were able to fit us in for an urgent appointment. So relieved we found this dentist!

Only giving them 2 stars instead if 1 since I liked the hygienists over the years. The office staff is below par at best. The office manager, Chrissy Coruth, cancelled my appointment the night prior after office hours from a private number. Just goes to show just how unprofessional the staff mus be when directed by such a terrible example. I wouldnt recommend this office to my worst enemy.

Haas Dental Associates is absolutely amazing with my kids 6&10. They take their time to explain what each tool does and what they are about to do. The staff is friendly and make sure that the kids are comfortable as possible. They also have a emotional support dog, Betty, that hangs out during the procedure so that the child can pet the dog to relieve stress and anxiety. The dental staff is quick and thorough. The receptionists are welcoming and knowledgeable. The whole visit is amazing as soon as you get there and my kids love going now!

We’ve been going to Haas Dental for years. My son loves the staff and care there. They make everything so easy and not scary for the little kids. Even when my son had to have three teeth pulled, they took extremely good care of him. We are so appreciative of everyone there. Highly recommend.

Everyone at Haas is amazing. We’ve been going here since my son had a dental emergency when he was a toddler. All the staff are extremely patient and kind. My son has had Bri as his hygienist for his last several visits and she is great. She so patient with his numerous questions and is able to calm him when he’s nervous. Everyone we’ve ever dealt with has been the wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Always a great experience! The text reminders are so helpful, staff so cheerful and inviting and the office is Gorgeous. Any questions or concerns I’ve raised have all been addressed professionally and in a timely manner.My kids enjoy so much they get mad they have to wait six whole months to return!

It was our first time here, I called in the morning because my two year old daughter had fallen and chipped her front tooth. They were very accommodating and got her in that day. The appointment went well, everyone was very nice and professional. Overall a good experience.

This place and ALL of the staff here are so AMAZING. We got a referral here for my daughter from our actual dentist and I cannot say enough great things. Our family loves Haas dental! In the past my 3yr old daughter has had incredible anxiety surrounding dental visits. They have always been very understanding and patient with her. Even with the most resistant behavior, Dr. Jim and his staff keep their cool and move forward without batting an eye. Everyone is very sweet, friendly and child focused. They are absolutely amazing! Chalk,bubble machine, children games in the parking lot. My son had so much fun going there and they made it such a fun welcoming experience. The ladies working there had fun crazy hair and were nothing less of awesome!

My children have been patients at Haas Dental Associates for years and received excellent from their dental and orthodontic practice. This week my son injured his tooth and was in pain, we arrived at the office without an appointment. We were seen right away by a dentist, X-rays were taken and we also were provided a second opinion by another dentist at the practice. They were not able to save the tooth so they administered pain medicine and scheduled us to be seen immediately by an oral surgeon who agreed with their diagnosis. We received excellent care and the dentists took time to answer all of our questions.

We absolutely love Haas Dental, they make going to the dentist an enjoyable experience for myself an especially my girls! Every staff member we have interacted with always has a smile, is so kind,courteous and great with my daughters! My girls absolutely love Dottie an Bri, cant say enough good things about the entire staff!

What a wonderful experience! It was my sons first appointment and I was thinking about changing because it is a half hour away from home. However, after our excellent experience we will definitely be staying! So quick and easy! Braydon was called by his name and was treated so kindly. They checked and cleaned his teeth. The woman who cleaned his teeth (I didn’t catch the name) was very informative and efficient! Then leaving we got to play with bubbles, toys in the shade and even went home with a balloon! Plus the hot dog was delicious :) we had such a lovely time and I am eager to go back. In fact, I’m going to get myself an appointment here! Seriously fun for the whole family!

We have been going to Haas for about 6 years. We moved over an hour away, but kept them because they are so good with the kids. Our girls actually enjoy visiting this dentist, and the practice doesnt have a habit of filling teeth that are healthy to drum up more charges.

It was amazing. My 6 year old has been affected by the virus bad and has extreme anxiety and not let anyone touch her. You guys made it perfect and wasnt scared at all. Kudos.

The place is just Heaven for children!All the Staff, Doctors, nurses, assistants and specially Betty are great! My child had an accident and he had to have an extraction, and they were amazing calming him, distracting him. I have no words to describe the excellency of the clinic.

I had an appt scheduled already, but before the date, my tooth really started hurting. When I realized I couldn’t last until my appt, I called and they got me in for an emergency appt very quickly.My issue was diagnosed and I’m on the mend already.I appreciate Haas Dental’s attentiveness and customer service.

We had an amazing experience!! My daughter is 5, nonverbal, and autistic. First time at a dentist office, I was so nervous! Her dental hygienist, I think her name was Dotty, was absolutely perfect! Patient, kind, and high spirits! She kept saying how proud she is of her, and put me at such ease for our visit! The dentist as well was so patient and nothing but positive!! I honestly am so excited to have found a dentist so awesome for my daughter, she did so amazing and was so brave thanks to the incredible employees! Super clean and kid friendly as soon as you walked in! Absolutely 10/10 recommend this place!!!

We love it here. Everyone is so friendly. The only downfall I will say is that we have to wait until August to get a cavity filled. I wish there were more openings. However still recommend them to everyone who asks!

My 3 year old daughter was very nervous to go to the dentist after meeting with a dentist in Hudson. I cannot believe how she got right up on the chair and did not cry or try and get down once. We moved to Hudson from Lynn Mass and I have to say this has to be the best dentist I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly and I have never brought my children to a dentist we’re they have a therapy dog which is also there to help the little ones if they are nervous .That’s a perfect idea!! My child has ASD, autism spectrum disorder, and the staff at Hass Dental Associates are always calm and patient with him. It is a huge relief knowing that he will be treated well and will compassion. Staff make a real effort to accommodate his anxiety. Even when restraining is needed they are still super calm and talk to him to let him know what is happening every step of the visit. They never do anything that is not necessary or cant be put off to another visit, if he is not having the best day. Thank you to the staff for understanding and just amazing.

Super welcoming and kid friendly. My daughter has had multiple health issues since birth and is not great with new doctors and they knew exactly how to read her and engage without her shutting down. Very happy with our experience.

We had to bring my daughter in to get 8 small cavities filled and we decided to use their pediatric anesthesiologist group. Everyone was beyond great when my daughter was very upset right before they started. It made me feel so comfortable leaving her even when she was having a hard time. They are so kind gentle and professional and we will be switching to them now for our routine work!

I am overwhelmed at how wonderful this dentist office is! The staff is wicked sweet and friendly and they know how to talk to kiddos. The office is warm and inviting especially with the beautiful paintings on the windows and the welcome written in chalk on the sidewalk outside. They were so patient and calm with my daughter. I first came to Haas Dental for my son who had some anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Jim and his hygienist were very patient with my son. We decided to be proactive for my son’s teeth and met with Dr. Kramer, Haas’ orthodontist, as well.She and her staff have been incredibly wonderful with my son. They explain every step to him and answer all of his many questions. I can say that he is no longer anxious going to the orthodontist and the dentist. Dr. Kramer has such a calm presence that I have finally taken the steps to get my teeth fixed as well!I would highly recommend Dr. Kramer and Haas Dental.

I have been bringing my daughter to Hass Dental since she was 1 and she is now 12. She started going to thier orthodontics department a couple of years ago. We live about 45 min away and I still driver her there for everyone appointment. We have always been treated kindly and greatly appreciate all of Haas Dental. I have even referred family and friends to them!

My 2 year old just had her 1st visit to Haas and we will definitely be returning! Our hygienist Laurie and the Doctor were warm, friendly, patient and thorough. The office is so cute and super clean! My daughter was not a fan of the dentist and she felt so comfortable here and I loved it I decided to switch my son over also I live about 30 min away and prefer it either way

I really enjoy taking my little one here. The dental assistants are always friendly and never make me feel rushed. They are kind when I have questions and gently provide me with any needed information.

I obviously made the right choice picking Hass Dental Associates. Everyone was professional and made me feel comfortable. I had a great visit and looking forward to my next appointment.

My son went to HAAS for extensive work on his baby teeth.Crowns, spacers etc. he had to be put under due to all the work that needed to be done. I was very unhappy with the them. My son and I were sent out of the office to soon after the procedure. He was heavily sedated andI believe they let us leave too soon. My son was crying and irrational.I had to sit in their parking lot for 15 mins trying to get him calmed down.When I thought he was fine I belted him in and proceeded to drive home to Nashua. My son took his seat belt off and tried to open the door on the highway. He was 6 years old at the time.I never received a follow up call from them. They took my 5,000 dollars + and then I never even received a follow up call from them or anything.I now take my son to Nashua Dentistry for all his exams and cleanings.One of his spacers is broken that HAAS put in and I reached out to themto see if they would replace it because they did the original work.Nashua Family Dentistry does not do that type of work.I no longer have dental insurance because I lost my job of 26 years due to COVID.I spoke to the receptionist who put me on hold. I asked her if this is something they would replace because they of course as I said did the work.They now want $482.00 to fix the spacer and perhaps more after they do an exam which is not needed because he has them done every 6 months at Nashua Family and they have all the x-rays.I am very unhappy with the whole experience. I asked them if I could have the list of all the work that was done because I am in search of a new office to fix his spacer and they told me they would only provide me with x-rays. Well I found my paper work and will provide it to a new office.I would have to say that the overall experience was unsatisfactory.I worked in customer service and I am very unhappy with office.

I absolutely hate that you wouldn’t let both parents in. I think that’s thoroughly mean and scary. Those are the two people kids feel safest with. Covid or not you need to change that policy and fix it. No set of parents should have to decide which one goes in and which one gets stuck outside crying because they can’t be with their child. Just hope you take good care of my child. Cause this isn’t right and it’s thoroughly hurtful!
