This is the best optometrist office Ive ever been to. Dr. Branstetter is hilarious and bubbly, which isnt common for an optometrist. She is definitely one of the reasons this place is highly rated. The entire staff was personable and acted like they were happy to see you. They definitely have a way of making you feel welcome. The office is very clean and organized. This is the best choice you could make if youre looking for an eye doctor.

From the time I made my appointment to the time of my appointment the staff was VERY friendly and warm. Dr. Carr is sweet and funny and explained everything in a way that was super easy to understand and on top of that, made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

Our whole family of 4 has been a patient of Dr Branstetter for many years. The office staff you see first are all so nice and make you feel comfortable.The other staff that have their jobs to test you before you see Dr Branstetter do an excellent job as well.Once you see Dr Branstetter you will understand why she is awesome. Dr. Branstetter was recommended to me by the eye doctor in my old home town. He couldnt have found anyone better for me! We have been going to this eye doctor for over twenty years. Dr Sparks does a great job and is very entertaining. The staff is very nice and professional. They have great deals in contacts. They have a huge selection of frames to chose from. They would be perfect if they had more specials to save you money on glasses. We always have a great experience at this office. Dr Branstetter even met us there after hours when my daughter had something in her eye that was scratching it. Wonderful place!

This is the best office Ive ever been to! Dr. Carr is great with kids! This is the first place Ive been to that has given me all the information I need about my eyes and what to watch for, ex. retina detachment. Im very comfortable asking questions, which they are more than willing to answer. They are very up-to-date on the newest research as well. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Branstetter is the most thorough and professional eye doc Ive ever had. Her staff is happy and accommodating and make every visit a comfortable experience. Dr. B recently sent me to see a cataract surgeon and he was amazed at the size and thoroughness of the background material sent by Branstetter & Sparks to his office. Ive moved around a lot and have had many optometrists. None compare to Branstetter & Sparks. Dr.Carr is great, I have no complaints with her and her assistant, there optical department on the other hand is not so great, I have no need to argue with you, or be talked to like a child... I wont be returning my business and encouraging my family to find somewhere else to go

Dr Laura Branstetter and Dr Jennifer Carr are fantastic Doctors and wonderfull human beings!Two weeks ago I start to have problems with my right eye... I waited out for 3 days and noticed It got worse.. so it was like around 4:30 in one afternoon I start googling optometrist in Derby and saw Eye to Eye on the net and saw that they close at 5:00.. I was not sure if they would be able to see me if I called in but decide to do it anyways.. when I call, the staff member who answered the phone was very friendly.. I had explain to her what was going on with my right eye and wanted to know if a doctor will be able to see me that day... she put me on hold and just a few seconds later someone I believe her name was susan answered the phone and told me I could come in and a doctor will see me..:) I went there and met doctor Jennifer Carr and her assistant.. they were wonderfull and caring and very cheerfull!:) they told me what was going on and what was amazin was that before I left the office, Doctor Jennir Carr had told me if my condition gets worse I could call the office at anytime!! I was truly amazed that how much they cared for their patients!!! So a few days later my condition got a little worse and it was Sunday 3:30 in the morning I remember what Doctor Jennifer Carr had told me and decide to call in about what I should do about my eye... I left a message for afterhours emergencys and 5 minutes later Doctor Laura Branstetter called me back and said she was the Doctor on calls for that morning.. I explain what was going on with my eye and she said she would be happy to see me at 8:00 oclock that Sunday morning! I was very amazed that she was able to come in on a Sunday morning and see me!!!! So I went to the office that morning met Doctor Laura Branstetter... she is the most amazin Doctor and human being I have ever met!! She was so caring and made sure that I understood what was going on with my eye.. after talking to her I felt very good and left the office with a little tear in my eyes and that is NOT because of the eye drop they use, it was because how amazin the entire staff was at Eye to Eye during my visits there...Dr Jennifer Carr and Dr Laura Branstetter I thank you and your wonderfull staff and for the care you have showing me!!!Vahit K
