The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They sent a bill to collections that I never received. Every time I called to try & resolve the issue, I spoke to a different representative. Each representative said they’d escalate my issue and someone would call me back. I have yet to get a call and have been calling every few weeks since June. The last representative I spoke with hung up on me. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Customer service does not exist at this place. I’m an amputee waiting for prosthetics. They canceled my appointment twice. When I finally got to Breg for my final fitting no one was wearing masks. When I was called in for my final fitting the first fellow who tried to fit me had no clue what he was doing. When I questioned him about the fit of the prosthetic he could not answer my question. He then called for help. The second fellow was no better.

Awful place that completely overcharges for orthopedic equipment. They charged 400$ for a 40$ boot and then refused to let me return it. Everytime I called I got a different representative and they dont keep records so no one knew I had requested a refund. I was still waiting to hear back from them when they sent the bill to collections. Never ever work with this company
