Board certified NP Andrew Nagy is one of the most kindness and caring health professionals in the field. I’m very grateful for him. Telehealth services are available online. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. We need more health professionals like Andrew Nagy.

I had the most fantastic experience with Jeanna Dietz and am so glad I finally found someone who is just right for me. When I first met with her, I was a complete and total mess. I was crying and surely quite hard to even understand but she gave me the space I needed and was a comforting presence. She calmly and confidently walked me though the experience and helped me find a solution that was right for me. She was knowledgeable about all the possible medications and their possible side effects but even more, she took into consideration my current life situation to help me find the one that would best suit me. I am very impressed with how she handles herself in what I can only imagine is an extremely stressful position. She is kind, caring and confident but also wont put up with the lies we tell ourselves. She is exactly what I needed and I cannot say enough about her and her abilities as a practitioner.

Working with National Mental Heath has been an extremely positive experience. I was scheduled within a week with Dr. Jeanna Dietz. Every step since my call has been smooth. She is very thoughtful and cares enough to listen and help get me started on a sustainable path. Jeanna also recommended me to Alexis Saint the resident psychologist. She is kind, understanding and comforting and offers help and advice along with validation that I can and will feel better and be equipped to handle my “messy” situations with confidence and hopefully more appropriate poise. I recommend this combination of Drs because the effort you’ll need to get the help you want is truly just a phone call away.

Their customer service is top notch. I had a rough morning calling places trying to secure an appointment and the moment Ana answered the phone she was cheerful and immediately offered to do everything she could to get me the soonest available appointment. You could tell in her cheery demeanor and the time spent talking to me to get all the information correct, that she really cares about her job and is happy doing it and caring for others! This is how all mental health facilities should be ran would definitely recommend this place.update: appointment was great doctor James took his time to gather all information and made it a seamless experience. Great practice highly recommend !

Absolute best office i have been to! the staff and doctors are phenomenal. they are prompt and kind. communication is fast and honestly i’m so glad i found this office during covid. i can’t gloat enough! when psychiatric needs are always needed to be fast and available, this is the best office. and nicest staff ever ! redundant of me. but 10/10!!!!

I met with James Anderson today for some mental issues Ive been struggling with for some time. He gave me an evaluation that I had never had before and confidently addressed my issues with a direct treatment plan.He listened to my problems and made no assumptions. He takes your insurance into account when making decisions about treatment, which is is very important to me.For the first time in a long time, I actually feel really positive about the future. To me that means a lot from one video visit.Also, if you do a virtual appointment, check your junk mail for the link.

Filling out the standard medical paperwork was a breeze, as they have some nice simple technology tools online that made it fast and easy.Because of covid, I decided to do my appointment via video at home. Ive never done something like this before, but it was much easier than I thought. These guys get it, and use technology to make everything easier. Overall it was a great experience, and I feel better knowing I choose National Mental Health over my old provider.

National Mental Health has been very helpful, Dr. Dow and her team are wonderful people. She is understanding, has a warm demeanor, and is genuinely interested in your well being. I feel that Dr. Dow was able to get a complete picture of what is going on, discuss all the options, and clearly outline next steps.

I came to see James Anderson, psych NP and he was extremely helpful and supportive of my condition. I havent been sleeping and struggling with depression and anxiety, I feel much better now and able to sleep through the night. Video was very easy to use.
