So thankful for Dr. Li and his team. After years of neglecting myself, he has helped me so much over the last year to get my health back on track. He has great listening skills and offers many different options for you to take charge of your health. I drive across town to see him. I really wouldnt trust anyone else.

Dr. Thomas Li has been my physician for more years than I care to say. I trust him implicitly and he has my full faith. Why? Because he cares. More importantly, he digs into past and present results thoroughly to look for changes over time as well as catch anything new or unusual. Hes the best!

Have been taken care of by Dr Li for many many years. He is OUTSTANDING !!!! really takes time to know his patients as well as treating any medical issues. He takes time to listen to the medical issues and solves the issues himself or with his staff from his instructions and referalls to specialists when needed have always been excellent. Dr. Li is simply outstanding; tops in his specialty. His fund of medical knowledge is vast and very up to date. Dr. Li exudes both a measured confidence and empathy. He really listens to his patients (better than any other doctor with whom I have ever interacted). I recommend Dr. Li and his practice, Advanced Internal Medicine, without reservation.

Fantastic internist. Dr. Lis attention to detail and calm, easy going, and conversational style is assuring and a breath of fresh air. His follow up and front office staff are all great as well. I cant recommend Dr. Li higher.

Do not go here. Find another doctor. I agree with some of the other reviewers saying that the staff is unprofessional, will not follow up with you, and lies to you. I have COVID and was recommended that I see Dr Li. I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr Li 16 days ago and still havent gotten an answer to whether or not I can schedule an appointment. I recommend you find another doctor and not waste your time here.

Dr. Li listens, is trusted, has a brilliant medical mind, and takes a genuine, wholistic approach to your health and overall well being. He is proactive, vested in your longer term care/health, has an amazing network of other medical professionals, and seeks to understand root cause/options/historical information v. just sending you away with a prescription. He is one of the best!

This practice exceeded my expectations. I was lucky to have found them. From the front desk to the medical practitioners, it was a seamless, professional experience. I would give them ten stars!

I am incredibly impressed and very grateful for this entire office.I had a medical emergency and I went to their office. They took extremely good care of me quickly and efficiently. I cannot thank the entire staff enough for their attention to detail and how well they took care of me.

There comes a time when you meet a professional in there field that has it all. He has patience, he has the expertise. He cares. and most important he tells you how it is and what you need to do. You are a lucky person to get to be a patient of Dr. Lis. He seems to be a person who got into medicine for the right reasons, because he loves health science and he cares about people. Since I started seeing him over ten years ago, my husband, father and aunt also started seeing him. He takes the time with you need to answer all your questions, he seems to know a lot about everything and clearly spends a lot of time being informed on trends in health and research. I have brought up an article or research I have seen or read and he always seems to know all about it, and can give me real details about it. His first reaction isnt always just to prescribe a medication but to help you learn about lifestyle and other treatments so you dont need long term medications and in this current healthcare environment that is especially unusual. I have nothing but positive things to say about Tom Li. Hes a genius and if you make the choice to have him as your primary care, you wont regret it!

While I very much enjoy working with Dr Li and Kaitlyn, the front desk staff is painful. I had one question I needed answered and was passed around, barked at, put on hold, and then when the next person picked up she had no idea what my issue was and said there are 5 of us here answering calls and we are very busy. Then after all that someone finally wrote my question down, or at least I thought, and I got a call back 24 hours later from a 3rd person, who answered a question I never even asked. I ended up having to call a friend who is a doctor and they answered my question in less than 60 seconds. I hate to have to move to a new doctor because a front desk is unskilled at customer service but it is the second time I have encountered this situation.

Maybe this will get Dr. Lees attention. I have not heard back from his office for a total of 9 days, when I was contacted, I was told that they were unable to give me a referral to a Dermatologist and that I needed to do my own research. I had a bad chemical burn from deodorant, I just needed a referral, and I ended up going to the hospital on multiple occasions because Dr. Lee told me he could not treat a chemical burn and I needed to find someone that could. My insurance is Cigna, and only will cover me through referrals. I have explained this to the medical staff multiple times and it takes them days and weeks to get back to me. I am looking for another doctor now and if you are considering going to Dr. Lee I would go somewhere else where your medical needs can be met!

My business partner has missed work because of Dr. Lee, she had a bad chemical burn from deodorant, and while I was with her I heard how the staff was speaking with her, I was amazed at how rude, unprofessional and demeaning they were to her. She is a young sweet hard working woman, they refused to help refer her to someone and I have heard their conversations. I feel really bad for her! And I hope Dr. Lees staff learns to meet the medical needs of their clients at least. My business partner had her allergic reaction months ago and Dr. Lee has not referred to help her in any way, she has only been stuck going to hospitals. She begged them on the phone to give her a referral or treatment and they told her they can not refer because they do not know who her insurance can accept. Their tone was condescending and demeaning.

Dr. Li is amazing. He is knowledgeable, thorough, direct. Best part: he takes whatever time needed to address the issues.

Great office. Katelyn Uhlemann always fits me in and does what she can when I get stuck on the road serving clients and need prescription refills in new places. Very happy with this office.

Dr. Li is great! He makes me laugh so much and puts me at ease when I could be nervous during doctor visits.

Dr. Li is the best! Even though hes really, really busy every day, you really feel like he cares about YOUR problem, rather than thinking about his next appointment. Hes helped me tremendously to fix some problems Ive been procrastinating on for years, health-wise.

Dr. Lees staff is very unprofessional and rude. They refuse to get back to you in a timely manner of 24-72 hours, and if you need assistance in any way be prepared to go to the hospital for a common cold, a rash, small allergic reactions and so fourth. I find their services to be unacceptable and unprofessional. I do not need a whole lot, just regular care.

This practice is overworked and understaffed. It takes a long time, days to get a response .
