Dr. Karmali and staff were awesome to work with. I needed an emergency root canal and they were able to provide a painless, same day procedure. They will give you options and have all the latest technology. I highly recommend them!

Lowry endodontics is very clean and well run. I was a little apprehensive before the procedure but dr. Karmali was very reassuring, he explained everything very thoroughly. I would recommend him.

The whole experience was great from the beginning consultation to the actual serious root canal procedure! The procedure was to clear an old infected root canal that was creating jaw bone issues and infection. The job that Dr Karmali and the assistant did was amazing and the way they worked together was so efficient I am still so impressed! A root canal, truly painless! I would also like to give it up to the rest of the staff as they were fantastic from the start and still are! It was a great experience!

Everything from the initial phone call I made to the office to inquire about getting a root canal to my departure from the office after getting said root canal went way up and above my expectations. Dr Karmali takes time to explain every detail and answer any questions you might have. He does a very thorough exam including 3D bone scan to make sure the bone isn’t damaged before proceeding with root canal therapy. My consultation and root canal was able to happen in the same day which I was so greatly for.I’ve had pain for weeks and just like that it’s fixed. I couldn’t recommend this practice enough nor do I have enough great things to say about it. I could go on but just know that your mouth and mind will be at lease with the professionalism and empathy conveyed at this office. Thank you all for doing such great work!

Super great experience!!! I had one of a few root canals that I will need done just last week. I am headed back for another one next week. I am not fond of dental work (I am a nervous Nellie) but I didnt really feel the shots, what a surprise!!!!He is just wonderful, followed up with me personally the next day to make sure my jaw was doing OK. I was very pleased with the care that I received with Dr Rahim Karmali and his staff. They were all very professional, answered my questions, helped ease my concerns. I was very worried about this treatment. My worries were for not. The procedure went perfectly--no pain, no discomfort & a positive outcome. My dentist in Vail sent me to Dr Karmali saying he is the best. I agree that Dr K is definitely the best.Dr K did 2 root canals in less than 2 weeks. I had a lot of pain going in for the 1st and Dr K delayed his trip and scheduled me the same day as my consultation. I really appreciated how considerate Dr K was in taking care of me, especially since I was going out of town for a week. Not only was there was no pain during or after, there was no swelling. The 2nd tooth was in worse shape but again it was painless, in fact I fell asleep a bit.Dr Ks office is very hi tech with beautiful art work and photographs that make you smile. I sat in the chair, mesmerized watching the dance of hands and tools of Dr K and his assistant and listening to the the great music and calm talking.I really liked the annotated xrays/scans that showed the entire procedure. Before he started, Dr K made sure I understood my options and the costs and he answers all of your questions. There were no surprises.I hope I dont need any more root canals, but if I do Ill be visiting Dr K, you should too if you need a root canal.

Most people would not rave about their visits to the endodontist, but given the month of excruciating pain I experienced, and the lack of professionalism and competence of the other practice, I am a true fan of Lowry Endodontics.Dr. Karmali was a lifesaver! I needed two root canal procedures to alleviate my pain, but the other practice in town suspected six teeth and wanted to “start drilling until we find the source(s) of pain.” All of this after thousands of dollars of imaging and painful testing. Feeling that exploratory drilling is best left to wildcatters in West Texas, I declined and visited Lowry Endodontics.Dr. K had the most compassionate approach to isolating the issues, treating my pain, and he did it all with an amazing bedside manner and exceptional skill. I cannot say enough about what an incredible, pain-free experience this was with Lowry Endodontics. The staff is phenomenal, the location is perfect, and while I hope that I do not need more root canals, I can tell you that I have Lowry Endodontics in my permanent contact list. Dr Karmali is a very skilled endodontist. I had to have 2 teeth get re -root canal work. He is expert at the procedures and at giving local anesthesia. Everything was explained to me. Dr Karmali is a great endodontist. I’ve had two root canals done by him. He takes time to explain and show what he is going to do before the procedure. Then when he’s finished with the procedure he explains and shows exactly what he did. He also called or texted later to check up on how I was doing. And best of all, I was pain free both times. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for Endodontics treatment.

Im so impressed with the technology that Dr Karmali has in his office to accurately diagnose the problem. I first saw Dr K several years ago and after he looked at all the pictures of my problem tooth, he told me he couldn’t fix my tooth. There was a crack in my tooth and it needed to come out.This time he took all the pictures again and there was another crack but in a place where he could reinforce the crack, do the root canal and likely save my crown. He broke the work into two parts so he could strengthen my tooth and put medicine in the root area, then have me back to clean the root area, seal my crown and polish it so it felt like new! I highly recommend Dr Karmali.

My entire experience was fantastic! The office very clean and well kept. All of their staff is extremely courteous and attentive to your needs. I had a great experience getting a root canal from Dr Karmali. Ive had more than my fair share of dental work, including several root canals prior to seeing him, and it was by far the best experience Ive had. I went in because Id been in pain for a few weeks and it continued to get worse, after the consultation he said it was likely my pain gets much worse in the near future, and said he could stay late that night if I could come back.He was very thorough in explaining what the issue was, how it would be treated, the timeline, how much pain I should experience. He put some ice on the roof of my mouth before numbing it, which Ive never experienced before and made that awful shot in the roof of your mouth almost painless. He tips the chair back farther than Im used to, which made the blood rush to my head a bit, thats my only complaint. The office was very clean and high tech without seeming extravagant. Once he started with the process he didnt waste a second. His assistant would hand him tools and he never broke his concentration to look for anything or pause and think.Overall just a very positive experience, and most of all he quickly got me out of pain and back to normal. I will definitely go back if I need another root canal or crown.

I met with Dr. Karmali yesterday for input on a problem tooth and infection. Dr. Karmali was highly recommended by my dentist, and I can see why. He and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly, and his expertise is top notch. They scheduled me very quickly (which helped as Im having dental surgery tomorrow with a periodontist). His equipment is top of the line, and he is also. He did not try and sell me a root canal, but provided that option and made me feel his number one priority was for me to choose the best option for me. At this time, Im not going to do the root canal (for several reasons), but if I ever have another issue requiring an endodontist, Ill call his office in a heartbeat.

As the (unfortunate) consumer of many dental procedures over the years performed by many different practitioners, I place Dr. Karmali and his staff at the very top. Professional, competent, timely, kind, communicative, responsive, honest. My root canal was quite complicated and required several visits. Each time, Dr. Karmali took the time to explain, review, and answer questions; each time he followed up personally to make sure everything was ok. Considering that Im usually left basically ambivalent or unhappy at the end of dental treatment, this review is even more positive!

Dr. Karmali is the absolute best. I was so scared to have a root canal and, thanks to Dr. Karmali, I can honestly say it didnt hurt one bit. He was extremely caring and compassionate and did everything he could to make me comfortable. When I got a little scared he stopped and let me catch my breath. I watched how thoroughly Dr. Karmali studied the charts and x-rays he had taken of my tooth. He did not hurry over his study. He spent so much time thinking about what the particular need of this particular tooth was; it was obvious it was not a one size fits all approach to endodontistry. I watched how attentively he listened and really heard me as I explained the history of the tooth involved. I kept wanting to say, thank you for SEEING me; I mean, really SEEING me. And for really HEARING me. I know all professionals see their patients, but Ive got to say, it has become unusual to really feel seen and heard. . . especially as I age, and the doctors are younger and perhaps more interested in the younger generation. Yesterday, I felt like a person that mattered to every human being in that office.4. As a lay person, I was impressed with the level of expertise the entire staff displayed as they worked. I was amazed, just flabbergasted, by how slowy, carefully, and thoroughly Dr. Karmalis work was on my tooth. His careful use of drills, taking off micro-pieces instead of big chunks; well, compared to other dental experiences, it was like Id had beginners with axes in there in all previous experiences. I wish no one else had ever been in my mouth.5. Dr. Karmali insisted on no pain. And thats exactly what happened. During. And, after. My teeth have never fit together as well as they do today. I have never in my life had such thorough care of any part of my body as that tooth received yesterday.6. Im tempted to give a terrible review, because I would like Dr. Karmali and his staff to be a well-kept secret so they dont get so many patients that I cant get in.
