I have to say that this is the best location they have thanks to Morgan!!! Now the store is ALWAYS open during the posted hours, unlike the Leetsdale store. It seems like Morgan works every day. Since she got to this store, Ive had no issues. Its always clean, inviting and she is so incredibly nice and helpful! They need to hire more reliable, helpful and friendly people like her.

Always love going here. Ladies are always good to me. Beds are Always clean and up to par. I recommend this place to everyone. Have been going here a long timbre and never had any problems

I have been a member for years but I am so disappointed and disgusted with the conditions of this salon! (12 speer) no solution, no soap in restrooms, never open even during business hours?!!! I have even been handed a produce bag to cover my hair. There is is mold growing in the versa room due to a leak in which a power cord sat in!!! I gave my review 1 star and thats for the workers..😡 I had to go to at the beach and purchase a package after the last two times being closed in the middle of the day! No one will answer the phone or return call!

Awesome spray tan options. Convenient location. This location is also equipped with a red light therapy booth, which helps with cellulite and boosting collagen!! Plus every member of the staff is always so friendly and helpful :)

I LOVE this place! so close to everything and right next to Dazbog. The tanning beds are huge and tan me super dark. The staff is always friendly and will talk with me for a few every time I visit. Great downtown location!

I’m doing a one month red light trial and I noticed 8 out of 30 bulbs are burned out.I brought it to the staffs attention and they haven’t fixed it yet.Overall it seems like a decent place though.*update The first staff member acted offended that I even ask.Then a couple weeks later I asked another staff members and she said she would make a note.But the whole month I was there the bulbs were out.Glad to hear from the owner that y’all updated everything.

Bri is AMAZING Z..she makes spraylavie my very fave❤clean smells so good quick great prices ..so helpful sweet and knowlegeable she navigated me through quickly and is legit the best customer service i have ever recieved at any tanning salin from la to texas to colorado. Bri and Spray La Vie keep me looking my best and its always ez breezy❤❤❤thank you!!!

Everyone there was nice and very friendy. They have a wide range of lotions and beds. They place was very clean. Everyone there seemed to get what they needed. They are in great locations. I will always go to Darque Tanning for all me tanning needs. Keep up the good work ladies!!!!

Locations are rarely staffed. Closed during business hours...the university location never has supplies.... spray tans are never available.

Way understaffed. Customer serving food down at the front desk. Machines are always down, not sure employees know how to work them. The rooms are always a mess. They use to have cleaners. It has gone down hill since the change. Ill use my package and find another place.

Must be going out of business. Had to cancel my membership. They never have wet towels, they never have dry towels, never have shower caps, don’t offer a barrier cream for sprays, beds are always broken, spray machine is always broken. Got to a point where it was like what am I even paying for??? Run FAST!

Most of the receptionists act like they really can’t be bothered. Undependable- came to spray tan at 8:10 (they allegedly open at 8) and no ones here or answering their phone. Been here for years, but this one really broke the proverbial camel’s back.

Needs to change hours. Every. Single. Time. I am here at 9am doors are locked and the location is not staffed.

Ive had the pleasure of being welcomed and schooled by Jen, Aubri and Bri at Spray La Vie. I am a tanning salon tramp. NO MORE! I wont go anywhere else from now on.

Staff is friendly prices are reasonable. Not very much parking space offered so you May have to go at a certain time to try to fit into a space.

The staff are nice but not very professional- today was the first day I went in and there wasn’t yelling on the phone or smoke breaks outside.I use the red light and that room is filthy, I where my shoes .

It was so much better when it was darque tan. I loved the sweet blonde owner who used to always be there but now the staff is rude, uneducated, and snippy. I used to love to support local business, now Ill just go to At The Beach.

I don’t usually do this but I don’t want anyone to suffer how me and so many others did. Spray la vie/Darque Tan is not a good company to work for people are shorted on hours and every pay period going back to the beginning of March maybe even longer everyone’s checks bounced. They don’t offer direct deposit because Tod the owner says it ruins what he has going on. Then we try to contact the owner and he ignores you. To top it off they write hand written checks out sometimes Idk how any of this is legal and or how they’re still in business just blows my mind. Then saying to people you get paid every other Friday but can’t cash your checks or attempt to till Monday and even then that’s iffy because they bounce so much no place will do it which happened to me today and others And now idk if I can even cash my check. 9NEWS (KUSA) I want to get the word out and make something happen this is ridiculous not just the employees get screwed customers will come in and cancel their accounts and months after Tod still runs their cards and people can’t get through to him or anyone to get their money back.

This location is treated like a daycare and almost every time I go in the beds are broken, lights are out in the beds and the person working is on their phone. Very unprofessional.

This place is great. I come here for my spray tans. They have two booths so I rarely have to wait.

Was here at 9 am on a Thursday to get a spray tan (they open at 9). Sign says open but nobody was around or answering phones and door is locked. Waited around 35 minutes and left.

I had no problem service was ok id walk in they already new with beds i liked best but need more parking

Schedule says it is open at 9 am but I have come several times at 9, 9:30, 10 and 10:30 am and there is none there. Not reliable AT ALL.

Not clean and very pricey. Rude staff. Spray tan only gets two options: instant bronze or clear no levels? Did I mention it was not clean?

I have been tanning at Darque tan for about six months now and have had a good experience there especially for the price. Wait times get a little crazy after work but that is to be expected downtown.
