This is probably the best dentist I’ve ever seen - Dr. Mayer is thorough, polite, detailed, and clearly an expert.The hygienists are wonderful too along with the assistants! The front desk staff is absolutely lovely as well. 10/10 and highly recommend. These ladies are awesome!The only negative is the COVID protocols are out of date to say the least. Mask mandates were removed in CO a month ago, yet they remain at a place that works inside your mouth.

I wish there was one more star that I could give the team at City Smiles. They are awesome!

Dr. Mayers manner is sort of optimistic realism: Heres whats wrong, but heres what we can do about it. And it really is we; shes supported me through a lot and Im very grateful for it.To be honest, I now judge most healthcare providers against this practice. Dr. Mayer and her staff are welcoming, relaxed, efficient, and simply kind. But most importantly, I feel respected and empowered. My care is something were collaborating on, not something being dictated to me. As far as Im concerned, they set the standard.Also they have all this interesting and unexpected local art in the office, which is something Ive always loved.

Awesome place to due business with! Its hard to find a practice thats really good at dentistry while ALSO having competent and kind office management staff (Kim is so sweet and professional). Getting your teeth worked on is unpleasant as is so its nice that they do their best to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

Dr. Mayer and all of her staff are amazing. I have been seeing her for several years. My husband who was terrified of the dentist and had not seen one in years loves her. Now my toddler. She was amazing with him, explained everything, let him touch and look at all the instruments, and did not force anything more then he was willing to do. Great experiences all around. I would highly recommend City Smiles.

This was my first time visiting this dental office, and they were fantastic! The staff is so courteous and is willing to answer any question you may have. They discussed my treatment plan thoroughly, and scheduled my next appointments within a decent timeframe that worked around my schedule. I left with an even bigger smile than I went in with. Im a new patient at City Smiles and my first time was very nice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I tend to ask a lot of questions because I want to understand whats happening and how I got to this position and what I can do differently and the staff was able to explain my situation without frustration. They were also more than willing to go in depth about payment options. I will be going back for a cleaning and some more work. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends when looking for a dentist.

My kindergartener has always HATED the dentist...and although he’s still not sold on getting his teeth cleaned, he agreed that he wants to come back to see Dr. Chelsea again. Everyone in the office was patient, kind and accommodating to my strong-willed little boy. Chatting with the office dogs gave him a chance to self-regulate before and after his time in the chair. A great experience!

This office is the most professional, friendly and competent medical/dental services business we have ever seen. Highlights: Friendly and competent receptionist (Kim), Super efficient, friendly and passionate hygienists and assistant (Shelby, Anna, Johnaya), conscientious, competent, friendly and dedicated dentist (Chelsea Mayer).Some specifics:The office is modern, light and filled with the right tech to do the job. From the most effective water/ultrasound cleaning tools (no idea what they are called) to the camera, X-ray positioning devices and cameras, to the obvious comfort factors like chairs etc. , this office has what you need.Professionalism - The staff knows what questions to ask and how to treat the customers/patients. For example “So how many times a week do you floss?” My answer: “not enough” Anna: “Let’s see if we can work together to get that to a level that is good for you and good for your teeth”. This is the nicest way I have been told to - step it up - for my own good.Humor and friendliness - Plenty of honest questions about me as a new patient and the staff remembered that my wife had told them we were taking a vacation after her last visit. Both my daughter (age 9) and myself see Dr. Chelsea. She is a truly wonderful, caring dentist. She is very thorough and has all the latest equipment. She did a bit of cosmetic work on my teeth recently as well and they look awesome. Her receptionist is also 5 star as she is always friendly on the phone and in person. Highly reccomended!

Dr Meyer and her hygienist (maybe Heather?) were very thorough in taking and reviewing my health history. Dr Meyer took more than 15 minutes with me to discuss her findings and recommendations and then she was the one to do the cleaning as well. Both Heather and Dr Meyer were conscientious about not aggravating my sensitive teeth, which is ultimately what gives me the most anxiety about dentist visits. I am very pleased with my care and will return to the office in six months as directed.

My teeth have never felt better after a cleaning. I had some type of build up on two of my teeth for years I noticed but wasn’t visible. They hit it no problem. Dentist and staff are very informational and thorough.

This is one of the best Dentists Ive ever been to. Ive really only had one exceptional Dentist and that was 20 years ago when I lived in San Francisco.Dr. Chelsea Mayer at City Smiles is so incredibly competent, friendly, professional and you can tell she absolutely cares about the care of your teeth. She is doing continued research into bite correction and gave me follow up services for free just so that she continue to learn.I recently had a death in my family and she asked how I was doing, was sincerely concerned about my welfare and the staff was concerned as well.They are all truly exceptional and Im glad to have found them. I was a new patient at this dentist for my first appointment last week. From the very beginning, the staff was very helpful in determining whether my insurance was accepted at this clinic, and I was notified of cancellations every time to see if I could come in early.I moved to Colorado from Kansas about 1 year ago, and have been searching for a new dentist. I know I made a good choice in coming to City Smiles. Upon entering, I was greeted by very friendly staff who recognized me right away. We discussed my photography, and I felt a genuine interest in who I was as a person rather than a patient.The dental assistant was very thorough in taking X-Rays and photos of my teeth for the dentist. She was very nice as well.Dr. Mayer was very friendly as well, and very thorough. I felt like I was getting the royal treatment.The offices are very clean and very nicely decorated. The chairs are very comfortable, and the music is soothing.The only think I did not feel super great about was my tooth polish. I feel like a little more time could have been spent on this phase of the visit. However, I am not a dentist, so take that with a grain of salt.Overall, this experience was great, and I set up my next appointment to see Dr. Mayer in 6 months!

I went here for the first time today. Everyone was extremely friendly and the experience was great. It was just a yearly check up but it was the most thorough I have ever had. Loads of photos and words I didnt understand. The other thing is that I did not feel over-sold or taken advantage of. I have been extremely pleased with the City Smiles dental practice. Upon entering the office I was greeted with a warm smile by the receptionist and she got down to business after making some fun small talk. Then, I was taken back to the modern dental room and the hygenist cleaned my teeth in a very professional, efficient manner. Xrays were taken for a good look at my teeth. The Doctor then came in and gave me a thorough examination while being so peasant with me. If Dr. Chelsea Mayer was a gunslinger, shed be Billy the Kid: extremely fast, precise, and a charmer! I had developed a fear of dentists and hadnt been to one in over 5 years but my recent experience at City Smiles changed all of that! Dr. Mayer and her staff are very personable and they work together seamlessly like a choreographed group of dancers. When they werent busy making me laugh, they were putting me at ease and making me feel comfortable at a place which used to scare the heck out of me. I had to get 3 cavities filled in one visit which was daunting, but Dr. Mayer talked me through every step of her process which made the procedure much more easy-going. She and her assistant worked at lightning speed and before I knew it, the procedure was done! I cant recommend City Smiles enough and I honestly look forward to my next checkup!
