When I first began chiropractic care with Doctor Lyann I was experiencing daily headaches and pain due to what I had been told was mild scoliosis. I was skeptical that much could be done to change the shape of my spine, and was hoping for symptom relief at best. From day one she assured me it was possible to align my spine to a healthier shape as well as alleviate my symptoms. She was incredibly involved, giving me at home exercises to support the Chiro care and scheduled regular checkups in order to see how my spine was progressing. I have been with her 5 months now and am so happy to say that my spine has been getting progressively better! I have no more headaches, and my other pains throughout my body are subsiding. She has been so kind and knowledgeable all throughout the process. Not only that, but she truly cares for her patients and often holds extra classes in order to learn more about health in general. I am so thankful I found her.
