Doctor Michael is absolutely incredible. He primarily makes you feel like a person rather than a client; he listens, he laughs, and he pushes you to be a better person. But besides that, he is a wonderful Doctor- personalized treatment plans, at home exercises, empathetic and knowledgable. I have recommended him to several of my friends and will continue to do so. Great all around, nothing bad to say. Especially recommend for athletes or people that live the active Colorado lifestyle.

Dr Valone is very professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. He was able to adjust my hips, back, and shoulders and addressed my other running-related issues. Great office, excellent website for booking and changing appointments, and everyone wears facemasks. Dr Valone also wears a face guard and gloves. I felt that the COVID risk was relatively low.

Mike is absolutely fantastic. He listens to my concerns and provides multiple suggestions and adjustments for my treatment. Recently I have been getting Lazar treatments! and I dont know what it does but have seen additional improvements since beginning treatment. Wont go anywhere else.

Ive been going to Dr. Valones for a few months now and he has truly changed my life. I have a job where I am lifting heavy objects all day and I have had back neck and shoulder pain for years. After seeing him through these months I feel like a while new person. He is even helping me to fix problems in my hips and ankles from an injury that happened almost fifteen years ago that I have just been dealing with. Dr. Michael really knows his stuff! Unlike other chiropractors who just want to get you in and out of the door, Dr. Michael takes the time to really figure out what is going wrong with you. He did trigger point release and kinesiology taping along with an adjustment to help correct posture issues I have been having. I would recommend him to any one who is having chronic back pain.

Dr. Mike is incredibly thoughtful and thorough. He has been helping me work through a challenging wrist injury, and hes continuously going to great lengths to make sure the care hes providing is as comprehensive as possible. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Mike Valones is the best Denver has to offer. I have been to a few Chiropractic offices around town in the past and nothing compares to 6th Ave. Chiropractic & Wellness. He is very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to where the pain is originating and how to fix it. Since going to 6th Ave Chiropractic I have reduced my pains in my back and found tips and tricks to help prevent my fingers falling asleep while sleeping. He also sells the best pillows in town to help with this problem if you are in the same boat as me!

Dr Mike is professional and personable. His adjustments are great and he understands the body very well. Hes more than just your average chiropractor who might just want to get you in and out. He really helps understand the problem and creates a plan of treatment which includes exercises and lifestyle changes to make sure you get better as quickly as possible.

I particularly like the ART he has done on my shoulder from an old surfing injury, which is a very tough part of the body to heal. 5 stars!

Mike Valones is the best Chiropractor Ive ever had. He is not just someone who can adjust your back. He is knowledgeable in all areas of Sports Medicine and can perform adjustments on just about every joint in the body. Dr. Jost was extremely personable from the start. He was excited to work with me and learn as much about me so he could provide the best treatment. Not only professional but very compassionate about my personal situation. This was my first time working with a chiropractor with a long standing back issue. Massage by Alana is an amazing experience. It has taken me years of trying out different massage therapists to find someone who actually understands which muscles need to be worked on and what pressure feels best for me. Dr Michael took over from Dr Jon in late 2019. As a repeat patient for the practice for over 8 years with weekly adjustments, I am happy to say the practice is in good hands. As a long-time desk worker & avid cyclist, Dr. Michael is able to take the care of my aches and pains associated with this forward crunch posture to a whole new level. He is friendly, attentive, and uses a whole slew of techniques and tools to help me manage my sore neck/back/legs/core.His use of Active Release technique and soft-tissue therapy, along with posture analysis & correction, and helpful corrective exercises, I am happy to say that I function at a much looser and less tense level than all my fellow cycling buddies. Keeps me thinking sharp, and performing on my bike for my century rides!! Great job, Dr. Michael!! Totally worth the money for the level of care I get!!

Stopped in at 6th Ave Chiropractic during my stay in Denver this past March following a long weekend riding in Breck, and had nothing short of an amazing experience. As a newcomer to chiropractic, Dr. Valones took the time pre-adjustment to assess my bodies current alignment, movements, and overall flexibility, taking time out to explain in detail each step he was taking, and the reason for it. He was extremely insightful, and could tell he has an immense passion for chiro/overall wellness. Once we got to the adjustment, Dr. Valones instructions were clear and direct which led to a very effective session (all the cracks in the right places). Since I am fairly new to all of this, I had a ton of questions following the appointment, which Dr. Valones patiently took the time to sidebar with me on. We chatted through similar hobbies of ours: weightlifting, snowboarding, golf, tennis etc, and tips on keeping your body in optimal condition pre/post workout, which were super helpful. It was easy to develop a rapport with Dr. Valones, and could feel the differences in my posture, flexibility, and overall movements after just one session. When I return to Colorado, I will definitely be stopping in again for an adjustment, and would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Valones to people in the Denver area!
