After shying away from ever considering chiropractic for most of my adult life for various notions, at the urging of my sports massage therapist and because my back and neck locked up from stress and strain from boot camp, I decided it was time to give it a whirl.Dr. Roccaforte is very well versed in patients with back pain from stress and due to over use in strenuous exercise. He spent ample time with my learning about my pain and discussing a treatment plan that would address my issues. I was pleasantly surprised the treatment plan had a start and an end!Within just a few treatments--I was practically pain free! Now, I visit Dr. Roccaforte when I need a tuneup, and hes always willing to let my provide input into the treatment for the day (I really like the hot packs for my upper back--even when they arent part of that treatments plan.I would highly recommend Dr. Roccaforte to any of my friends and family members in need!
