I’m very sad to leave this review, as I really wanted this place to be great, and I hate leaving negative reviews, but it’s important that people can read of others’ honest experiences before spending their money and time. I’ll start with the good stuff. I was able to get a new patient appointment scheduled for only a week out, which is great. All the staff was very friendly, the office was clean, and they had a lot of measures in place for COVID safety. There are so many great reviews for this office, and Dr Gaul attended Palmer College of Chiropractic, so I had high expectations.I have seen way too many chiropractors across the country, as I change states quite often, and have never felt uncomfortable or in pain during a chiropractic session. That streak ended at this office. During both of my 2 chiropractic appointments here, the neck adjustment felt SO wrong I was legitimately afraid. After both appointments, my neck felt worse than it did when I walked in.I booked an appointment with the medical massage therapist Beau, and was told that this would be a massage unlike any other I’ve had. I was intrigued, but open minded. I had so much pain in my muscles and desperately needed a massage. Sadly, I didn’t end up getting the relief I needed.I have also seen dozens of massage therapists, and understand that there are hundreds of massage and pain relief techniques, and that every person is in need of a different therapy. But I booked this massage appointment with an expectation that SOMETHING would be done to help me. Well, unfortunately, that expectation was not met. This wasn’t just the worst massage I’ve ever had, there just wasn’t a massage at all. I literally don’t know what one would even call this session.The entire hour long appointment, Beau poked and prodded, asked questions and basically just lightly touched my skin, but definitely didn’t do anything helpful. I almost wondered if a joke was being played on me, because it felt like he was just trying to do random things around me until the hour was up. Besides a couple minutes of cupping on my neck, I walked out with basically nothing done. I communicated early on in the appointment that my muscles were very sore, and I really just needed a massage. Perhaps that was too much to ask for!If this first massage session was only to figure out what was going on internally, that sounds great, but I didn’t even gain any useful information to work with. When I say nothing was done… I mean NOTHING was done. I left the office and started crying because I spent $70 on this massage, just to get no help. So now I’m $70 poorer and gained nothing from it; still in just as much pain, and have to go through the process of finding a different massage therapist that can actually offer help.I reached out to Dr Gaul about this, and was given a very predictable response arguing in favor of medical massages and how different techniques are utilized as the massage therapist sees fit for each patient. Well that sounds great in theory, but he wasn’t very good at determining what I needed as a patient, so those are just words with no meaning to me. If this massage therapist has actually helped anyone, I’m very pleasantly surprised and happy for those patients, but that was not my experience, and does not make my session any less horrible and sad.I wish everyone in this office well. Hopefully Dr Gaul hires a “normal” massage therapist that gives actual massages, and opens up availability beyond Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I’m sure his other patients would also appreciate that.

This is the worst chiropractic office I have ever visited. They charged me for services I never received. Months after not having been back there, I find out that they’ve sent my account to collections. Visit at your own risk.I do not need to see your false records. I came to you after an accident and shouldn’t have been billed. You should have billed the insurance company. I’ve spent hours dealing with your jerk collection company.Sincerely,Hope you go out of business!

Dr. Gaul is the upmost professional with great communication and a willingness to work with you in order to meet your needs. I highly recommend Dr. Gaul whenever you have chiropractic needs or in the unfortunate event of an accident.

Gaul Family Chiropractic has been amazing to me over the past year. They have great availability, low prices and take the time necessary to figure out whats bothering me and how to repair it. I have specifically worked with Tony and Beau and both do amazing jobs (Chiro and massage respectively).Update: it’s now 10/7/2020, and everything I said previously stands true. Tony, Callie, and Beau are some of the most amazing humans, let alone health care professionals I’ve ever been to. Not only do they take time to find out how I’m doing outside of visiting them, but they always take an extra minute to really dive into any issues I’m having to make sure that they take care of everything every time. They are truly fantastic to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone that asks.

Amazing and life changing! I have been attending the Gaul Family Chiropractic office for about 3 months now and it has been the best decision I have done in a long time for my body! I work in an enviorment where i sit for more then 6 hours a day and do computer work. I always have knots in my shoulders and neck, my spine always needs a little adjusting so when i walk out of the Gauls office I feel amazing and not once I left feeling like I am not getting my moneys worth. Truly a great place of business and a great investment anyone can do for their life. :)

Doctor gall is an amazing chiropractor with magic hands. He is a graduate of Palmer Chiropractic school which is largely considered the best Chiropractic school in the world. When I walked in there 7 months ago I was broken from top to bottom. I had ribs that were going out of place hips that were all out of alignment and shoulders that were really messed up. Theres also an amazing massage therapist in his office named bow and bow has 10 years of physical therapy 10 years of sports medicine and 10 years of massage. These 2 men have literally put me back together again in about 7 or 8 months. This is an amazing clinic for anybody whos had serious injuries in the past

I cant say enough about Gaul Family Chiropractic! Genuine people who genuinely care. I have had many chiropractors over the years but none that have the knowledge base that Tony does. They take time with each patient instead of herding them in and out quickly like some chiropractors. One would be hard pressed to find better people at what they do, especially for the price!

Great place!! I went to get a massage and a chiropractic adjustment last week, and i was really pleased with the result.As a musician and videographer i have to carry a lot of equipment, and always in a rush. Therefore my body is always hurting and my lower back really stiff all the time.Beau P. Laurence, LMT is really good at what he does. I would, and always will recommend Dr. Gaul to family and friends. Ive been seeing him for the last year, and he has helped me regain use of my shoulder again, not to mention all the other issues I had from abusing my body over the years. As a patient for about 3 years, I highly recommend Gaul Family Chiropractic to my family and friends and anyone wanting excellent, personal and effective care in a warm, and friendly environment. I have regular appointments but can just call and get a appointment in-between when needed. The doctors, along with Pam who checks me in, and Claudia my massage therapist make me feel much like family.

Ive been to several chiropractors around the Denver area. This is my favorite by far. Such a quick and easy check-in and check-out process. Fast adjustment. No upselling or trying to get you to come to weird salesy meetings in the evenings. Easy billing. Love it love it.

Tried out via Groupon. They were professional. Easy to book appt (did online). Beau, my massage therapist, did a fantastic job. He listened to me as to work I was looking for. He offered advise. As I have an occupation that keeps me on my feet all day I have particular areas that get over stressed. Therefore, need a maintenance type of massage. I have tried many and it is hard to find a good massage therapist. So I will def be back and have already referred my co-workers.

This place basically robbed me of my 30 dollar Groupon for my wife.. It was a big miscommunication on both ends.. They told me because of her missing her appointment after being told shebwoukd have to pay if she came in.. They redeemed my code and we never got the massage.. You guys must really need it.. Terrible business and customer satisfaction seriously.. Could of had 2 long time customers off if one purchase.. THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST BEWARE...

Best chiropractor in the state ! Dr. Gaul actually took the time to come to our home and adjust my mom who was suffering from severe COPD. He made her last couple of weeks with us more comfortable. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Gaul since she was 4 he has been treating her for a misdiagnosis for scoliosis. Dr. Gaul has also been treating myself and daughter after injuries substained after a car accident. I wouldnt change chiroprators for anything.

Easy to get an appointment. Adjustments work well and last.
