Amazing! I had been going to The Joint aka the Jiffy Lube of Chiropractors for a few months but I was just managing the pain and discomfort. Since visit Dr K its no longer about pain management but healthy living and correcting all the bad habits which caused all my issues. Amanda does a great job of making you feel welcomed and provides you with a lot of information (they even quiz you!)Overall my experience has been amazing the staff is great and I always feel at ease coming into the office.

Dr. Kristen is more than just a chiropractor. She truly cares about her patients well being and happiness. She carefully listens, answers all my questions, and has many thoughtful and helpful suggestions. I’ve been seeing her for a little over a year now and have consistently experienced her loving, joyful, and affectionate nature. I finished the intense part and feel great. Tons better than when I started. I like the way that Dr. Kristen explains things. It makes me more invested in the process. Kim, the massage therapist is amazing. Best massages ever. They are very effective.

Dr. Kristen just has so much knowledge about how to make my body healthier. She looks at so much more than the back and neck. Ankles, knees, wrists, elbows, ribs. I had sprained my ankle and was amazed the improvement after she worked on it. I could feel the circulation and energy returning to it. I am sure she cut my recovery time in half.

Dr. K is a miracle worker, Im not kidding! I first started seeing her about six years ago for chronic neck pain after seeing a couple of other doctors. I had relief within a couple of sessions and it never came back!I now include her as part of a health maintenance routine (like changing the oil in your car) to help keep my body in tune from the stress of working out, a desk job, and everyday life. The benefits to my body are amazing. Chiropractic work helps me even when Im sick and also has helped with some digestive issues.Dr K. and her office staff are absolutely wonderful people and genuinely invested in the health of their patients. Dr K. also routinely attends continuing education seminars to make sure she is up to speed on all the best practices in her field.Seriously, 5 stars is not enough. Go see her!

I absolutely love Dr. Kristen and the entire staff at PureLife Chiropractic! I have been going to Dr. Kristen regularly since I got whiplash from a car accident. She is truly one of a kind (and Ive met hundreds of doctors because of my profession). Dr. K is phenomenally unique in her treatment of care. She is very thorough- explaining to her patients so they understand whats going on, what the plan of care is, and what action steps they can do to take part in their healing journey. She is extremely skilled at doing adjustments and knows multiple different techniques, which makes for a more soothing and gentle experience. She is a wealth of knowledge as well about supplements, mind/ body/ spirit, how the entire body works together and how to get everything working in alignment. Doctor Kristen has been taking care of me for over a year now. In that time she has made it possible me for me to stand for 8 plus hours everyday, and I dont feel like I am 80 years old at the end of the day. She has also corrected a sore spot that I had in the middle of my spine. I cant even tell where the spot was My digestive system is in a happy place again too.The staff in the office is always nice and super supportive. Dr. Kristen always listens to your needs and does her magic in the office, and gives you the information you need to to help yourself outside of the office.

My wife and I attended an event and met Dr. K at her booth. I scheduled my wife a visit first due to my wifes constant complaint of neck and back pain. She went once and felt amazing. Her restricted motion was relieved. So being a skeptic in some instances, I decided to schedule a session. I have had back pain for a few years. Unfortunately, like most people I considered the canned statement Must be getting old. As the reason to live with discomfort and pain in my back. Sorry folks for a 32 year old.
