I have worked with Rick for over 30 years. Yes that long. I have a chronic severe neck stenosis which he helps me maintain with very little pain. There is no comparison when I am getting Network Chiropractic work to if I dont. Without it I live with significant chronic pain and on pain medications. Ricks work deeply relaxes my body out of the automatic fight or flight responses that go on just with daily stress levels, in our complicated modern lives. He helps my body learn to relax itself and to maintain a much healthier balance than I would be able to otherwise. He is a strong believer in the idea that the body can heal itself but sometimes it just needs a little help. He provides that help and with it I am much healthier and more balanced.

I had been struggling with terrible neck pain on my left side since fall 2017 - I thought it came on because I was a stomach sleeper, so I adjusted how I slept, bought all the pillows, all the bedding, even bought a new mattress...nothing changed, it would get better but then come back and never really fully go away. At its worst I couldnt look to the left at all, or pick my head up on my own. I got body work done, chiropractic adjustments, nothing made it better. X-rays showed that two disks were compacted at the top of my spine. After several years of this on again off again pain in the neck, a friend recommended Network. Definitely recommend Dr. Rick, hes a very gifted healer and good guy. Ive only been going a short time and its already made a very positive impact in my health and life. Look up Network Spinal Analysis, its a different type of chiropractic that works from the inside out, making (I feel) much deeper, more lasting healing. It sort of transcends and includes chiropractic -- you must already be a chiropractic doctor to go to school for it, it has all the benefits of traditional chiropractic plus much more IME, etc.

Dr. Munn is great. I came to him after being diagnosed with 2 partially ruptured discs in my lower back. My back as a whole is much better now. Not very descriptive, I know, but its hard to describe what he does. If you have an intuitive feeling that theres a mind/body connection related to what seems on the surface to be a chiropractic issue, then this is the place for you. Additionally, Dr. Munn is kind and compassionate, exactly what you want in a health care provider. I cant recommend him enough.
