Once again a reward program that is iffy...different answers each time...been in there at least 7 times and have consistently spent more than $100 only to be told yet again I am not yet eligible for even a freebie pre-roll...lacks integrity and sincerity makes a regular customer feel invisible. Why be loyal when they could care less?

They had a great selection of feminized cannabis seeds. The staff was very knowledgeable.

Says they have the best deals in denver, but when it comes times for member appreciation day, they don’t plan and they never have any flower. Don’t waste your time signing up for their medical memebership, all they care about are Rec sales. If you have a Med Card check out Good Chemistry. They have better flower, better customer service and always plan ahead. It was really frustrating talking to the lady on the phone who repeatedly kept saying “we sold out of flower the day before the deal”. Lady, that’s not preparing for your deal day, that’s the opposite! The staff doesn’t know what they’re talking about as far as their own internal affairs or recommendations on product. They push more expensive products or products that the third party seller is trying to make them sell. So instead of getting honest reviews, you hear more of the same sales pitch and come home disappointed every time. Please, please go somewhere else. I will not be signing back up for their membership program until they can prove that they actually care about their medical customers.

The clinic always has a great selection and I appreciate the customer service here. I was given a discount on an item because previously my points couldn’t be accessed by employees (I think there may have been glitches in the system the few times I visited) and the people there were very apologetic about the miscommunication. I don’t live near Glendale anymore, but I still use this as my primary medical selection as it blows DKC and others out of the water in terms of options for those of us who need medical marijuana. Also they always have good deals for every major holiday, season changing or even days of the week. (Side note: best prices for pax era pods in town)

Ive been a long time shopper here and the quality of the product and the the budtenders have all gone down hill. was just waiting on the phone to complain about the last batch Ive got from here and was hung up on. The pot turns to dust its so dry and everything is way overpriced.

I had an amazing experience at the Colorado Blvd location. Theyre professional and really informative. Not to mention super nice! Theyre selection of flower, wax, edibles etc are on point and overall I enjoyed my time there. The first time experience that I got to enjoy. When walking through the door to the bud tenders was an amazing feeling! They made me feel right at home they showed me where everything was but the prices were. So they get a five-star rating because of the amazing female bud tender that they had on duty! The product that they serve there is astounding and when you walk through that door. It will make you feel like you just walked into a five-star resort to how elegant the layout is!

First time ever coming here and I will never ever be coming back guy at the front desk was cool got me checked in quickly however the budtender was just completely awful at his job and I dont know how he works there..told me wrong prices more then once and couldnt tell me what products he had in store or a solid price for it. As I still proceed to spend $200 I go back out to my car. And Im going over the receipt and checking if I got it all. One of my flower containers was completely empty... looked like there was flower in the container once upon a time but I got it empty I was pretty upset tried to go back and see if they could make it right and they told me there is nothing they can do about it tonight. And to come back tomorrow. So I guess I will see if they make it right but I am not happy at all and will not be returning

The budtender here was rude upon first Contact not only did he have the audacity to question me about whose cards I was using at the ATM when its very clearly my card since I put in the PIN he also had the unmitigated gall to tell us where we could or couldnt wait when we were clearly within all social distancing measures outside we had walked over from Dave and Busters to spend some money because I had not been to the clinic in a long time however I was quickly reminded how their customer service is lacking and how they treat people of color I would not recommend this place for anybody who has any amount of money to spend we ended up walking off and taking our dollars elsewhere

I’ve been a customer of The Clinic for eight years bc every other dispensary’s flower gave me a headache, and I won’t buy from any other dispensary. Their product and value is unmatched! They always have amazing deals, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Was put on a list and told to wait in my car theres only a couple people ahead of me. Waited 15 mins never got a call, 3 others were in and out that pulled up after me. When I went back in my name was crossed off and was told I already shopped there. Then after they realized the mistake I was told Id get an extra discount, I wasnt even told about the specials they were having let alone a discount. Much better prices and customer service elsewhere. This was my first and last time.

Adam the store manager is very rude, I dont like the way I was treated during my experience here. The budtenders were wearing their mask under their nose, they wernt respecting social distancing, and I was rushed through the store like my experience wasnt important. Ive never been talked to so condescendingly. Wont return and will be sharing my experience with others.

The Clinic offered fast, reliable and knowledgeable service. Located right off busy Colorado Boulevard and Mexico, the staff was quick and friendly, answering all of my questions.They tailored the purchase to my needs and my budget.The edible selections offered looked delicious and they even had infused beverages in a handy beverage cooler fridge.The office was clean and colorfully green.Shenanigans were going in the back rooms which was to be expected, with banter and play sounds echoing through the closed doorways.I left happy. I will return. Try it. Youll be glad you did.

Very nice shop and friendly staff but the prices of the bud are outrageous. $200+ for an ounce of bud on the med side?!?! I havent been anywhere else in the metro thats higher than $100. Lower your prices if you want to be more competitive.The only items that have reasonable prices are the edibles. Will not shop here again until prices are normal.

Ive always really enjoyed the clinic. Product is expensive but is of amazing quality. This place really represents you get what you pay for. The product may be significantly higher, but the quality is hands down the best. If you want bud that has not been shaken for kief and still maintains its full flavor and potency, check out the clinic.

High quality, good customer service, decent prices. While I agree that price is higher than some places, the quality is great and so is the customer service. I once had an issue with leaky cartridges, and not only did they replace them, but they replaced them with the competing brand to their house brand. Always a great experience here!

I just left the clinic, had a very good experience. And no I did not get 15% off to write this review. Very nice place compared to most dispensaries. It is a little pricey for my taste but the guy who helped me was super nice and helpful! Good product but like I said too pricey for me.

Best shop on Colorado!

They were my caregivers from 2011-2013 and I always remembered how great their product was. Recently started coming back here since they expanded and the new rec side doesnt dissapoint. The staff is always great, even when you can tell theyre having a stressful evening (like 4/20) they will always go above and beyond.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Denver!! The budtenders are top notch and Jon always makes sure I leave with the dankest dank in the whole spot! Overall 10/10!!

This is just another corporate shop ruining cannabis culture for the rest of us.Bud tenders are essentially robots. When I asked for recommendations I was simply pointed to the most expensive items. Asked about the terp profile on some of there concentrates and got told “we only sell cannabis products here.” What. The. What?!?!There are about 6 other shops within a five minute drive of here. Please give one of them your business instead of these corporate hacks.

Had to wait outside and wanted to order online. So we went to rocky road in Aurora and walked right in and got everything we needed and was out within 15 mins.

Made the mistake of going here. Their prices are higher than everyone else in the area, and the quality is laughable in comparison. Go to Sacred Seed, Oasis, or Altitude instead. Theyre all cheaper with better product than tjis place.

This is a great place to go if you are not sure what to do for your pain. It is only medical, but I felt right at home. Doesnt smell of marijuana, knowledgable staff that do not make you feel stupid for not knowing simple things. Walk you through everything to make sure you have the right item for you! Excellent experience!!!

Best customer service!! I went in today and spoke with Josh, the store manager. I had an issue with my Pax pods. He immediately and happily corrected the issue with no hesitation. Big thanks to Josh for making my day today! This is the second time I have been to this location and both visits greatly exceeded my expectations! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The products are high quality. The store is very clean with an awesome vibe which makes it a perfect shopping location. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and they were busy. They have their own parking lot with alot of spaces making it customer friendly. The area is safe and pleasant. I highly recommend this location.

My favorite Colorado dispo to this day! Customer service was the best Ive ever had at any dispensary (including California). Excellent variety, great pricing, and vast selection of product. Its nice to see budtenders that are so knowledgable and some have even been with the company for 5+ years. The layout of the store was clean and organized with multiple educational areas for those that are new to the industry. Highly recommended to anyone seeking Cannabis products in the state of Colorado. I know Ill be back :)

Been a member for 6+yrs now. Dollar for dollar THE best dispensary in Colorado. Member benefits are amazing, and the quality of the product is second to none. I went coupon shopping at a lot of other stores, and always get what I paid for. A $15 1/8th is gonna be a $15 1/8th. Concentrates are amazing, and the staff is always super helpful.
