I am an avid runner with the usual aches & pains. I met with another acupuncturist, then found Dr. Esther Yang. Not all acupuncturist are the same! Dr. Yang is skilled, experienced, knowledgable & caring. She uses a variety of treatments such as needles, cupping & massage. Dr. Yang does not try to rush my appointments, she wants to make sure that Im no longer having pain before I leave. Im grateful that I found her practice. Im incredibly pleased with her expertise and will continue to see her should the need arise.

If you have been thinking about getting acupuncture, this is your sign: DO IT. If youve tried before and are looking for a reason to try again, Ill give you one good reason: Dr. Yang. This good human helped me find relief from sciatica pain after traditional western medicine failed me yet again. She has over forty years of experience. Esther Yang is one of those rare people who is not only good at what she does, she truly cares about her patients. You dont leave without feeling amazing. I have had such success with her that I have purchased gift cards for friends so that they can try services with her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here.

Dr. Yang is absolutely AWESOME: professional, responsive, very thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. She also made me feel at ease with Covid protocols in place. Frankly, I already knew firsthand that (painless) acupuncture is effective. My personal experience says: give it a chance - if youve ever wondered hmmm? Centuries of Eastern, conservative medicine just might have a thing or two up their sleeve?! You WILL see results.Ive been a chronic pain patient for over 21 yrs, but Dr. Yang is my new superhero. I used my HSA-funded account for payment of her reasonable fees. After long searching & consideration trying to find the perfect acupuncturist, I finally found her, for life. Thank you, Dr. Yang❣ See you soon....

Dr. Esther Yang helped me recover during what many would consider an extremely difficult time postpartum. I gave birth to an 11.5lb baby and experienced a list of complications including preeclampsia and Bells Palsy. Bells palsy came to the right side of my face and quickly Started to droop. I was experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, which led to complications with lactation. After an MRI, CAT scan, 24 hour Magnesium treatment, I was in the hospital for a week under the care of neurology and a host of doctors. All medical professionals recited that there is no identifiable cause or cure. All they can tell me is to take some heavy drugs for two weeks and wait it out Eight weeks to a year and hope for the best. I was told there was a 20% to 40% chance I would not recover completely. That is when I turned to Dr. Yang. As soon as I left the hospital, I began treatment twice a week with Dr. Yang. She was compassionate, professional, extremely gentle, while aggressive in her treatment. She didnt make any guarantees but promised a faster recovery and she delivered. In four weeks my face returned back to normal 100%.I cannot thank Dr. Yang enough for her care. If ever I truly believed in the power of acupuncture it is now.I highly recommend Dr. Yang. No problem is too small and she will be willing to help you to the best of her abilities.

As a student and having a full time desk job I am always on the computer, typing. Ive had problems with my wrist, shoulders and frequent headaches. My mom scheduled an appointment for me to go to Yang Acupuncture. Dr. Yang was very nice and knowledgeable. After one treatment I felt a lot better and so far Ive had less pain in my wrists and no headaches. Acupuncture does work and Dr. Yang is amazing.

I came to Dr. Yang after years and years of doctors being unable to tell me why I kept getting sick or why I had a really awful pain in my abdomen, usually saying Its all in your head!. Well, that is not true, Dr. Yang has been working with me for a few weeks now and its Not my head! At first I was skeptical, but after all of the xrays, blood tests, and MRIs I have already been through, I thought I would at least try it. I was not ready for the results. The pain that I have had for years and years is gone. I have a few twinges once in a while but NO pain. The treatment has even helped with my allergies! I have not been able to eat eggs for over 5 years but recently I made an egg dish for work, and tried it and did not have a reaction. I am amazed by my good fortune. Not only is Dr. Yang a skilled health professional, she is a really nice lady as well. Most doctors spend 15 seconds with you, Dr. Yang actually asks questions and Listens to you. If you have given up with on western medicine and have been troubled with an ailment, you really should consider scheduling an appointment with Dr. Yang. My quality of life is much improved since coming to see this nice lady and I am truly grateful to her.Valerie Schneider

I was diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy on May 21, at Aurora Regional. Bell’s Palsy is like a stroke with my face frozen on one side. The difference is Bell’s Palsy affects half of your entire face on one side. A stroke affects your face below your eye and either your arm or leg on the same side of your body. My face was frozen. For most people Bell’s Palsy will begin to let go in two weeks. I had never heard of Bell Palsy. The ER doctor said that they do see it frequently in Colorado. There are an estimated 40,000 to 50,000 cases in the USA each year. I saw my primary care doctor. He was concerned that I had little movement after the initial treatment. He added another 6 days of prednisone. The pharmacist did not do her job to tell me that prednisone should be taken between 2 am and 8 am, the optimal time to work in your body. I asked my primary care doctor about therapy or acupuncture. He did not know if acupuncture would work but I could try it. He prescribed therapy. The therapist provided exercises on June 4. Since I was not able to do them, she said to push the muscle into place for the exercise and my brain would eventually move the muscle. I asked if they had acupuncture, which they did not. My therapist said I could try it. I made an appoint with Dr. Ester Yang. My 1st visit on June 8 did provide relief as the nerve behind my ear on the frozen side was creating a great deal of pain that would wake me up in the middle of the night and continue during the day. I was taking Motrin at the maximum dosage. The pain has never come back after the 1st session. By the 3rd session, I could move my face. By the 5th session, I was normal. Dr. Esther Yang did say had I come in as soon as I was diagnosed that the acupuncture would have worked faster. Acupuncture needles do not hurt. I could feel my muscles release with pain during the session. The pain was worth the result. Dr Esther Yang has helped me a great deal. She helped me with a sinus infection. I was in a car accident and had whiplash several years ago that created TMJ. This happens to people who are double jointed. The neurologist that I saw for the car accident told me my two choices were therapy or cutting the nerve. I would never feel that area if the nerve was cut. I spent 3 months in therapy for whiplash in my back, neck and jaw. No pain pills were allowed. Whiplash your muscle twists, which is doubling over with pain, as whiplash muscle cannot pair with the other side. It took 2 more years before I could dangle my feet without pain or hold a phone between my neck and shoulder. My dentist noticed I my TMJ was making a loud noised 2 years ago. I saw him for my last cleaning he showed me exercises to strengthen the muscles. He did say to limit my yawn. But there is not much else that can be done. Dr. Esther Yang said that she could work on the my TMJ. Acupuncture is based upon nerves. My TMJ noise is less noticeable. The pain is gone after a yawn, but the click is still there. I intend to continue with Dr. Esther Yang for a few more sessions to see if the TMJ noise can be eliminated, like it was after therapy for the car accident. I would hope that a university would measure acupuncture cures and how it works to cure nerve issues. Acupuncture should be part of mainstream medicine. I am dumbfounded that no one has bothered to prove acupuncture does work. Dr. Esther Yang has diagnosed my issues and resolved them. I am very grateful to Dr. Esther Yang.
