Ive gotten many body treatments in my lifetime but never have I had any Acupuncture services. Carrie is great! She took time to walk me through the process and made me feel completely comfortable. Ive had cupping treatments before that leave marks for 4-5 days. Carries was the best quality and I had minimal marks. Her space is modern yet simple and very relaxing. I also noticed that Rooted in Tradition carries skincare and CBD products. Looking forward to more acupuncture and trying their other services like massage and facial rejuvenation.

A family friend told me about Carrie this year after I had surgery and was experiencing severe neck pain. I called her and she got me in the very next morning. I felt immediate relief. Ive seen her since for several different issues including digestion, back pain, cramps (no joke, I brought my own heating pad to the appointment and she was able to target the cramps with acupuncture and the pain was gone almost immediately, didnt even need the heating pad). We are even currently working on my TMJ pain. Not only is she knowledgeable and great with needles (I get a bit nervous with them), she makes you feel so at ease and really listens to your concerns. I had worked with another acupuncturist in the Denver area for awhile and was never listened to or cared for the way she does!
