I had psoriatic arthritis and inflammation related to stress at age 36 that severely limited my mobility. I had been very athletic previously, and had to give up sports for a year. Working on diet, sleep, meditation etc etc wasnt enough to cope and my body was showing the signs, especially in my knees, ankles, and feet. I wasnt able to get up from the floor without something to pull up on. I saw Kim weekly for a few months and it made a huge difference! Ive got 90% of my mobility back and can take it the rest of the way with stretching and exercise. Kim really listened to what my symptoms were, tried different techniques, and adapted the care plan over time. She made me feel cared for and helped my body recover from a really difficult year.

Though its been awhile and I need to go back, I love Berkeley Community Acupuncture. I had never tried acupuncture prior to coming here. They made me feel welcome and explained things well. I have seen two of the practitioners and though they are different they are both wonderful! Ive been for all sorts of ailments (insomnia, fatigue, seasonal affective disorder, allergies and others as well.) I no longer live in the same neighborhood but its worth the drive.I have also had massages there as well that were very good. The ambiance of the place just immediately makes me feel relaxed and tranquil.I have taken the herbs they offer as well. I really like that they want people to come because of their need and not as a way for them to make money. Some times they have recommended that I come more frequent but often times their recommendation have been really spaced out visits.Try for yourself. I am confident you will have a great experience. I have referred people there and they have said the same as me.

I go to Berkeley Community Acupuncture for both acupuncture and massage, and get great and compassionate care for both. Their providers on both sides are wonderful, and I never fail to leave feeling much better than when I entered. Its also got a great community feel to it, located smack in the heart of the Tennyson retail/restaurant district.

Wonderful environment located in a great neighborhood. The masseuse I had was fantastic and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted. It was a great experience and very relaxing. My husband has gone twice since I went and thinks it is great as well.

Bryan has been my massage therapist for several years and he is fantastic! I tried about a dozen other therapists in the Denver area before I found him. Hes knowledgeable and has great technique. He has a flexible schedule also with evening and weekend appointments.

Very professional, clean and relaxing atmosphere. I receive monthly massages and feel my therapist is the best! Very talented, knowledgeable and has helped me with my chronic stiff neck issues, shoulders, and lower back. Been receiving regular bodywork for 12 years, found Berkeley Community Acupuncture 2 years ago, and so happy I did! Certainly worth the 40 mile round-trip I make every month. Affordable too. Only downside is the parking. Have to find parking on the street. Suggest you show up 10 minutes early so you have plenty of time to find a parking spot.

Phenomenal service! I see Andy every week for acupuncture treatments related to MS. He has been the only thing to bring relief to my spasms. He is thorough and we talk for 10 minutes before each treatment to determine a treatment gameplan. His notes are impeccable as he remembers more of what I share than I do. I wish there was more I could do to get people to visit. Not all acupuncturists are created equal!

I started going to deal with some circulation issues, but I quickly discovered that they could address everything from muscle pains to migraines and sleep issues. Two people in my family go here for treatment. We would not miss an appointment. We receive acupuncture and massage treatments for arthritis and Fibromyalgia. What we loved the most at first was the ease of getting an appointment within a day or two. The also work tirelessly to get as much covered by insurance as possible which Im sure is not a fun part of their job.

I found this place a couple of years ago with a groupon special and have been coming back ever since - often! I started going for acupuncture b/c I was having nerve pain in my neck. The regular doctors only masked the pain, but Andy got rid of it for me. He is very attentive and friendly. Nick is great on the massage side as well. I wont go anywhere else!

Andy got his degree at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine where I origianlly got started with acupuncture. Now its like having the school in my neighborhood. I have gone for acupuncture for a couple of years on a weekly basis. I have MS and PD and have severe pain. When I started on the pain scale I was mostly 9-10, and now am down to a livable 5-6. They help me so much with pain management, it is awesome. No oral prescription nor weed has been as helpful. They are nice, kind and competent. I could not function without their help!I highly recommend them to anyone with pain, or any other symptom they can treat.

I have been to the acupuncture lounge 12 times and they have helped me recover completely from my tennis elbow. I highly recommend Matt. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
