Kates gentle care and extensive knowledge have been integral in my healing process and I cant even remember what my life was like before she started giving me acupuncture and herbs. Shes kind, an intuitive listener, warm, charming, and dependable. She makes Eastern medicine accessible to all because of her patient and passionate ways of explaining it and practicing it, making you feel comfortable and supported regarding any issue you may be experiencing. Outstanding experience from the first point of contact until I left a happy customer! Kate was quick to respond to my appointment request and made sure she had a clear idea of my concerns before I arrived. I had been experiencing issues with my back and decided to try cupping to ease some of the issues. Kate did a great job of clearly communicating each step of the process (as it was my first time trying cupping) and more importantly clearly explained how those steps would work towards treating those issues. A few days later I went to a previously scheduled massage therapy appointment and the therapist, unprompted, noted that whoever had done the cupping had done a thorough, great job as my back was noticeably better than the last time she had seen me. Five stars for the awesome space, location, and experience!
