I wouldnt go here if i was six or the age i am now, i call and call and email but dont get a reply EVEN before the thanksgiving holiday came up she never called me back and that tells me that she doesnt want me as a patient thereshe also said shed mail me some things to fill out STILL HAVE NOT.......gotten them yet
