Dr. Greer has helped our family during a time of need with a very professional approach and caring attitude. We cant say enough about the level of professionalism of her staff and counselors. I would recommend her to anyone who needs family or relationship counseling. Our family is better off because of the services we received from her practice.

Really no record seeing you? Would you like me to post pictures of my receipts? Changing my review to 1 star. This Dr. did not have my daughters best interest at heart and my daughter feels she violated patient confidentiality by sharing info with her abuser. We left as fast as we could.

Dr. Greer is great, her staff and therapist are professional, and she can help if you are facing difficulties.  They take most insurance.  It will be worth your while as I have tried other therapists and I find Dr. Greer had the understanding and depth that we needed as a couple.  She is caring, friendly, and understands issues faced by couples and families.

I highly recommend Greer and Associates or Dr. Michele Greer as a therapist and counselor.  I have seen her for over 10 years now with outstanding results.  She is knowledgeable, experienced, and most important to me was that she spent time with us through a difficult time.

I have mixed feelings about my experience with Dr. Greer. I used her as a parenting facilitator several years ago at the Denton office. I never had any issues with scheduling, etc. as some have complained. I found the office to be a very warm, therapeutic environment. She helped in a facilitator role, however I left every session being verbally abused by my ex with literally zero pushback from her (eg: saying something as simple as we dont talk to each other that way here - there seemed to be no boundaries). Eventually I stopped going because in my attempt to leave an abusive relationship this became a weekly meeting for me to continue to be abused. Dr. Greer is very nice and helpful but Im not sure she has the temperament to handle certain toxic types in that setting, so be forewarned if that is your situation. Sadly, I just left each session feeling broken and battered.

I am leaving my first ever negative review, something I am distinctly uncomfortable with but feel the issue requires it to give others the proper warning as the last thing those seeking help need to be treated the way we were.I made an appointment specifically for Denton location but was informed day of we needed to be in Frisco. Simple, human error we overlooked. Of interest, when I made that appointment, I was told they wouldn’t accept Medicaid (despite it being listed on their website) until November. No big deal though... I discussed with front desk gentleman the cash rate and was fine with paying that out of pocket for as long as we needed. But since we our first appointment had to be rescheduled a few weeks later in the Denton office, it was my understanding Medicaid would be accepted at that time. It wasn’t, but regardless, it’s a moot point because we were always comfortable paying the full price in order for our daughter to get the care she needed for as long as it took. So my husband returns at the new appointment ready to get our daughter into care. He was informed at that time that Medicaid was still not accepted...ok. I work in healthcare and understand the bureaucracy and paperwork associated to Medicaid. No big deal. This should have been my red flag but I chalked it up to just life. What is not ok and down right appaling is that Michelle Greer looked him and down and informed him he couldn’t afford her. In front of our daughter, who already felt therapists were judgmental snobs. Now, granted...my husband takes perverse pleasure in dressing down. But I can’t fathom how a professional, educated therapist could be so blatantly judgemental and careless with words. OF ALL PROFESSIONS, how can a therapist be so offensive and vulgar? How do you justify such poor, ethical behavior right off the bat? Just ...how? I really want to know how such behavior was even remotely acceptable.I suspect this office will respond in a very dismissive, accusatory fashion to this as you have others on this thread, and that is fine. My message for you Michelle is that you would do well to do some self evaluation and personal reflection. What you did was wrong, and adversely impactful on my daughter for no valid reason. Thankfully, she had my husband to show her how to be firm and polite where the “unaffordable” elitist professionals could not.My message for others is look elsewhere for mental health support. I am giving the benefit of the doubt that some of the positive reviews here are legit. There appears to be the capacity for some to be treated with dignity and respect. But not for all. And in this arena where people need compassion and respect, why further jeopardize your well being based on appearance?

Dont go here. Horribly unorganized and very poor communication skills. Her staff NEVER answers the phone. I made an appointment with her staff on Monday August 15th after calling and leaving several messages. I informed them that I had a suicide attempt and that it was urgent. They told me that she is booked and could only take me on September 6th, today. I said Id take the appointment and gave them my insurance information. I show up with my fiancé to my appointment today and Dr. Greer comes out saying that she doesnt take my insurance and starts apologizing and explaining to my fiancé. The appointment wasnt for him it was for me - he was there as emotional support. There was no need to even look in his direction. This woman is an idiot who could give two craps about mental health.
