Courtney is amazing! I LOVE how my hair turned out- the make your whole better kind of hair cut:D! I wanted it darkened a bit closer to my natural color but still with lots of dimension and she hit it spot on - even better than what was in mind! I came in not very clearly expressing what I was going for and she did such a thorough job listening, helping articulate what I meant, and ensuring she understood what was important to me by repeating it back!I love Salon La Page and know it’s a place I can trust when I’m ready to treat myself with taking care of my hair the right way- I just wish I lived closer!!Also the front desk service was so helpful and sweet - specifically I had a rough attitude when rescheduling an appointment last week and despite that Sarah Beth was so sweet and diffused the situation and even apologized to ME for the situation (when I was the one who was not being polite and it wasnt her fault in the first place - Im sorry for being in such a bad mood and letting it impact how I spoke with you!) - Props to her and the awesome customer service she represents for the company.

Honestly wanted to love this place. Had a decent first experience. Drove 45 min back today for a 2nd visit only to be told upon arrival that they dont believe in rights & require a mask until the 30th. Wouldve been GREAT news when I called to schedule. Highly disappointed in their lack of respect for human rights. I shall never return nor will I ever recommend them. Too bad.

Im really disappointed. I had made an appointment days in advance to have my hair done before a wedding I am supposed to be at. Moved around meetings on my own schedule to make it happen, all to have them call me 4 hours before my appointment to say the stylist is canceling. Last minute cancelations like that are unprofessional, and Im just really disappointed. I was looking forward to checking you guys out, but Ill have to go elsewhere.

Ive been going here for 5 years, have had many stylists. I feel blown off by some because I dont color my hair, paying several hundred dollars per visit. Recently I was in, hair wasnt washed or styled but was charged for it. When I questioned it the answer was, I emailed you your receipt. I gets increasingly difficult to be treated this way.

James is just perfect. He is the kindest human who does the most wonderful hair. In reality there is not one person at this salon I wouldnt go to. Absolutely top notch.

I am so happy with my hair after my stylist Tina Koesler colored and cut my hair. I showed Tina a picture for a hair color that I was wanting and she asked me a question that I had never been asked before. What do you like about this hair color. Such a simple statement but what a powerful question. I explained to her what I liked and what my concerns were. Tina listened without interruption, taking in what I was saying then politely explained to me the process and hair color line that they use. Tina was absolutely right and achieved the color I was wanting which no one has been successful in doing in 4 years, since I lost my last stylist. I have received multiple compliments on my color since Tina colored it. I am so happy with experience and will be returning.

Salon LaPage is hands-down the best salon in all of Texas and probably the south. Everyone there is sweet and kind and always accommodating. My entire family goes, and from Forrest who gives the most amazing fades and cool-guy haircuts to our son, to Chelsa who painstakingly cares for my hair and understands the challenges (naturally curly, thinning, refuses to grow), we are all taken care of like we’re part of the family. They have been incredibly diligent throughout Covid and have made all of us feel safe, while also managing our unruly locks from lock-down. Cannot say enough good things or recommend them highly enough.

I had the pleasure of having Emily for the stylist at my appointment. She asked what I was thinking and would like for my hair color, cut, and style. I told her and she said alright let me mix your color and we will get started. She came back and said I read up on your previous appointments to double check your color preferences and use. She gave her recommendations going forward an I agreed. She took her time, was extremely professional, knowledgeable of her craft & products, and super friendly. Micayla is so sweet and really got to understand exactly what I was wanting with my hair before starting. Jennifer was incredible. My hair can be annoying to do at times, and I have definitely felt the annoyance by other stylists because it’s a bit thick which is time consuming. Chelsa was absolutely amazing! She achieved a light blonde color for my front framing pieces of my hair in one sitting! My hair was almost jet black to start with and I LOVED the result we came out with! Everyone was so kind and i can’t wait to be back!

Ill start by saying that I wasnt having the best week. I called to make an appointment and they told me I could come in the same day to see Emily. She gave me a shampoo and deep conditioning treatment along with a scalp massage. Definitely relieved some stress! I told her I wanted a bob and she did an absolutely AMAZING job! I have been going to Forest for a couple years now and every time it has been an amazing experience! She’s done many things to my hair from haircuts, to a rose-gold dye, and most recently took me from brown back to blonde. Every time she has exceeded expectations, especially this last time as she creatively returned my solid brown dyed hair to a light blonde with so many dimensions. It’s the best my hair has ever looked. I would highly recommend Forest as she has a great eye for hair and loves what she does!

Kat did an incredible job bringing my dry, lifeless hair back to life! She got me hooked up with a great deep conditioning treatment, and trimmed about 3-4 inches of dead ends that desperately needed to go. Ill be going back to see her in November!

I get my hair colored here about twice a year for grey coverage and I got my hair styled for my wedding photos here. You get what you pay for. These stylists are the best in the business! They take very good care of you, give sound hair care advice, and provide the best in products and services.

Salon doesn’t tell you what is being charged until you’re ready to check out - including the color being added on because of their mistakes. I was quoted $126-166 & ended up paying $362 because my colorist kept having to put on dye after dye to “try to get it close to what I want” which was an overreach... I wish I could include pictures of how disastrous my hair looked & nothing like what I wanted. The owner is unapologetic & talked down to me referring to me as “sweetie” & saying there are NO REFUNDS ON COLOR. They offered me a free color glaze on a color I did not want. After saying that is all they could do complimentary I told the owner that is not what I want & for paying that much for JUST A HIGHLIGHT I would prefer to go somewhere else, accepting even just the cost of the re-glaze as a refund & once again that was condescendingly shut down. I will not go back & would not refer anyone here for color. As seeing the novel long response to another poor review, can’t wait to see what the owner publicly has to say about this one.

I chose this salon because of the good reviews & I wanted to make a big change. I looked past them not calling me for my free consultation. When I arrived I really liked my stylist and we talked the whole 4 hours I was there. I specifically asked her not to try to change my hair to what I asked for if she didnt think it was possible, but she said it was definitely doable and she was excited. I could tell half way through that something was wrong because she had to tone my hair 4 or 5 times. By the time I was done, it was dark outside and hard to see my hair with the red walls. I was just happy to be done so I thanked her, bought the Redkin shampoos she recommended and left with a $250 bill after tipping $25. I got home and quickly realized my hair was not at all what I wanted. Since it was a red color I knew it would fade and I washed it once before calling to ask for it to be fixed. My stylist told me it would be $66 to fix my hair. I got off of the phone and realized that I didnt think I should have to pay to fix my hair and called back. The receptionist told me the salon owner would call me because she didnt have the ability to offer any discounts, which I totally understood and was happy that the owner was willing to talk to me. A few days later the salon owner called me but as it was my birthday I had to call her back at a later date. She never returned my call. I called her again a few days after that and again, havnt received a call back. I got my hair done June 16th and it is now July 8th. I had my hair done for my birthday and had hair I didnt feel confident in for my birthday and for weeks. Overall, I am super disappointed in my experience and I really wish they had just fixed it as I would have been a loyal customer had they came back and offered to fix it for not cost. I chose not to include my stylists name because I dont want to ruin her chance of making money in these trying times, and I am mainly upset about the customer service. I am attaching an image of what I asked for vs how my hair looked when I got home that night. I also attached an image of what it looks like now, weeks after. PS: my hair was a pretty light blond before coming into the salon, so it baffled me that my hair got so much darker since the image I showed the stylist was very blond.

I got my my hair cut and dyed on a Friday and when I got home I realized the color, while executed beautifully, was not quite what I wanted. This was through no fault of the stylist, and instead a simple miscommunication. I called as soon as I realized it wasnt right and they booked an appointment for me right there to get it fixed the upcoming Monday.When I got there on Monday everyone was extremely friendly and Meredith understood exactly what it was I was asking for, even more so than I did, and my hair ended up perfect! The experience was excellent and I would 100% recommend their services to anyone looking for fantastic service and fantastic hair.

I wanted to get my daughter in to a hair stylist, but I had a very short window where she was available. I called and they got her in the next day. Forest worked within my budget (It was not cheap! But I felt like they worked with us and got us in very quickly), and did an exceptional job with the cut and color. She was very knowledgeable and had a lot of input about what was going to work best with my daughters hair. She was wonderful! My daughter was so pleased, and so was I! You cant go wrong with this place. All the girls seem really good at what they do! I highly recommend!

Horrible service first and last time I ever go. I called made an appointment was told one of their higher stylist (Tina) would be doing my hair. I get there and she shows her assistant which color, thats all she did. Never checked on my color was suppose to cut my hair just touched the tips. The assistance took almost 3 hours doing my hair but I paid for Tinas prices riff off!!!! My normal hair dresser was out off the country which is Daniella at Bella Salon shes half the price I paid and does and excellent job including customer service!!! I could have gone to great clips and had better service and much cheaper. Worst money Ive ever spent!!!! BEWARE

Went to Salon LaPage for a haircut, it was my first time trying out this salon. Tina was my stylist, she was amazing!!! She cut my hair exactly how I asked. I have long hair and only wanted a couple inches cut off to clean up my ends and thats exactly what Tina did. She was also super friendly. As a bonus they gave me a deep conditioning treatment and take home 21 benefit full size pureology spray for being a first timer! I will definitely be back, and definitely recommend.

I had come in about a month before to ask questions about getting a perm and spoke with Priscilla. I actually live in Austin, but was visiting friends in Dallas when I stopped by. I have not yet found a stylist in Austin. Plus, its hard to find someone to do a perm nowadays. I liked how Priscilla was up front about the good and bad of getting the perm and got a good feel from talking to her, so I worked out when Id be back in the area and set up an appointment.When I came in for the perm, it was great. I was there for about 4 hours (I have a lot of thick hair, so it took a while to wrap). Priscilla was a doll. She was engaging and fun to chat with, but didnt seem to mind when I got lost in my thoughts and was quiet. Its also the gentlest perm Ive had. Im so used to it hurting from the tugging and pulling and such, so Id taken Advil beforehand to stave off the impending headache. But it was nigh unnecessary. I barely felt anything when she did the wrap. When they went to remove them (2 others ended up helping), there was a little snagging here and there, but not much.The end result was gorgeous. Im still getting used to it, but it looks great. Priscilla totally understand when I said I didnt want to look like a bell - and I dont! I had a great time and got superior service.Thanks Priscilla! If Im up that way again when I need my next cut, Ill be hitting you up again!

Recently I got my hair cut and colored by Micayla and she is an absolute sweetheart who made me feel beautiful. She knew exactly what I needed and got me in and out within 2 hours...usually takes me 3 because I get my hair colored a lot. I highly recommend this salon because they just know what theyre doing...complete experts no matter what stylist youre scheduled with.

Love this place! James always makes my hair look awesome, and so far Ive always been able to get in same day for eyebrow waxing appointments (which are quick and relatively painless!) The atmosphere is nice too, I love listening to the stylists chat while they work and everyone is really nice.

I called this salon to ask about a cut and highlights. They told me the price would depend on what level of stylist i wanted! What?! The first level was like apprentice and the quote was way too high! This system is just a way for them to trick you into paying more by wanting a better stylist!! Why even higher someone who isnt up to standard? I wont be making an appointment here....ever!

Went for the first time today and Meredith was amazing. Salon was clean and everyone was friendly. Ive never been to a hair salon that actually takes the time to hear what you really want. But, then I got home and called the salon and they were SO nice about it and let me come in the next day to get it re-done for no charge. They are very professional and have exceptional customer service. I was taken right at my appointment time both days. I highly recommend this salon. I dont usually write reviews, but I felt like they deserved 5 stars for the way I was treated. Definitely will be going back! Thank you Salon LaPage

Prices too high......pricing depends they said on which hair stylist you get. They wanted $39 for just a haircut with the one they assigned to me. No structured pricing.....next time maybe who they assign to you will want a $100.Plus the receptionest is condescending..... good luck this place

Madi is amazing. First time I went and had an amazing experience. It is a higher priced salon, but everything is up to par with the price tag. Very clean, cute and aesthetically pleasing environment. My hair had no hope and Madi fixed it flawlessly. 10/10 would recommend

When I booked my WEDDING hair style I made is VERY clear i needed someone who can do ALL types of braids, because I had a couple different braids in mind and had pics to reference. Was told no prob, dont worry about sending the pics ahead of time, they have a great braid GIRL and they would book me with her. I get there, and was told the braid girl isnt available even tho I specifically asked for the braid girl. My stylist COULDNT DO ANYTHING OTHER THAN A TRADITIONAL BRAID.!!!!! ALL I GOT FOR $170 WAS A WASH, STRAIGHTEN AND STYLE AND NOT EVEN WHAT I ASKED FOR. MY HAIR WASNT EVEN LEVEL ON TOP, THERE WAS PART THAT WAS LUMPED UP! NEVER AGAIN. IF I COULD GIVE YOU ZERO STARS I WOULD. YOU RUINED MY WEDDING HAIR. it was plain and unimpressive. I expected MUCH more not only for what I paid but FOR MY WEDDING

I have been going to Chelsa for several years and she has always done a great job. The salon is very nice and the stylist are talented and friendly. I highly recommend.
