DO NOT USE UNLESS YOURE ABSOLUTELY DESPARATE! Visiting Angels Denton lies to the client, over charges client, and primarily provides sub-par unskilled and untrained caregivers. Of the 19 different caregivers sent to me, only 3 knew what they were doing and were worth having back. Unfortunately they didnt work for Visiting Angels very long. The office staff does not communicate well with each other or with the client. They have no problem putting the client at risk. Several caregivers complained to us that they do not get paid for all of the work they do because the companys check-in/check-out app doesnt always work. When caregivers arent paid, they do a lousy job for the client. I have found caregivers from other sources.

My experience with Visiting has honestly been a great one. I love all my clients,I get payed weekly an my shifts are set around my familys schedule. They are under standing when you have a shift scheduled but you have an emergency come up they work with you an understand. I think this is a great place to work

Ive never been able to give any past employers all 5 stars until now. I havent worked for Visiting Angels long. During my few months of being an employee I can gladly say that I do not regret accepting the chance to work for them. They are so flexible when it comes to scheduling. Whatever your preference is they will do their best to accommodate you. I have not met all the staff because I live out of town, but they have been so generous respectful polite caring passionate towards clients and myself. I am looking forward to the future working with them to give the best care for our clients. I dont feel like Im working for them. I feel as though Im working with them and we are a team. I high would recommend anyone who needs any or all the services we provide to try this company Visitng Angels. Make It A Great Day! Be blessed!

Ladies are well trained, kind, consistent in their care of my husband who has later stages Parkinson. Always on time and will do anything to help us if they have time while he sleeps. Only concern was getting billing straight (NOT deceptive just mixup) but they worked with me until it was perfect.

I have been employed with visiting angels for over a year. I have enjoyed the client I work for and I also have enjoyed working for Visiting angels. They have aloud me to have a flexible schedule so I could go back to school. They have a great and caring team in the office that is always there for you. When people ask me who I work for I enjoy talking about the company. I could go on and on talking about them. They are great!!

At the last minute I needed someone to companion my (almost) 92 year old mom who was worried about going home from the hospital. Although she was somewhat leery of having a stranger there, she was very pleased with the companions and Im very pleased with the administrative part involved in working with them. They are great.
