Our son recently sustained an eye injury at work. This happened late afternoon on a Friday. I called this office and their staff was most helpful! They were gracious, kind, and compassionate. Caring for him required them to stay after hours, yet they were pleasant and patient. As a result of Gods provision and protection and the prompt and professional care that he received from this staff, his needs were met and his eye has been healed. Our family highly recommends this office as, unfortunately, this level of care cannot be found just anywhere. You have our deepest gratitude.

Dr Baker is an excellent Dr. Louisiana eye are has taken care of our family fo years and we strongly recommend them!! When my Dr lost her glasses, and our insurance would not approve another pair for 8 more months, they let my 14 year old daughter choose from a select group of frames, and got her a new pair of glasses lenses and everything for $100. They completely exceeded our expectations every time we go there!

Dr. DiCarlo and her staff were super friendly and took great care of me! Very nice office with the latest technology - I was able to get my updated prescription without needing to have my eyes dilated. I get nervous with anything eye related, but they made me comfortable throughout the appointment - will definitely be back to see them in the future!

I went here after the first place I went struggled to get my correct contact prescription. Dr. Dicarlo nailed it on her first try. The entire team was prompt and courteous. Even better, they have alternatives to the eye dilation and the air puff in your eyes!

Had an appointment with Dr. Megan Fisher and she was great. No problems. My issue is with the optical center. Chose a pair with comfortable nose pads. Was told if at any time I need they can order more pads. A few months later the nose pads came off. Went in and the woman ordered some. When they came in I went and she put them on. A few months later the pads came off so I went in and she put new ones on. A few months later, for the third time, the pads came off again. I went in and the woman said she didn’t have any and wouldn’t order any. She turned her back on me and refused to answer any more question. So now I’m stuck with a very expensive pair of glasses that I am trying to find pads that will work. Again, the appointment was fine but the optic center for glasses is the worst. I would NOT recommend.

Everything from start to finish was great! I felt so at ease with these young ladies!! Its awesome to find and be a part of that amazing Southern Hospitality that I fell in love with SOOOO many years ago!! Theyre all AMAZING and I wont ever go anywhere else!!

A little bit of a wait time, but the staff are friendly and professional. The cleanliness is 5 out of 5, as well as the customer/provider communication. I would recommend Cynthia Baker if youre looking for an eye exam.

My experience at Louisiana Eye Care was amazing! My eye exam with Dr. DiCarlo was quick and super easy! She knew just what I needed to help get me through these long days studying on a computer!! Also, Chelsea, Debbie and Hailey helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses. I am a very indecisive person so I loved that they gave me their opinion on each pair of glasses I tried on! I can’t wait for my glasses to come in!

Insanely priced glasses. However the medical or optical staff was friendly. The “b!$&h” doing or helping you pick the glasses. Not so much.

I shattered one of the lenses in my costa sunglasses. Costa refused to repair them and suggested I buy more lenses and take them to one of their dealers to have them replace the broken lens. I called SEVEN different eye clinics/retailers and finally Louisiana Eye Care said they could fix it. I went in and within 10 min Debbie “strong thumbs” had my sunglasses looking brand new again! She even adjusted the legs so they wouldn’t fall off of my face when I looked down. Truly appreciate their kindness and help! Thank you!!

Dr. Baker and staff are among the best when it comes to patient care and customer service. I first used this office after haven taken my son to a different eye doctor for an extended amount of time for focusing therapy. After failing an eye exam at school, Dr. Baker found that he truly needed glasses and has seen him as a patient every since.

All I can say is good luck. I paid over $500.00 for a pair of glasses and I am having to wear my $10.00 Walmart glasses to type this review. Dr. Baker may be the best eye Doctor in the land but the female you have to deal with to actually order your glasses is an idiot.When I told her the problem she started explaining how glasses work and that I was just going to have to get adapt to them.Blurry is hard to adapt to unless you can read brail.Like I said “Good Luck”

I have to say I was bound to another Optometrist for Insurance purposes for many years. I recently changed insurance policies and finally had the option to go to another Dr. that was on my plan. I always felt when I left my former eye doctor that both my family and I have gone to for many years; that I got ripped off. I was very dissatisfied with the way they ran their business always charging me more and diagnosing me for something I did not need. Dr. Baker’s office changed my perception of an Optometrist. I finally received the truth explaining in detail what I actually needed for my eyes “no fluff” no dishonesty. Dr. Baker is now my families eye care physician, her office and friendly staff are honest and care about the patient not about the pocketbook. This was the best experience I have ever had with an Optometrist office and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.Very Satisfied Patient
