Had to reschedule daughter’s last eye appointment because they over booked, then show up to the next appointment and they have it scheduled 30 minutes later than I was told when I made the appointment. Came early, been sitting here for an hour. They held our chart till our appointment time instead of inquiring why we had been sitting here for an hour. They were not busy. It’s frustrating to have her show me a computer printed paper with the appointment time, when I wouldn’t have scheduled at that time due to a previously scheduled appointment. Last visit to Williamson in Denham.

The staff was very professional and nice. Dr. Norad was fantastic and the girl helping me pick out my glasses was super sweet. I would recommend yall to everyone. Amazing and easy experience! Couldnt have been more satisfied with the care they showed me while I was there.

Doctor fantastic! Wait was not long. Ordering glasses was a fun experience. The workers make you feel right at home. Had a small issue, and Ms. Amber reached out. Truly a place where the entire staff is there to create a welcoming environment for the community and any needs individuals may have. Definitely recommend.

Showed up at 8:00am for an 8:05am appointment. Walked out about 30 minutes later. No excuse to make someone wait when they schedule an appt. (especially when they want to charge a patient for a missed appointment). If a restaurant can honor a reservation, a doctors office should too. Very disappointing and NO I would not recommend this place given all the other options close by. They seem more interested in booking appointments then getting to them.

I cannot remember her name but I will get it when I come back. I was taken back for my exam by a wonderful young lady. Rare these days. She was kind and made me feel good. A little kindness means so much. You never know what others are going through❤️

Before my surgery, my visions was shot. I’m in my 30’s and I had the eyesight of someone in their 80s. I was constantly afraid that I would break my glasses at work, fishing or during any other daily activity. I finally decided to have lasik surgery and it was life changing.The staff are GREAT! They made me feel very comfortable and important. They explained everything to me.The thought of surgery did make me nervous, but I knew I needed to have it done. It only took a couple minutes to do both of eyes. They immediately took me to the other room to check my vision. I was able to see and it was amazing! When the numbing drops wore off I’m not gonna lie it was pretty painful for me but completely worth it. The next morning it was like it never happened. My glasses went in the trashcan.I would absolutely recommend Williamson Eye Center to anybody, it was life changing!

I had an eyelid lift to improve my vision (thanks Dad for sharing your droopy eyelids). The results are nice and the follow up care was fantastic. I would trust the people at Williamson for other procedures related to my eyes.

I greatly appreciated that Dr. Booth took time to see me over the weekend when the office wasnt even open because of an eye injury that I have.

After using other eye doctors in the area and having multiple remakes because various other doctors could not get my prescription right, I decided to try Dr. Christine Norred in Denham Springs. Dr. Norred and her assistant took their time to conduct my examination and patiently listen to my previous problems with with other doctors prescriptions. She was confident that the prescription she wrote would work for me so I went across the office to get the prescription filled. Two weeks passed by and I was notified my glasses were ready to pick up. It took two days for my eyes to get fully comfortable with the new progressives but what a difference, these glasses give me a crystal clear view thats almost 3D in quality! I can use my computer comfortably and my eyes easily transition from near to far with no issues. For the first time in many years, this is the first pair of eyeglasses that Ive been able to wear without having to go back, get re-examined, and wait for the remade glasses to arrive. Dr. Norred got my prescription right the first time and I can say that Im seeing better now than what Ive seen in over 10 years! FWIW, Ive been wearing progressives for over 25 years and know a bit about optics. Dr. Norred and the rest of the staff there are to be commended and I highly recommend her if you have issues getting your glasses made correctly the first time.

Made an appointment for a medically required checkup. Easy process and they were able to match up with my schedule. Wait was about 25 minutes which was a bit long for a morning appointment. The tech Candice was excellent and informative as was Dr. Blake. The optical department wasn’t as helpful and I rate that dept 3 but the excellent service by Dr. Blake and Candice was a 5. Will go again.

Do not recommend!! The doctor keeps you waiting in the room for hours before she ever gets to you and then she is rude and wears her mask below her nose while talking to you!! Will not be back!!

I went to see Dr.. Blake Williamson relative to cataract surgery. Dr. Williamson and the staff at Williamson Eye Center as well as the surgery center were fantastic. I was not only made to feel comfortable but explained everything in great detail. My experience with Williamson Eye Center has not been nothing but five star. I would highly recommend Williamson eye center and Dr.. Blake Williamson to anyone who was considering this procedure.

Dr Blake Booth has gone far beyond what is expected of him as a physician. He has been so patient with me and my corneal abrasion and so very accommodating to my needs. He is understanding, personable, caring and so compassionate all while doing what needs to be done medically to help me get better. I have seen Dr.s in the past who have not done very much to improve my problem, so I am EXTREMELY thankful that I found Dr Booth and Williamson Eye Center. I hope Dr Booth gets this message and knows how appreciative I am for what he has done for me! I will refer him and Williamson Eye center to everyone I know searching for an ophthalmologist!

Overall service was reasonable. BUT, IN MY OPINION, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE! $5.00 insurance copay at check-in for eye exam and update of eye glass prescription. At check-out, bill of $105.00. ....THE CATCH: I was asked in exam room about contacts and fitting and that I could order contacts at a later time. No mention of the $100.00 charge and that my insurance did not pay for it! When I questioned the extra charge at check out, the response was, that was not on your chart and not supposed to be done. Valuable $100.00 lesson for me - Always ask if it is covered by insurance and whats my cost!!

Everyone was so kind and helpful! I felt like I was in good hands with Dr Blake Williamson. He also helped my daughter not to long ago. We love him. Without him I dont know what we would have done. She had a bad infection in her eye and it just got worst over time. As soon as he seen her he sent us to another dr that could help and we owe a lot to Dr Blake for doing that. Thank u all! Excellent staff, friendly makes you feel welcome! Hated the wait time but I soon realized Dr. Blake spends a lot of time with each patient. He listened to my concerns and gave me choices for treatment. The girl who helped me pick out my glasses was excellent! I felt like she really cared about me picking the right glasses for my style. No comment on the Doctor never made it that far. First visit arrived early expecting to fill out paper work, Was greeted by a quick snap to sign in on the clip board. Could not see it due to the line at the counter. Was taken back at appointment time 5 stars. Quickly went through the front screening process 5 star. Then set in the room for 45 minutes 1 star finally got up and left. Not a great first time experience. was told i would be next if I wanted to wait a little longer. No thanks

You make an appointment to see someone but sit a dark waiting room for 30 minutes to see the doctor. I feel like I am at the ER which I didnt make an appointment. Than the doctor comes in and leaves for another ten minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrified momma here worried about her daughters eye, Williamson Eye Center was so rude to me and gave me absolutely no comfort. The lady answering the phone literally said “kill me” when I wanted her to ask the doctor a question. Do not go here.

Very slow...maybe they aren’t staffed adequately or overshedule appointments, but I’ve noticed over the last couple of years they have kept me waiting for nearly an hour each time once I’ve been placed in the back room awaiting the doctor. I think I am going to change to another eye clinic. If I schedule a 9:00 am appt and arrive early there’s no way I should still be waiting for the doctor at 11:00 am! So frustrating!
