Staff seems unhappy. Was overcharged for co pay which I told them but the lady knew she was right. The exam part is completely different from the office part. I cant seem to get them to email my prescription to me. Worse are my glasses are horrible. Im pretty sure its because the non smiling rarely talking person put a mark where bi focal should begin and it is in such the lower part of the glasses that I have to hold them up to read. I mentioned it when I picked them up but was told Id get use to them. If u want to stop getting complaints revamp ur staff. Office staff only. I dont know if ur office manager has a bad attitude or what but they seem to copy each others ,we dont want to wait on u , attitude

My family and I have been to two Bond Wroten locations now, Hammond LA and now Denham Springs LA. I can say that I have no reason to go anywhere else for my families of the optical needs. Everyone is considerate and patient.

Horrible experience! The staff are rude and some are just downright mean. Stay far away from this place!!

When I purchased my glasses I was told I had a one year quarantee, When I tried to get them repaired the company denied my claim so they lied.

Used to work here. Very friendly staff and Dr Bond is the best! Uses the most up to date technology while still making you feel right at home. Has a great selection of frames and lenses. Focus is not only eye health but overall health as well, the eyes show early warning signs of possible health problems.

Called and made my child appointment 7 days early and I also got a text message confirming the appointment. And when I bout my child the on the appointment date, they said she was now where in the system. The lady was rude and I showed her the day I called and the day I got the text to confirm the appointment and all she could say was someone must have not put her information in. I told her that asked me for all her I formation to even make the appointment..... the lady didnt have nothing else to say about it. They did end up seeing my child that day but it was a long while waite before someone would take her.It had me very unhappy because I had to take off work early and check out my child out as well. I have never had this problem whenever I have brought my other children here for their eye exams. SMH.

Drs. Bond and Coleman have been wonderful with me with my regular exams and for some issues I had earlier this year. However, I do think $125.00 to fit contacts, plus the contacts was a little over the top. I have been wearing contacts for years and never had to pay this much for a fitting...or any fitting. Overall tho, they are terrific!!!

Friendly and caring staff. They explain things thoroughly. Helped me pick a pair of frames that my insurance covered and look great.

I was very happy with my visit and service... until I got the bill. Completely unreasonable prices. I wouldnt recommend someone to go here due to the sticker shock. Other places offer same level of care for much less of a price.

Was recommended to Dr. Wroten by a friend. Very professional and personable. The office is obviously well run and I feel like someone is really taking care of my eyes longterm. I have never been surprised on the money side of things. Was told immediately what was and was not covered through my vision insurance.

I was very happy with my visit. I would tell everyone I know to go to Bond Eye clinic.

Went twice, waited an hour the first time and over an hour and a half the second time. Only to be seen for 15 minutes. Will be finding a new eye doctor. I don’t even wait this long for my primary care doctor.
