The Staff was wonderful. They answered all questions and concerns in a timely matter and with welcoming attitude. They were professional and extremely helpful and caring. They extended patience and went over and beyond to meet the needs of our mother. She was well taken care of. They were able to get her strong enough to go home by projected date. Beautiful clean facility. Highly recommend them for your loved ones.

They dont keep up with the residents clothes no body is wearing their own cloths. Every body is wearing somebody elses clothes. They allow residents to steal from one another.no body should be in a old folks home...all they are is death camps for senior citizens..thats goes for all nursing homes..

From good friday till today I had to sleep on sheets with feces . They finally changed them. One thing I wish that the government would watch over these places more carefully. The place is pretty outside but when you enter the doors you are in PREGUTORY and if you dont believe me put your family their mostly family with dementia cause they cant remember things that happen to them one more bruise is nothingJust hit me one more time its nothing it dont hurt anymoreTake your family home take care of them they want last long here at harvest manor

If you love your love one dont put them here. Our love one went from just needing rehabilitation for a cracked collar bone to hospice in 2 weeks!

They didnt have the option of no stars.... This place neglects patients. Lie on reports. Take no ownership when blamed. Many lawsuits underway.

Im usually not one to complain, but In just 2 weeks :1)we have found pills in the bed & were told he spit them out. So Im assuming their policy is to leave the much needed medication in the bed & not attempt to re-administer.2)when the nurse was asked what medications were being given, she literally said I dont know3)12 hour shifts wearing the same soiled diaper! Found the patient saturated to the point of all clothing & blanket were completely soaked with urine & they had no intention of bathing him before bed. Yes, this was a day shift - so no excuses that he was sleeping when he wet. Literally left in chair for 12 hrs soaked!4)Ive been visiting daily & have observed the overall uncleanliness of the facility. It definitely becomes a ghost town when the supervisors leave for the day.

Visited... They patients look awful bec., of the lack of quality of care. It doesnt even look as if the basic of needs are being met like, cleanliness, stimulation, food. If one of your family members are here SHAME ON YOU!! This is an exact resemblance of an Insane Asylum, & Im Not BSING!! DISGUSTING!!! THE SO CALLED STAFF SHOULD BE ASHAMED BEC., THEYRE PATHETIC, FOR CONTINUING THIS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR OF ABUSE ON THESE ELDERLY PEOPLE, WHO ARE DEFENSELESS TO HELP THEMSELVES!!!! IM CONTACTING SOMEONE TO LOOK INTO THIS PLACE IMMEDIATELY!!!

Harvest Manor is the worst place I have ever seen. All residents are at risk. They are not fed correctly, their diapers are not changed, my grandmother has alzhiemers and if an aid went in her room and asked if she needed anything grams would say no. she doesnt even know who she is much less whether she needs anything. They dont watch them so that they dont fall. grams busted her face open even after we talked to the head director and was assured they would make sure she wouldnt fall. they did nothing., her diaper rash made you want to throw up it was so badly infected. im looking into an attorney to sue this place and shut it down. i dont even give it one star.
