If you want to feel and look better well this is the place. When you walk in you are greeted by Elysa which is a splendid start and then you are treated by Erin and she will make you feel like new. The people that worked there and customer service was wonderful... they were all so kind and welcoming... BUT my results were not near what I thought they would be $1300 later ... in 2 days my face looked the same ... I got my lips don’t and my labial fold , which is the line that goes from your nose and to your mouth . I’m very disappointed in the money I spent and I look exactly they same ... I thought at least my lips would stay what I paid for , but no , and it’s not like I had no lips before I had pretty mediocre lips . So 😞👎🏼 Hopefully if I come back they will make it right . Like I said they were very nice

This was my very first facial and I’m so happy that I picked Basis to service me! From the moment I walked in, everyone from front desk to the back was so nice and friendly. The office was very clean and “aesthetic” looking. They took my temperature and I only took a few moments to fill out paperwork. I was then given a tour of the office (which was nice) and briefed on all the services offered. Finally, it was time for my facial. The aesthetician was so kind. I loved how she asked questions to get to know me and my skin and then she went from there. SOOOOOOO relaxing (except for the extractions lol but I tolerated it well). I first came into Basis Aesthetics a little over a week ago, I was hesitant at first and decided not to go through with the lip filler. I knew Erin Boyle, my nurse practitioner truly wanted me to be confident in my decision and happy with my results when she was not insistent or pushy about me going through with it. After much thought I decided to come back a week later and get the filler. I couldnt be happier with the results and price of my services!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10... I luckily found this place because one of my girlfriends sent me a groupon link because she knows I routinely do IVs. I had stage 2 Hodgkins lymphoma cancer a few years ago and now I just regularly do vitamin IVs for general health and well being. The nurse practitioner, Erin, is amazing!! The other ladies at the front desk are super nice and welcoming as well. The facility is very clean and you have your own personal TV to watch whatever you want as your IV drips. Lastly, their prices are unbeatable for IVs even without the groupon!! I have not found anywhere else that offers better pricing. Highly recommend, 10/10.

I have never ever written a review before but I HAD to for Basis!!!! WOW. I came in the other day for the first time. The staff is so incredibly friendly and attentive. I have gotten facials before at different med spas but I got the Jet Peel and it was unlike anything i’ve ever gotten before. I suffer from moderate acne and my skin looked so nice immediately afterwards. A few days later I still have a glow and my acne is GONE. I will be back!!!

The office is clean and everyone is so friendly when you walk in the door. I went there for CoolTone treatments. Liliana has walked me through every step of my treatment with professionalism. I’m only halfway through my treatments and the results far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend!
