My doctor recommended physical therapy to try to alleviate my lower back pain as well as an episodic sciatica. In particular she asked for electrical stimulation and soft tissue mobilization, which I believe means targeted massage. My doctor did not recommend FYZICAL in particular, but since it is close to home, I asked to go there. Everything is clean and everybody friendly and courteous. However, they assigned me to what had to be the least experienced therapist (actually, I believe he was a student) in the place. Sure, everybody has to learn sometime..but why on me? I did get the electrical stimulation (tens unit) for 10 minutes, but apart from that not much. I was put on a stationary bike for 10 minutes and then I was told to perform a couple of stretches X number of times and he would go over to someone else (they seemed understaffed) so I had no real idea if I was doing them correctly or not. I did them at home too following instructions on a print out I was given on the very first day..again not sure if I was doing them correctly or doing myself more harm than good. I never received the tissue mobilization either and my pain was in no way getting better, so I was at the point of cancelling my appointments and going elsewhere . I decided to give FYZICAL one last chance and called the manager to explain the situation. He listened and reassured me that I would get the treatment I needed and that which the doctor had prescribed, so I went to my next appointment hopeful of improvement. Alas, nothing changed or improved, not even one iota, as if I had never spoken with him, so that was it for me, I cancelled all future appointments and never went back.

Had a great experience at Fyzical on West Atlantic Ave, at Hagen Ranch Road. The treatment staff was excellent in helping me to recover mobility and strength after a ruptured Achilles tendon. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, caring attitude and therapeutic effectiveness. I recommend them for your physical therapy needs.

Can’t say enough good things about Josh and the staff that work here. The entire team at FYZICAL are extremely proficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. They really care and always put in the additional effort. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The people are all very friendly. They keep the equipment and benches sanitized. They seem competent. The only concern is that now and then, they seem spread a bit thin with therapists, and are not able to give each person their full attention.

Josh and his staff were great especially Kelsie who push me to the limits. I went for 3 weeks after my knee replacement.

Five stars is not enough. The care, knowledge and kindness at this location is amazing. I went 3 days a week for 8 weeks. They made me stronger and more confident in walking than I thought would be possible. I recommend all the therapists there. Two Thumbs Way Up.

1. Its 10 minute walking distance from my home 2. Its well equiped 3. My girl is fantastic . She deserves a raise.she works very hard and is a good listener too. Hoping the next few weeks will show me getting better and better each week and less pain or i will want to continue as long as my insurance allows me to go to achieve this.

I never thought I would have use of my arm so quickly. I highly recommend Meredith she was my PT and was amazing! I do have to see say that the entire staff in Delray were all great and I will miss them. They are so caring, funny and very professional I actually looked forward to seeing all of them! If you need any type of PT I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Fyzical Therapy by my Primary Care Physician because I was a Fall Risk. The estimated times I fell in my house was a dozen times last year. The latest fall on Dec.10, 2019 had me fall backwards whereby my head hit the china hutch and broke the glass. I knew it was time for me to get serious about my balance issues. Ordinarily I do not like getting physical therapy, but when I showed up at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, I immediately felt the warm, caring atmosphere. The therapists (Jennifer, Meredith, and Kelsie) who tended to MY needs were very professional and gentle with the way they treated me and listened to me. Josh, the Director, did an extensive evaluation of my problem on my original visit. He was able to answer all of our questions. (My husband, retired from his 40 year medical career, was with me). We BOTH felt reassured that my needs would be taken care of. I told them that This is the best physical therapy I have ever gotten. I highly recommend that you give them the chance to serve you as well.

When I first went to FYZICAL Therapy, I didnt want anyone to touch my knee because thats how much pain I was in. The Therapists there are so patient. They really know their jobs. Before I knew what was happening I was moving my knee and pushing myself more. I would recommend anyone who is hurt and need a therapist to go there. Thank you for all you do.

Cant say enough about the Delray Beach staff. My back problem was 100% resolved in less than 4 weeks of therapy. Very competent and dedicated professionals.

I had my left knee replaced June this year and was sent to back in action. at 65 years old I was scared of what to expect after surgery. Josh and his staff were wonderful with me from start to finish They really took the time to show me how to do the exercises the right way and how I can keep doing them on my own at home to help me get moving again faster. it was a tough few weeks but my surgeon was so happy with my results at my recent visit.. josh and his staff were so helpful and I would recommend the office to any one looking for a wonderful pt. thank you josh!

The Physical Therapists that I had, especially Armando Rodriguez, were great. Courteous, attentive, cautious with the treatment and thorough. I could not asked for anything more.

On June 20th, 2017, I had my first p.t appt with Josh Davis.I did not choose to go to there but Bloom Medical has a contract with them to send all patients to Back In Action.My experience was horrifying with Josh, whose ego, in m y opinion, took over. He knew I was 7 weeks out of surgery for torn rototor cuff and yet he pushed my arm too high and waved it around and around. I showed the pain in my face and verbally told him it was painful. He said that my in-home p.t. did not accomplish what he just did in 7 minutes. Wow, what a stupid comment to compare my in-home p.t. to his lack of caring and empathy. I cancelled future appts with Back In Action and I warn others to be careful with who they assign to you. This is my truthful and honest opinion of my horrible experience there. Never again!
