Nurses refuse to come on a regular schedule and call you a couple hours in advance at most, and dont leave a message if you dont pick up. Botched the changing of a bandage, and did not do the pill organization which is what they were hired to do. My experience is that this company doesnt care about providing care, they just show up to bill insurance. Stopped service on my father who lives by himself with urgent needs without providing any notice, written or oral. Found out they stopped coming when he had one day of pills left. Thats today. Ethical issues going on with this company. I dont trust them and dont think anyone else should either with their family members. Stay away.
