I hired Bright Star because my 90-year-old mom was in need of aides 3-4 Times per week for the past six months. They were very accommodating. I called numerous times to see if an aide can stay longer or to come on a day they were not scheduled and they were always able to provide us with a qualified aide. The nurses also are very concerned about the quality of care my mom was getting and called a few times to recommend us To make appointments with various doctors for different possible illnesses that they have seen. Everyone is very helpful, very caring and I would highly recommend them

Gina, the nursing director at Brightstar Care went above and beyond to help my family when my father went into hospice care at home. The hospice nurse was not able to come to the house as often as we had hoped and Brightstar helped us by assigning a loving, caring private nurse. While we only needed her assistance for a few days, as my dad passed very quickly, it was a relief having them available to help us. They are so caring and responsive. I started with BrightStar earlier this year when my 90 year old mom began to become 100% dependent. I found them after calling to interview several other home health aide staffing services. I initially spoke with Amy and it took me no time at all to see that she was extremely experienced. She helped take the mystery and anxiety out of arranging HHA care for a loved one. She guided me through both the human as well as the financial concerns which helped ease the process greatly. After hiring them, my mom was assigned a HHA which I got to meet several times who was, in a word, wonderful. Empathetic, caring, trustworthy and a genuinely nice person. Brightstar also has credentialed nurses who were extremely experienced and skilled. Communication and reassurance could not have been better. I employed BrightStar services until my mom had to go into a facility. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone

My mom has Parkinsons disease and cognitive issues and has needed caregivers on and off for the past two years . I used another agency and after I found Brightcare I cannot emphasize enough the difference in the quality of attentiveness and dedication of the caregivers. I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease and need to have infusions weekly. I called BrightStar and found out that they can give in home infusions! I was so happy to know that I could remain in my home and receive the needed medication through infusion in the comfort of my own home. So far their nurses have been wonderful and caring. My Aunt needs special care, as Alzheimers patient. Brightstar has insurance (really important) and has been great, helping to match the right caregiver with My Aunt’s personality. My Aunt has good days and bad days and Brightstar has been able to manage through the ups and downs. I really appreciate their help and the individual help and knowledge provided by Amy.

Brightstar is a wonderful place for getting needed help when illness or age means you dont want to be alone. A registered nurse helps figure out your care plan and keeps an eye on things. Talk is cheap. After promising I could interview three caregivers meeting my requirements in my home for a screening interview for a 3 day stay. The day before,they call to tell me they have noone. Waste of time.
