I love F45 Delray Beach! I finally found a gym I look forward to going everyday as the workouts are always different. The coaches are great - knowledgable, professional, and motivating. They know you by name, treat you like family, and push you to your highest potential.

Love the new F45 Delray Beach!! The trainers are super friendly, motivating, and really knowledgeable. I love that this studio is using the regular F45 templates (not COVID modified). The workouts are much more exciting and a lot tougher in the regular format!! Everything is brand new and clean. There are wipes and sanitizer readily available. They also have their own parking lot and the location couldn’t be better, in the heart of all the Delray Beach action!

If I could give 10 stars, I would.. Such a clean facility The couches are experienced and they really motivate you..The classes are always different.. you’ll never get bored. LOVE going there!!!

I love this studio! Not only are the coaches amazing and super encouraging but the actual studio is clean and the workouts are torture... which is great if you’re looking to work hard ! ;)
