Recently signed up again. This is by far the best 50 Plus Fitness Center. Obviously great management. The new girl that works at night is really nice and friendly. The place is always spotless.

I went to this gym as a visitor with my person that I provide home healthcare. There were members there without their masks on. It is not mandatory to wear at this gym. I thought that it was negligent on the part of the owner. Also the equipment was not sanitized after use between members. I would not recommend going to this gym at this time of covid.

Chris is amazing! He has the perfect workout stations that provide a full body workout and incorporate balance, stretching, and hand eye coordination. He is there to give attention to all of his patrons. He plays wonderful music. And he has the perfect balance of charm and stern motivation to keep people focused while having fun in their workout. I’ve always said that he has my dream job! Don’t hesitate to give this place a try!

This is a different kind of gym. An experienced personal trainer is included in the monthly membership. The whole workout is 30 minutes. I get a workout without sweating, which is important because I dont have time to shower afterwards. Motivation has been a problem with me going to other gyms. I look forward to going to 50 Plus Fitness because I feel better when I leave.

No matter your level of fitness, you will surely feel supported and you will certainly grow here! Simply exceptional!!

Chris the owner/operator is very patient and kind. 2xs a week he offers a boxing class. It has been extremely beneficial for me. I have learned to be faster and stronger under his supervision. He records my progress and tailors my workout to my abilities. I appreciate him very much.

He tracks your results every time you go. He gives you pointers and tips on your form and position. Hes with you every step of the way. Amazing place!
