Dr. Bill Shapse is a very caring and dedicated physician. I chose his practice at first mainly due to the fact that it is very close. As a type 2 diabetic for over 15 years and having been on different medications over that time, he continues to confer with me as to how I feel my health condition is fairing in his care with our agreed upon recommendations. He listens to any inquiries I may have and reiterates any changes or modification we have agreed to before I leave the office. Besides that he has a warm and pleasant manner which is rarely seen these days.

Dr. Arnold Cha was absolutely wonderful. He was professional and caring. He gave me a cortisone shot in my right knee and it didn’t hurt at all.He even apologized for being late due to a patient needing to be hospitalized and the paperwork took a very long time causing him a delay in seeing me. It is a rare quality in a doctor to apologize and I surely appreciated my time being valued

Dr Barish took her time and listened to my concerns. She was able to address them so I understood what the plan of care is going to be. She also went above and beyond to talk to a pharmacy rep to help me get an expensive medication . I am new to the area and so thankful to have found a caring physician.

Dr. Liu is always punctual and stays on schedule. She asks thorough questions to help identify and isolate any issues. She is the primary doctor for me and many of my family members and we all appreciate her expertise and amazing medical care.

Dr Barish is a wonderful thorough knowledgeable clinician. Unfortunately, the practice has grown much too big and the practices communication system leaves much to be desired. If you are ill and need immediate attention, it is impossible to get through the phone system or get a return phone call in a timely manner. Patients should not have to resort to the emergency room or an urgent care center because they cant get past the phone system to be treated for pain or non covid illnesses.

Dr Liu was extremely thorough in her examination and questions asked of me… she documented all the details of our conversation!! At the same time she explained and answered all my questions with clarity and directness that was easy to understand.. she ordered multiple tests for me due to an incident I had two weeks prior and scheduled a follow up telecall to review results!!! Very impressed!!!!

Dr. Mansour Is one of the most competent ,knowledgeable , empathetic doctors I have ever known in my 79 years on this earth!He listens carefully to his patients and yet will strongly disagree if he believes it is in your best interest. He has my deepest respect.I recently moved here permanently from Connecticut and feel so very grateful to have found him!

I loved Dr Shapse! He listen so well. He took lots of time with me since I was new and made me feel super comfortable. I also love that hes dual qualified; PCP & Endocrinology. If you need either of these, definitely come here.

Dr. Liu is a great caring doctor. You can talk to her. Empathic to your situation. Offers suggestions but doesn’t push them on you. Been in her practice over two years. Have seen friends use her on my wife & mine suggestions.

Dr Tannenbaum is always on top of my medical care. She listens, analyzes and she acts. She also has terrific assistants who help her to help her patients. PPC has much improved this year.

I honestly have to give Dr.Liu 5 Stars⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ everytime Ive come in for a visit at Personal Physician Care, her Team of Drs, Nurses and Staff there are always warm, polite and professional. Ive tried other Drs offices in the past before meeting her and her staff, but can honestly say that no matter what Im going through or how Im feeling Dr Liu sincerely takes her time to listen and really make me feel comfortable talking with her and I really do get the feeling that she really does care alot about my health and well-being. Ive been to other Drs offices years ago in the past but those other Drs always made me feel uncomfortable sharing my personal thoughts and medical health information with them inregaurds to this Office I sincerely hope if youre looking for a place that will make you feel at home and like youre in good hands. I recently had a somewhat urgent problem. Dr. Reyes saw me on short notice and was very kind and resolved my health issue quickly. Dr. David Neuman is my regular physician and was out of the office. Dr Neuman is a wonderful and attentive doctor that cares.

Dr. Barish is a wonderful, caring doctor. She is thorough and efficient. She is always willing to explain things when asked. She knows that I dont like to take a lot of meds but with some of my issues its an evil necessity. She always takes the time to go over bloodwork and explain what I need to do to help myself.

Dr Lou was very straightforward with me she explored all the options for what I was feeling the way I was and did testing that revealed problems that need to be dealt with and I appreciate her help and her care

Dr tannanbaum spent all of 2 minutes with me. No exam other than listen to my breathing. Barely put instrument in my ear and sent me on my way with a prescription for antibiotic for a viral infection. Also, My temperature was never e taken. This is the straw that broke the camels back. My primary dr Barrish was the only reason I’ve stayed with this practice. Many unreturned phone calls by the staff including the office manager. Requested my medical records and was told by the office manager that the medical records person would get back to me. That was over a week ago.

DR. GANZ CAME TO MY RESCUE!!!! He’s been great MY HERO😁 Kudos!! Because Dr. Kari Tannenbaum is a true NUT CASE!!!!!!! She wouldn’t even come into the treatment room, and started talking to me from the “Hallway”??? I had to say to her, “REALLY!!!” She never asked me why I’m there. What’s my symptoms, what’s my Med list (with 4 heart attacks, 3 Stroke). All she asked me is , “Do you need any med refills?” COME BACK NEXT WEEK. NUT CASE!!!!! But Dr. GANZ is excellent.

When you have a billing error and Bob is the person in charge of billing, he never answers his phone and NEVER returns calls. I’ve had to appear in person and Shirley was able to assist, however I was still getting billed and trying to contact Shirley by phone was impossible. Maureen who answers the phones was not helpful when I asked to speak with the Office Manager and she only said she’s with a patient without asking me if she would like for her to return my call. I am a new patient to this office and would warn everyone, the office staff is not very helpful whatsoever! If I were Dr. Liu I would take a second look at my office staff!

I was very comfortable and impressed with the care and concern Dr. Reyes provided me. She helped me understand my concerns with my problems.

My mother sees Dr. Barish, she never gets referrals, they put her on meds twice she was allergic to, she just got transferred from Delray Medical Center to rehab because her hip was fractured.....they are NOT giving her the pain meds her Pain Management Doctor wrote, you sign a contract...Stay away from this place their are neglengent to say the least.....

This office is less than efficient. First of all, you can never get an appointment in an emergency. I had the flu, no appointment for a week, I had a UTI, no appointment so I had to go to Urgent Care. i have seen three PA’s there who asked me, what did the doctor prescribe last time for you? Do you want the same medication?? UGH I could go on. If you call to speak to assistant, phone message states, they will get back to you within 48 hours. REALLY?? I am not stating my ex-drs. name because I did not have a problem with him/her. I changed to another doctor’s office and am getting great treatment. I was squeezed in for a rush appointment after seeing her once.

This is by far the best doctor’s office I have ever been a patient in. All the staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Shoutout to Melissa for being so sweet helpful every time I go in! Definitely recommend these guys.

My first appointment was with a doctor I selected. My follow-up appointment just arrived in my text message for confirmation with someone I never heard of. When I made my follow-up appointment, no one asked me or told me about this bait and switch. Terrible.

I have been seeing Dr Cohen as my Primary Care Physician for more than five years, and cant imagine anyone else doing such a phenomenal job. His bedside manner is superb and his nearly 50 years of experience as a doctor serve him well in diagnosing and treating; regardless of how bad I feel going in to his office, Dr Cohen always makes me feel 10 times better when I leave! He also has a wonderful and warm support staff, who have helped me greatly with all aspects of my health management and care, especially when obtaining critically-needed referrals for treatment. Personal Physician Care of Delray Beach....and specifically Dr Cohen.....are where you want to go if you need a PCP or just health care management expertise - they are the best!

I just recently came from a doctor visit from so called Dr. Tatyana Aliyeva and I must say I have been to a total of five doctors in one year and She makes all of them look like angels in comparison. She was the absolute worst experience I have had. She completely treated me like I was a nut case and prescribed me Xanax. She made my whole first experience very uncomfortable and made me feel like it’s all in my head. I understand there are people that suffer from mental illness but for her to just write me off as a person who is suffering from anxiety instead of hearing my concerns and real life ailments is ridiculous and unprofessional. She has no bedside manner. Others may have had better experience with her but mine was terrible. I don’t usually write reviews but she was so bad I felt the need to do just what I am doing.

Excellent doctors and nurses very very caring staff. We have been going there for probably 25 years now my wife and myself and we would never ever change. Many different test can be performed right in the office including blood work we would highly recommend this to anybody

Although the DR is very good - the staff never answer phones, no one can help in any situation - always to busy and takes weeks to get appointments will be looking to change Drs.

I have been trying to get on a patient portal for a year and a half (off and on). This week I tried again. The Staff I have spoken to have not treated me like a valued customer , who has a serious health issue and needs to have the patient portal work. The Staff has done somethings but definitely not gone out of their way to assist. I acknowledge Cassandra who is a nurse for being the one who has gone out of her way.My issue is resolved and I thank Phani and Eli for their help.

This is the worst office. They never answer the phone, and when they do they cannot help. I have a doctors appointment somewhere else on 4/20/21 - i have left 11 voicemails to have my records forwarded starting on 3/3/2021 and they still have not been forwarded and nobody answered the phone. it has been like this for 3 years. My doctor also has no idea who i am when i get there and doesnt even read my chart to familiarize themselves with my medical history. Glad to be done

After moving here 6 months ago. I chose this facility and a certain Dr. to be my Prim Care. I never had the chance to see her, only a RNP and after todays call from the actual doctor of choice (which was 6 hrs late), I decided to cut my losses with this facility. They obviously dont need my business nor do they deserve it. I have experienced front desk problems, unreturned calls for days, lack of communication from Dr.s Assistants, (2) occassions when the doctor failed to call me at an appointed time for a telehealth appointment and today she called me back at 3 pm for what was supposed to be a 9am telehealth call. Their excuses are always lame and no one takes responsibility for their lack of respect for other peoples time. I once sat outside with 10 other people to have bloodwork done and we all had 8AM appointments. Whoever was in line first was the first one to get service. They finally open the doors at 8:30. Proceed with this facility at your own risk. I cant imagine being elderly and having to rely on them. Hopefully they will get their stuff together.

My experience with Personal Physician Care has been a positive one! Dr. Neuman has been treating my family since we arrived in Florida 7 years ago. Yesterday my wife and I had a personal appointment! I had gotten a clean bill of health and my wife had no major issues!

Though I was very happy with my doctor, Audrey Liu, the office itself is extremely poor ran, to the point that I will be seeking a regular primary care doctor elsewhere. They never return phone calls and if they do, it’s weeks later. They have an email website system which doesn’t allow you to join despite their direction. I attribute that to a lack of response on the other side after application. Seeing your doctor is only half of the equation.

No one called back. The only person I can speak with is the answering service, who obviously cant help. Disappointed in the care and service this office is offering their patients. I wonder if this 1 star review will help with someone getting back to me. Patient of Dr. Cohen.Update: They posted their generic response and still didnt follow up with me. WOW! Ive sent several emails, left several voicemails. Yesterday I decided Id have to go up to the office. Went to the office and requested they send in my prescription . The receptionist took the prescription down and said she would give it to my doctor. (She mustve threw it right in the trash.) A whole day later and still no prescription. This place is full of dishonest, untrustworthy people. I have been a patient of Dr. Lius for almost two years. Dr. Liu has been great in diagnosing various health issues and providing insight into remedying the matter. Cassandra her medical assistant has also been a great asset and responsive. Highly recommend this practice.
