Horrible front office staff they are rude, lazy and unorganized. I went in for testing and when I saw the Doctor he rushed me out of there and said he would send me a report of everything. I kept calling and they said it wasnt ready. I called again and they said they didnt write reports. I explained due to my many allergies I need the report to find out what I need to stay away from. 6 months later, after calling every month they finally said it was ready. They told me they would send it to my primary, they never did. They then told me they would mail it and never did. After getting the run around again saying they were sending it and never did, I had to go and pick it up. 11 Months later!

DO NOT GO HERE! ITS A SCAM!! The staff just tries to get people in the door to charge ridiculously high fees. I went because they took my insurance, but after my 2 minute appointment was over, they said my insurance covered nothing, so I was in charge of the entire bill. No warning whatsoever. On top of that, they said my only option was to do allergy testing, which is wayyyyyy overpriced. When I said that I couldn’t afford it, they said that this was my only option, and that I could either just pay and leave or wait until I got the money. There’s no way I’m ever going back to that place. As I was leaving, I was discussing my bill with someone behind the desk, and another lady jumps in and starts screaming at me at the top of her lungs. Not only was it unprofessional, but I was actually scared she might leap over the desk and start taking swings at me, so I had no choice but to leave and worry about the bill later. Please save yourself and your wallet and go somewhere else. All they wanna do is get people in and out. They aren’t worried about solving people’s health problems/questions at all. The good reviews people left are members of the staff, so do not trust them. This is your warning.

He is an excellent doctor with a lovely helpful staff. Highly recommend!

He is helpful, compassionate, good listener , do not rush his patients, knowledgeable. His staff Karen and the nurse Marie are amazing. All of them go the extra mile to help you. Good example of how the health care system should work.

I have been a patient for well over 10 years. I have never had a negative experience at this office. Even with insurance, healthcare is expensive and so is going to a Specialist for that matter. Ive happily spend thousands of dollars over the years at this office because Dr Friedman allergy plan works for me. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr Friedman, the nurses and the office staff. I do not work for Dr Friedman nor have I ever worked in healthcare. There are hundreds of other allergy doctors in Florida. I choose to go here and continue to this day for my maintenance allergy shots.

Very through, easy to understand, would recommend to family or friends.
