I came in for my anual check up (which is free with my insurance) and they kept trying to charge me a $30 copay even though I clarified and showed them my list of benefits, then they told me to take it up with my insurance instead of doing their jobs and getting the right information themselves! Ignorance is not scarce in this office as every lady working in the front will come at you with a bxtchy attitude

I have not visited this doctor since 2019 but his office keeps calling regularly for me to make an appointment. I told them that when I am not well I will contact them to make an appointment but they continue to call. In fact I recently received a letter from Dr. Mora stating that I missed several appointments (did not make any) and to call the office for an appointment. A few months ago I received a statement from the insurance provider stating that my plan was billed for services rendered by Dr. Mora that was not accurate since I made no visit for the date on the statement. I reported this matter to the insurance and they requested that I send a letter to the fraud department which was done and an acknowledgment was received from then. I spoke to my attorney about this constant badgering/harrassment by this doctors office and he advised that I make a written complain to the Florida Medical Board which I am considering. I understand the financial hardship that this doctor might be experiencing but as a retiree I feel that similar professional ethics that I has to conform to apply to medical doctors.

Excellent physician. Very intuitive and professional. Usually responsive to request for urgent appointment.

I had to give only 2 stars. Dr. Mora is fantastic and listens well. My issues with this office is the front desk service. Multiple times I have had issues setting an appointment for my elderly grandmother and getting information on referal addresses. The ladys that answer the phone are not polite and will argue with you. My grandmother is afraid to call for anything and at her age she should not be sumited to this. Unfortunatly trying to speak to some one in the office or the doctor by phone is impossible so we will be changing now after only 3 visits. January 2017

Doctor Mora is the best doctor in Delray!!!

If you are thinking of working here as a medical assistant, dont do it! The administration is rude and disrespectful. The medical assistant before him was mistreated. I do not recommend that you come to work here or to be patient!
