This was the most professional and efficient Doctors office I have ever been to recently and I have been to nine in the last month. Its hard to believe they take insurance as their service rivals concierge private doctors service. Efficient at the front desk coming in and even more efficient on the way out with multiple stations to check out from on the way out. Something almost every doctors office lacked including my primary care physicians office who referred me there.Now this does make you think whether its sexists or not but there was not a single male anywhere in that office. There are some male doctors listed but I didnt see them. As far as I could tell this entire office was staffed and run by women, not a single guy anywhere. Is that why it runs like this ? Is that why the 5 star ?

Recently move to Delray. And finding a dermatologist was a real concern. I was sent a list by Cygna and picked the Drs name out of the hat! WOW from the moment I meet the office staff and the doctor and his assistant i treated like family. Dr Goldman took his time giving me a thorough examination. And answered all my concerns. This is a first class office with a warm catering staff thank you Dr Goldman for making my first visit a pleasure. Also. Than you for the hand written thank you card. Class Act!!

I love going to gold coast dermatology. The girls at the desk are always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The offices are extremely clean and bright. Dr. Manolakos Is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel super comfortable in the office. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Unfortunately, this is a predominantly money-making-oriented doctors office. You pay full price for a follow-up visit. Yes, you are reading correctly. At first, I thought it was strange to pay a copay for follow up but then I got the rest of the bill in the mail. Secondly, the doctor sees you just for 5 minutes yet the charges are outrageous. And you pay a fee if you miss your follow-up. Therefore, if you are coming for Botox, I am sure you will be pleased. But, for skin problems, I suggest checking other dermatology offices. Employees are nice and attentive, though.

In my opinion, she is an outstanding and excellent physician, one of the best!!! She is competent, knowledgeable and is ahead of most of her colleagues in her field. If you are looking for a warm, pleasant, patient, genuine, empathetic, kind dermatologist who is thorough, listens, answers all your questions and is not an alarmist look no further!!!The same goes for her office and medical staff. They are real live people who go out of their way to help you. Everyone is trained and will never give you false information .Just as important they are never rude, impatient or grumpy!!! You’ll always get a call back right away and they always Followup.

The staff and Dr were amazing and so nice. The Dr was super easy to talk to and understood my skin issues very well. She explained why she was prescribing each thing in an understandable way and was open about all the options I had for treatments.

I was impressed with the office the informative screen description of certain types of skin cancers. One screen in particular was on melanoma of the nail. Prompted me to point out a symptom I had on my toenail. The PA is a great practitioner and biopsied the area. I have some serious with my skin. The staff and doctor put forth a plan to find the cause and resolution. The where supportive of my issues while maintaining a necessary professionalism. I felt they were attentive to me as well as my issues.

I am very happy with Dr. Manoulakos. She is thorough and kind. She does not push extreme care regimens but can use cutting edge procedures and products if that is your preference. I was glad to learn that she accepts my new Medicare Advantage plan too.

I normally see Dr. Manolakos, but yesterday I went and saw PA Robyn. She was really thorough, helpful, and I told her I sometimes pass out from injections because I’m fearful of needles, so she talked me through it, made sure I was ok, and the experience made me so comfortable. The one thing we don’t have a shortage of in South Florida, is Dermatologists. I have been to over 11 different Dr.’s over the years, so I can say with great conviction that Dr. Manolakis is the Best! She will not diagnose problems if they don’t exist, nor do surgical procedures unnecessarily. She has not only extreme knowledge of Dermatology, but also has the honesty, integrity, and genuine concern for her patients. She is the only Dermatologist who doesn’t seem to find a problem every time I have an appointment. The others always did, costing me money, as well as pain and scars! Dr. Manolakis is by far the single best Dermatologist in South Florida! Don’t believe me, make an app’t and formulate your own opinion.

The staff at Gold Coast Dermatology is wonderful. They welcome me in a friendly manner, they answer all questions, help with my insurance, and escort me from the waiting room to the exam room, where they make me feel comfortable. The doctor is very kind, and she takes great care of me. They have a line of products, if I ask, which target all my cosmetic needs. They are not pushy, though. Its like talking to my friends. Extremely challenging place to deal with. Patients are seen as money making objects without consideration of our best interest. The DR that was taking care of me is no longer there and there is lots of mess and inaccuracies left. Goals Coast is not accepting any responsibility and is deferring all on ex employe.Would recommend to avoid this place if you can find alternatives.

They also gave me a card signed by the staff welcoming me and what a great experience that they give there clients. A bag of samples of proper lotion that is good for your skin! The new office is gorgeous & it is so much better than Dr Manolakos’ prior office. There is privacy & I felt so safe as everyone is wearing masks and the chairs are socially distant.
