Switched over from Nail Depot to this salon and I am in love. They can always fit me in, each of the technicians can do nexgen, and tips whereas my old salon could not. My pedicures here have been so relaxing, my nexgen never cracks or chips and my set lasts 3weeks!!! Waxing area is very clean and they do a good job with that as well. Highly recommend V nails

I truly didnt want to have to write this review, but unfortunately I had an awful experience here. I came in for a manicure and got there at 11:45 for a 12:00 appointment (just a gel manicure nothing else). I didnt leave until 12:10 with probably the worst manicure of my life. I had originally asked for a design (super simple one finger flower) and was told nobody could do it. I said thats fine and was given my plain manicure which I was hoping would turn out good. Attached are the photos of the awful job done. I feel like I just wasted $40 and could have done a much better job myself.

These folks work hard and do a great job. The place is clean and well organized and there is rarely a wait. Good people.

I like their services, the only issue is communication. The technician is nice but she added extra services without asking if I wanted or not. Everything else is fine. Just don’t be surprised if you ask for a regular manicure and your end up paying more for it.Next time I will tell her, please do not add any extra services without asking me first. Just an update. Removed another star. I went back there. I had the nex gen done on my nails and the technician used the wrong powder color. But it was too late. I ended up with a color that was not what I asked for.

Ana is a gem. My go to specialist who I simply adore. She is fast and always makes sure she does a superb job! The facility is clean. The people are friendly and i highly recommend her. Shes also wonderful at threading and waxing if youre looking to get your brows done amazingly.

Went to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure here last weekend. Everything was clean, the staff was very nice, and there was nothing wrong with the services provided during the time I was in the salon. However, my gel manicure started pulling up after only two days, and now five days later all the nails are chipping and pulling up and it does not at all look like a professional did them. I paid $58 for everything not including tip, and I expected the gel polish to last at least 2 weeks like it usually does. Three stars since the nail technician was nice, I have no complaints about my pedicure and the salon was clean. Im not saying don’t go here, as I believe all businesses need customers at this time, but maybe do not get gel polish here.

Great color selection. Good service and nice.

I went to this salon for the first time last night for an acrylic fill. It cost $40 for an acrylic fill in with gel color. My nails are completely different lengths and shapes. They are bulky and look like I am wearing press on nails. The person doing my nails mask wasn’t on correctly and rushed the service. I would not go back to this salon it is not worth the price or safety risk.

V nails is professional, clean, and welcoming. They have been great during COVID also, I feel comfortable every time I go. I get next gen and all the nail techs do a good job. Highly recommended!

The most detailed manipedi I have ever had in my life. I was enchanted by the way the foil and cotton was wrapped around my nails to soak off my old polish. It was as fascinating as a tea ceremony! And very inexpensive compared to New York. A definite go to salon.

Would not turn on the a.c.I walked out

I usually dont rant and rave about places like this but this place deserves a lot of praise I have a disability which makes it hard for me to trim my own nails and Im a guy and I really dont really care about colors and all that kind of stuff so I feel kind of weird going into these nail salons and I found one of my own neighborhood that Im comfortable with. But now Im traveling for an extended. Of time so Im here in West Palm Beach. I just want to say that I didnt feel at all awkward I was treated with dignity and and I got in and out without feeling embarrassed. And if someone who cares about what nails looks like looks at my nails they say they look great

This is a family business where you feel like home. Employees take time to provide the best service and give you a beautiful experience, I love it. I come to this salon for 5 years and I feel welcomed and respected all the time. The ambiance is great, the salon is clean and the prices are great. Awesome experience, I highly recomend this salon.

After visiting numerous nail salons in the area, I finally found the perfect salon. It is the cleanest salon I visited and the technicians were all welcoming and friendly. My tech was excellent, I got a gel french manicure and its beautiful. Michael pays close attention to detail. Needless to say I will never waste my time going anywhere else.

It’s usually vert good. I like the guy named”Tony”. But last Monday I was there and tony wasn’t so I had someone named holly. She is really terrible. She had given my husband a pedicure a few weeks ago and cut him. I didn’t realize I had the same incompetent person. She gave me a pedicure and the polish was off the same evening. I had to redo my own nails. For the manicure she sprayed the aerosol stuff on instead of letting it dry properly. I had to redo my own nails. I would never go back to this place because they give priority to people getting gel. I hate to complain but this woman shouldn’t be working in a salon.

Love V Nails. Not only are they great at what they do, they’re very nice. I have tried a couple places in S. Florida and this place is the first where they’re talented, and they’re pleasant! Hinh is awesome and he always makes my nails look great. He’s meticulous and makes sure my nails look perfect every time.

First time and my last time going there. I went in on 11/1 for a pedicure. I came out with a an infection. When I called to let the owner (Ana) who did my pedicure she acted as if she didnt recall (I can prove that I had it done at her salon).I was dismissed. I did not even get a apology. The reviews were too good to be true. I regret coming to this place! Never again. One star is too many.

So I usually am not one to complain but this needs to be addressed. Ive come here a few times over the summer and they did a great job and I was pleased prices werent bad.. I had recently come back because I was in the area and I dont remember who exactly did my nails but as we started he asked me how long and I went to look about to tell him and he just started cutting really fast. Turns out one side was so much shorter than the other so he ended up cutting the other side to even them. I dont like short stubby looking nails and so thats what they looked like. I had also said coffin but asked them not to file them too much or else it looks weird on my hands personally. He starts cutting and filing and there not what I wanted complete opposite and were all so uneven so not only did he cut them to short they were all so uneven. He had an appointment walk in and he was very friendly with her and started rushing my nails even more. I was so dissapointed. I ended up still paying and tipping because that was the right thing to do. But afterwards I ended up going somewhere else the same day because they looked so horrible. Im very dissapointed and offended by the lack of work effort he had put in to do my nails. They also had my friend with a woman and she started her nails then her appointment came in and made my friend sit and wait for someone to be ready she was sitting for 40 minutes and then she asked them to just remove her nails and she was going to go somewhere else and than thats when they tried convincing her to stay but she was so unhappy as well and continued to follow through with having them take off her nails as well.

First time at this salon, just went for a pedicure. Anna was great. Id go back again for a mani too.

After searching for a new nail salon for a few weeks, I walked into V Nails and they were immediately welcoming and helpful. They have the most Nexgen or Healthy Nail colors around Boca/Delray and Deerfield Beach. Henry is the person to ask for and is always accommodating my pickiness with my nails. Anna does a great job with pedicures and Hally and Bo are the only ones I let thread my eyebrows. I recommend this place 100%.
