Immersion/IRC is without a doubt one of the highest quality settings in south Florida. I feel like their staff are genuinely invested in their clients and want to set their clients up for the greatest amount of success possible upon departing from their care. Have always recommended and will continue to do so.

If you or a loved one are seriously considering seeking help for substance abuse, do not go here. All they care about is money. The staff that you deal with on a daily basis the CA’s or whatever they’re called are great and phenomenal but unfortunately they are not the clinicians that run the place, that drive the fancy cars and look at you as a $ sign rather than a human being needing help. The fourth floor which of course is not mentioned on the website or over the phone to you when you’re asking about it, is for the luxury clients Who can have their phone, computer and do as they please in their room. Meanwhile everybody on the second and third floor are abiding by certain rules because we didn’t pay whatever fee they did. Hmm interesting I thought in addiction we are not unique. This place seems otherwise. Unfortunately the facility is gorgeous & food is great which is a great way to attract (lie) to new prospective clients. They will tell you anything to get you to the facility, and I mean anything. Choose wisely. Instead of dropping $20-$30,000, do yourself a favor go to a 12 step meeting today it is free, raise your hand and say I need help, the rooms will help you far greater than this place.

The Therapists, the Techs, the 12 Step Contacts, the Medical Team, are all A1!! The facility is super clean and comfortable. It always smells great in the hallways and in the offices. If your interested in starting a new happy, healthy, and productive life style this is the place that will get it done right and will help you to learn how to create a good and worthwhile life for yourself. Immersion pointed me in the direction of the Light and I was able to build up momentum in Recovery to drive me onward for the rest of my life. I have integrated into society; achieved my goal and have never felt better or been happier in my life! My future is bright and full of great opportunities! Thanks to the assistance of Immersion.

Immersion is a safe, clean, and effective facility with an amazing staff. I was a patient in 2018 and their care and attention to my recovery saved my life. The focus on aftercare was key. I recently had a personal issues and Andrew (Director of Operations) took time out of his busy schedule to help me. I cant speak highly enough about Immersion. They truly care.

Great staff that cares and the best 12 step approach I’ve encountered.

If you have a loved one going here, do not trust what they say. They left a friend of my daughters at the airport for hours before picking him up. Then the driver wasn’t sure which rehab they were going to. The intake woman asked my daughter if she drank on the plane. When she responded no, the woman said, “mmhmm” as if she thought my daughter was lying. The first night I spoke with a man who identified himself as the Director of the facility and he called one of her ideas “crazy”. I quickly pointed out that use of that word was not appropriate when dealing with someone who is vulnerable. He quickly apologized. We had a nice chat and then he told me I could call him any time and the number he was calling from was his personal cell.There are cameras in the rooms. One of the workers called her a “liberal” because she is from the northeast. Whatever prompted this comment is no matter, why should political view have any place in recovery? My daughter was asking for a transfer within the first 24 hours of being there but they wouldn’t allow it. They said to give it a day or so. They have a “blackout” period where they cannot call anyone outside of the facility for the first 7 days of being there. I don’t know what reason they have for this. I knew she was struggling but when I reached out to check on her, they said she was “settling in”. No word of her having any difficulties. The next day, my daughter called me from a bench on the street outside of the facility. Granted, she’s an adult, but when I confronted them about not reaching out, they claimed it was a sudden thing even though they just went through this list of things she had done. They blamed everything on her and then had nothing to say when I asked why they didn’t reach out to tell me she was having a hard time.Do not send your loved ones here. My daughter says everyone there is creepy. Every person I spoke to there lacked compassion. And when I tried to call the number of the guy from the first night who said I could call him “any time” he wouldn’t answer. As it turns out, he was NOT the Director of the facility as he told me the first night.

I had been to a few treatment facilities in the past. Immersion was the first to help me see that life is better without alcohol. I was there August/September of 2020 and am 10 months sober. Thank you Immersion staff❤️

I didnt review my experience.It was a nightmare, from the liar Gabriel to your low class techs!!You should profile each case differently. I was strip searched, like in jail.They took away my toothpicks, kindle& contact solution. Insane.Your nurse practitioner is a puppet with no compassion.The case worker smelled so bad, Marc. A kindergarten teacher is beyond his expertise.I could go on and on.Oh and the menu was a feast of chicken & more chicken.Anything else Im available now that Im good.After leaving the facility with no medication, I developed post acute withdrawal.Thank god for Mountainside in New York.They are everything you are not!!!

Family like atmosphere. Great environment, best decision I’ve made was coming here for treatment. I recommend this place if you’re serious about getting your life together with the help of similar and like minded people!

DO NOT GO HERE OR LET YOUR CHILDREN GO HERE. They almost let me die. Won’t answer calls or the door.. dropped me at a random hospital and let me sit outside for an hour waiting on a 10 minute drive. THEY HAVE NO HEART AND NO SOUL.... don’t let your kids go here they might die for an insurance check. ON GOD. Oh and I hope they read the Bible they stole from me. No clothes in Florida in sweats now :) these people treat recovery addiction and hard times like a joke

I completed the IOP program here and am very satisfied with my experience. The staff was professional and personable and the facilities exceeded my expectations. Immersion might have saved my life, if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be where I am today. In just a few short months I was able to turn everything around and learn more about the disease of addiction than I possibly could’ve imagined.The therapists are amazing, the staff is caring and top notch, and their implementation of the 12 steps into their program is extremely detailed and in depth. Immersion Recovery center truly changed my life. It taught me a new way to live a happy and fulfilled life. The staff is very knowledgeable about recovery and very understanding of the disease aspect. The house that the women live in is extremely clean and up to date. They teach you about the 12 steps and how to apply them to your everyday life. It was a life changing decision for me to go there for treatment. Its difficult to describe in words how grateful I am to have been referred to and to have completed the inpatient treatment program here at Immersion Recovery Center. I feel what sets them apart from other treatment centers is the staff. The vast majority (if not all) of the employees are in recovery themselves. They each possess a sincere passion for the 12 steps and profess the AA message with a refreshing and down-to-earth delivery...and most importantly, a SOLUTION.This program fosters a hands-on approach to recovery that requires vigorous honesty, extreme dedication and hard work from each client. I had personally struggled to get through a lot of this step work outside the program in real-life. Here at Immersion, the staff works closely with each client -- all the way from the top executives at the office on down to the techs at the residence...even the kitchen staff. All are willing, able and more than happy to help you find sobriety or lend an ear when in need.Please take note: this is not your average treatment center. Unfortunately, some of us are looking to dry out or get a quick oil change. For those of you that arent done yet, I suggest you not waste Immersions valuable time and resources. Awful! Mental health goes along with addictions and alcoholism. They dont focus on the underlying issue they just make sure you know how to comprehend the big book and work steps. But what about the real life stressors?! Sure you can go to a meeting or call someone but if youre manic or depressed, isolated, struggling mentally? Then what?! There is no foundation for trauma, mental health, coping or other methods. But hey the womens house may have netflix now. And if youre a smoker, youre in trouble you cant smoke until your back at the house. Honesty is the first step, dont bring people in if you cant help all struggles, be straight forward and say hey were taking your money for whats so freely given.

I enjoyed how immersion illustrated their program by providing information about their internal and external activities. The Website provides clear and direct steps to how the program works. I learned how to live a life free from drugs and alcohol.

This is by far the best rehab i have been to out of my many treatment centers. the support that they give you along with the plan of action actually makes recovery and being able to stay clean a real possibility and before coming to immersion that did not seem possible for me.

Groups were great and i loved getting through my 4th step i love you guys

This recovery center is my first and based on the help I have recieved and the care with which I have recieved it I left there with the confidence that it will be my ONLY recovery center. It is truly a practice what you preach program with a staff of loving knowlegeable and experienced ex-addicts that get IT. I highly recommend it to any one struggling with addiction who feels like they have tried everything.

In December of last year i wound up a Immersion Recovery Center. This was not a calculated move and i had little to do with it, well of course, other than having a hellacious and seemingly hopeless drug and alcohol addiction and the plethora of harmful behaviors that come with it. I didnt want to be there. Id been to treatment 4 times before, had been in and out of AA and for years, peppered with a few trips to the psych ward and countless hours with different therapists. So naturally, i was skeptical and suspicious of these people. Who were they to help someone as far down the rabbit hole as me? I fought and resisted with the last of the strength and will i had, because i was certain they had nothing new or useful to teach me. Ill stay 28 thats it. But here i am, almost 8 months later. Living in South Florida with my toddler. Supporting us. Sober. Truly okay. Ive always just wanted to know i was ok, that life was okay. I dont mean okay in the average, mediocre, sense of the word. I mean Ive found deep peace.I am so grateful to everyone who made my experience possible. Literally every single person who was there to help me and guide me, which in several instances was by delivering a rude but necessary awakening, had first hand experience of the misery and defeat i was feeling and had felt so many times before. They were honest with me. They were actually able to empathize. They broke down the false notions i had about recovery, and myself. It was painful. I fell apart, but they were there to love me and care for me and show me how to help myself, every step of the way. These people are competent. Theyre genuine. 8 months later, theyre still there to guide me. I kinda figured once i completed the program i was sort of on my own. But thats not how its been. People in every department are still in my life to different degrees, helping me help myself. Because thats what they do. Not because i was once a client, or because theyll get something in return, but because its actually who they are and they want to do it. Its seriously incredibly special (especially in this industry, lets be honest) for there to be a group of individuals working together, so hard and so well to help people suffering from addiction. It is remarkable. because of the individuals working at Immersion Recovery Center, i have a beautiful, genuine life. I am healthy. My daughter has a stable mother and a stable home. Words cannot express the magnitude of their effect on my life and of countless others.If you want help, you will find it here. They do what they do because they understand, and because they were shown a way out. Theyre simply passing it on.One of the most important lessons, and probably the one that made the deepest impact, is that truly kind people who just want to help you, and are able to help you, regardless of your past, do exist.

Immersion Recovery Center was exactly what I needed. Ive been through the steps before but didnt follow through & didnt take suggestions.Immersion is a mens 12 step program that forced me to look at myself and my past behaviors.The staff is 2nd to none and each staff member brings a unique perspective to recovery. It is hard to say which staff member I like most because all of them have their own style and appear to be recovered alcoholics / addicts - not in constantly in a state of recovery but recovered and truly content with life.If you truly have tried to stop using and cant or / and when you use have little control of how much you take, Immersion Recovery is exactly what you need.
