This place saved my life. More than just a business, the therapists, group facilitators and the techs go above and beyond to meet you where you are and to help you discover the life that is possible. The evolv adventure program reminded me that there is a world of beauty out there, I only need to get out and get in touch with it. Keith, Troy, Tamara and Chris have changed my outlook on life and myself in ways I could not have imagined. So grateful to have had that experience!

We have a son, Rob, 32, who was (is) a raging alcoholic. One of the best days ever just passed and I need to give Transformations Family Matters credit for saving his and our lives.We had a wedding a few weekends ago where Rob was the best man. We were a little worried that the temptation to drink might be too much. Not for Rob though. He passed with flying colors. We are very proud of him and happy for him.He also quit smoking a few months ago for my birthday. I told him it was the best present he could ever give me.He is very able to cope with life’s curves because of the things that he learned while at Transformations. I have no doubt that he would not be alive if he did not get the absolutely, positively correct treatment that he got at the absolutely, positively correct time when he entered the program at Transformations.I would be remiss if I did not mention Keith who stays in contact with me. I had a period where I was having great difficulty understanding some very important things that family members of an alcoholic need to know and need to understand about their alcoholic family member. Transformations is hands down the best recovery center I have attended for PTSD related issues. The staff truly care about the clients recovery, both mentally and substance addictions. The Unique Holistic approach lead by Troy, Keith, and Clyde have truly reinvented my thoughts and provided me the tools that i deeply feel will change my life in wonderful ways. The evolv program run by Troy and his sidekick Keith aka assitant director should be provided at every treatment facility out there. However, Troy would have to make exact duplicates of himself, to provide the same awsome and theraputic experience for all. The VA/First Responders program is a must for those in this community suffering from trauma related issues or substance addictions. I must also include the specialty programs such as RRT, Nerotherapy, and EMDR. The staff running these individual treatments are top notch and provided me with an outstanding experience. I recommend this treatment center to everyone and if you are a fellow service member or first responder this program is the best!

My experience at Transformations was outstanding. The staff was kind and extremely helpful. Every day I was asked how I was feeling, and I had the same answer: every day is a holiday. Do not go here. Do not send your kids here. There has been deaths at this facility that they cover up due to the medical staff having 0 idea how detox works on some drugs. They send them off to the rehab still detoxing. Which is absolutely insane. There was a death there a few months ago due to their medical negligence . There has been deaths because the person was not treated properly and died due to negligence. Do not go here. Please. To the medical staff; please learn how detox works for alcohol and benzos. ITS DEADLY!!!!!! Nobody should ever be leaving detox STILL DETOXING!!!! negligence completely. I swear you’d be safer detoxing on my couch and getting better treatment than this place. Typical money hungry and just want your insurance money. Horrible.

I went to Transformations for Mental Health help. I walked in a mess and in the darkest place I have ever been. The start of my stay was rough, but I kept pushing through the admin side, and focused on my treatment. I stayed strong, worked hard, participated as much as I could and with their help transformed back into a better women. The program and the types of therapy they have is top notch, and I feel better than I ever have. The therapy that helped me the most is what I call adventure therapy with Troy! The program EVOLV IS AMAZING! Why? This program shows the clients how to not only go and do activities but how to live! I was existing for years, not knowing what it would be like to feel happy, and know that I could challenge myself with new experiences. Without this program, I would not feel the way I am feeling now. I am home now just looking everywhere for adventure and new things to try. Thank you EVOLV for showing me how to live even when I am not feeling my best!!! It saved my LIFE!

My son recently spent two months at Transformations.He entered with a serious drinking problem . We were aware of his problem , it was far worse then we thought .He had the best of care there, they sent him home with the skills and mindset for success and recovery.Also addressed his medical needs.I received phone calls checking on my well being , he has been home for six weeks now , they continue to follow up on both of us .He is fully involved in his recovery, daily using the skills taught to him there .I cannot thank the team there enough for giving us our “son, brother, uncle” back .Today he moves to his own apartment and is working the 12 steps..I am so proud of him and have Transformations to thank .

My daughter is a client/patient there..I gave you a 2 because I dont really know how well she is doing there. She seems ok..The counselor calls me with a weekly update..but doesnt really say anything. Also, my daughter is epileptic..has been since she was a child..Your staff failed to give her seizure medication because it wasnt on her list..she has been taking it every day that she has been there and you should have been a little more aggressive in finding out why it wasnt on her list, because about 2 hours later she had a full on grand mal seizure and had to be transported to the hospital, with her family 700 miles away. Also the medication she is on is a step up step down drug and not one that can be abruptly stopped or started..Thank God the hospital gave it to her. And shouldnt she have been on seizure precautions on return to your facility? Because she wasnt. When she had her first seizure she was on seizure precautions and that was not a full on grand mal.I was told it was standard procedure after a seizure. Whomever your on call person that day has terrible people skills..she was quite rude to us when we spoke with her. You see she ASSUMED that the seizure was addiction related..she should have known her patient better..once she understood that wasnt the case and calmed her attitude and that my daughter nearly died on July 25th from a SEIZURE because she is EPILEPTIC and the problem is in her temporal lobe..she listened..So if I seem a little less than pleased about today..i hope you understand..if your employee treated us that way because of her assumption..how did she treat my daughter..and by the way.I called the counselor and asked for a call back..she ignored my request and had my daughter call me instead..under their supervision of course..I pray to God that my daughter comes home with a new outlook on life and has the skills and tools she needs to stay sober..She is one of the reasons I wake every dayI dont think you appreciate how serious epilepsy is..I am very unhappy with her medical care.

I have to be honest about our experience at Transformations. Unfortunately, despite the positive reviews, they dont produce results, or comply with their own policies. Their staff is wonderfully nice, but completely ill equipped. They claimed it was a long term program, and it turned out to be a 30-day program. They claimed our relatives cell phone would be locked in a safe and that the relative would only be given access to reference phone numbers under supervision - this was not the case, as our relative was able to go online, transfer money in and out of their bank account, and make Amazon purchases. They did not provide the family any supporting materials or preparatory sessions/information. The most devastating part; they claimed they wouldnt drop our relative off anywhere but at a sober house or with family, when in fact they simply discharged our relative into an Uber, which she took to an empty apartment and was abusing again within two hours. The most comical part was when our relatives therapist refused to communicate with the family (who already has surrogacy over the patients medical records) under the guise of HIPAA, which was inaccurate for a variety of reasons. Ultimately, our relative gained absolutely nothing from a program that received $28,000 to be nice to a patient in serious pain, for 30 days. If management would like to discuss the matter, they can easily surmise who wrote this, and they have all of my contact info.Update: I called and left a message, but never heard back.

Hi my 19 year old daughter is currently at Transformations. We have had nothing short of the most positive experience. From her therapist to her case manager to the technicians that deal with her everyday. I also want to point out that she has been there thru the holidays and Transformations does something special on Holidays for the patients. I highly recommend this facility if you or a loved is struggling with mental disease or substance abuse they are too notch!! Thank you Transformations for helping my daughter thru this most difficult time.

From a clients perspective this facility was very organized and professional. Comfortable setting and accommodating staff in all departments. Transformations was transparent and answered all questions my family and I had before, during, and after my stay. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I care about.

I cannot say enough about Transformations Treatment Center. I truly believe without them my adult son would be dead today. He had been in MANY treatment programs for the last 15 years but he’d be the one to tell you that Transformations is different. From the intake conference, the admissions process, the techs - everything was transparent and positive. They treated my son with respect and met him where he was in his life. Anna, his therapist was amazing and connected with him in a way that allowed him to map his life and see his triggers in a way he had never before. There was also great family communication and I felt that I could call them with questions at any time. I will forever be grateful to Transformations for saving my son’s life and putting life into his eyes again.

I thank God daily for Transformations Treatment Center for turning my sons life around!!!They are a wonderful and caring facility that really caters to Veterans and the VA pays for their treatment. I must admit that was one of the deciding factors in choosing Transformations but so thankful we did as they have an excellent support team for follow up to make sure their clients stay sober.My son just hit his 90 day mark but still receiving messages from Transformations just checking on us and making sure we are good, love this❤️Highly recommended!!

There are no words to express my sincere gratitude for all that Transformations has done for my family. I brought my loved one to Transformations Treatment Center, March 2016. The staff was compassionate, understanding and so wise to the situation. The family weekend was a life changing event for myself. It gave me a new insight on what I have come to believe, in which I was clueless about. This center transformed my love one and gave them strength, courage, guidance, knowledge and a new beginning to life. To my understanding, most if not all of the staff here has also been through the program and are giving back, this is so powerful to me. (step 12) Who better to help the afflicted then ones who once were. The weekend gave me much support and tools to help myself in this awful world of addiction. The family weekend gave me a new beginning on life also. Keith, who is in charge of he family weekend, lends much strength and knowledge to the families of the loved ones who are there. If anyone needs a Center to help, I strongly suggest Transformations Treatment Center. My loved one is 3+ years clean and sober, and she works her program, and for this I am thankful, and I too am working a program Al-anon, which Transformations informed me of.

I cannot say enough about this wonderful place. It is a clinically based program with a fantastic group of therapists and facilitators. They offer a wide variety of groups that help plant the seeds to live a life in recovery... Ways to create positive/healthy coping mechanisms, healthy communication, overcoming codependency, spirituality, and how understanding your default personality & what others are can help you in dealings with people throughout life. Obviously relapse prevention and addiction is thoroughly covered, but what they offer is so much more than that. They teach and inspire you to live a life with PURPOSE. I also had the opportunity to do brain mapping, EMDR, and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT, thanks Keith, you rock!). All were wildly beneficial. My most memorable times were the experential therapy outings we did through Troys Evolv program. I did sunrise swimming at the beach, sunset paddle boarding and snorkeling. These are intended to show you that it is possible to have fun in recovery! It was therapeutic and inspiring and taught me how important it was to incorporate joy into my every day life. Many thanks to their team, all the staff are incredible, from the techs to the higher ups, you all make a difference!!!

I cannot express enough gratitude towards Transformations and their staff.When I arrived on June 19th I was living (barely) on alcohol and borrowed time. Being a Veteran and my first time going into a treatment program, I was very uncertain about what my time there would be like.The Veteran support program they have there is phenomenal. It made me more at ease knowing I was there and going through the same problem as other fellow Vets. Carlos is a great mentor and made sure we were well taken care of. Clyde as well!I was a little skeptical about a holistic approach but, I quickly changed my tune. Between meditation, breathing exercises and other practices I was able to focus my attention more on my mind, body and self.By far though, the outdoor therapy activities such as paddle boarding and snorkeling with Troy and Keith helped tremendously. It allowed me to see how beautiful and powerful our Earth is. And what I had been missing out on for so long. I always finished with a sense of calm, but more importantly, a sense off knowledge and accomplishment.As for therapy, I was a little worried about having a female therapist. However, quite quickly, Caron worked her magic and I was able to open up and learn more about myself. Both past and present. Kudos to her for putting up with a self will run riot like myself.Transformations gave me the tools and confidence to carry out and further my sober journey. Almost two months have past since I left and I see no slowing down anytime soon. They helped give me back my life! And I am forever grateful! Came here in 2015 and had a wonderful experience. The housing is very clean and spacious. I love how they give you so many different options for groups. I still use the tools I was taught into my life today. The staff genuinely cares and went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend this place for those looking to regain their life back. My Son came to Transformations Treatment Center from Oregon, after a 6 year drug addiction that absolutely devastated our family. It wasnt his first treatment center, but it was his last. That was in 2017 and the support we, as co-dependant enablers, continue to receive from Transformations is immeasurable. We are forever grateful to God and Keith @ Transformations for the gift of healing. Im so thankful for this facility they save my son life..after many attempts to get clean here in Connecticut Transformation welcome him with open arms. Transformations was a wonderful uplifting and educational experience that addressed addiction on every level, mind, body and spirit. The therapists, facilitators and techs have been in recovery themselves and know 1st hand what every client is going thru. They incorporate AA, CA and NA meetings and impress upon everyone the importance of steps and sponsorship. I cannot say enough good things about this organization and the people they employ. You will be given all the tools you need, develop new friendships with fellow residents and become a part of the Transformations family as they stay in touch once you leave, checking in on you and making sure you have everything you need and offer help if so needed. I look forward to the annual Alumni gatherings. They taught me so much. The rest is up to me.......and you.

Transformations has been a top notch facility for my son. They truly care about each patients’ recovery. They are very structured and strict which is something the patients need.In addition they have an amazing Family Weekend where family members can not only come for a visit but also participate in several “classes” that teach about addiction, how the brain works, how an addict’s mind works, steps for recovery etc. As someone who really didn’t understand the disease at all, these “classes” helped me tremendously!I highly recommend this facility if you have a family member in need.

Three of my children went to Transformations. Yes I have three children that are addicts. It was a long road for each child and some completed the program as many as three times. However Transformations never gave up on them and helped me get them back every time. The drugs in my family went on for years from the oldest to the youngest. With the oldest going first then her two brothers eventually. I have dealt with near death and sometimes jail. But Transformations always came through for them. They had wonderful counselors and follow up care. For anyone out there needing help they are outstanding. My children went from detox to treatment, sometimes as long as 45 days and halfway. If you have a child dont think its over in 30 days because it isnt. Its a lifetime of work. It took them a long time to realize this but with Gods help, a lot of prayer and Transformations my children are all doing amazing. They continue to work the program because it works. My oldest has four years clean. The other two have several years as well. I give Transformations credit for saving the lives of all three of my children and I will always be forever grateful for them!!!

Our son had serious alcohol and drug dependency for many years. After being admitted into Transformations detox and treatment program his life has completely turned around. We are very happy to finally have a healthy and sober son back in our family thanks to Transformations Treatment Center.

One of the most misleading and untruthful facilities. This facility depends on marketing for those who are at the most vulnerable time in their lives. They hire phone bank clientele to tell those who are seekinghelp anything they want to hear. It was the worst mistakes my son ever made.

Everybody there from the counselors to therapist are amazing. My first time ever at anything like this. Three months later I am still strong. Find my coin today on my last day they gave me. Pretty amazing experience, I miss them all which is weird to say. Even the people that were there with me. I pray for everybody every night. Sobriety is a wonderful thing!

My name is Mike and Im recovering addict I went through Transformations just over 7 years ago. I was a shattered man at the time 32 years old and I had lost everything. Transformations was an amazing, facility. The staff made me feel very welcome and share their experience strength and hope with me and the made me feel safe and gave me hope. There were a variety of avenues for me to start my journey in recovery and the treatment that I got help me work through some deep seeded issues that had a great effect on my using. As the fog begin to lift I dug deeper into my therapy with my counselor and got freedom from those issues. Transformations saved and change my life I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs help and God forbid I ever had to get treatment again this would be the first place that I look.

My experience at Transformations was nothing short of amazing. They saved my life and I am now 6 Months Sober! They cared about me as if I was part of their family. Even after you leave they have multiple Alumni events so that you can stay involved and keep your sobriety top of mind. Number One Thing: You have to be willing to put the work in! There is only so much that the facility can do for you. They give you an amazing environment with all the necessary tools, but you have to put in the effort as well. If you do, and you are ready and willing, your life will change forever. I have already referred Transformations to many of my friends and will continue to do so. The process works!

I went to Transformations over 4 years ago, My 4 year sobriety date is July 25, 2013!! Transformations introduced me to Celebrate Recovery which is a 12 step program and the biblical meanings of the program. I found my higher power in God without Transformations and this program I would not be alive today! One of my family members spent 3 months at Transformations. They came back a new person, but always remember the treatment center is only as good as the addicts will to get better. Addiction is a life long battle. So thankful that this place was a starting point for a new l7fe for a person who really wanted to change his life. I would recommend this treatment center to others.My family member had insurance but they had to pay some money up front. We felt it was worth the money!!

It took me a while to surrender to the teachings of this Center. In the end it was because I did exactly that: I surrendered to the fact that I was powerless over alcohol and needed help and then I became willing....willing to go to any lengths to take the steps and find sobriety...willing to take directions...willing to respect that the professionals at this amazing treatment center knew what I needed from the very beginning. My life has changed, I am sober now, I am employed but most of all I am happy, joyous and free.These are the experts....trust them!

As a parent of an adult child who has attended the Transformations Treatment Center program, I found great support, understanding and knowledge from various staff, Kathleen and Keith, who are truly amazing. TTC has left a lasting impression on my son and me. It is good to know that God does not throw us away just because we are not perfect or because we have problems or challenges. TTC will watch over you and even brings others into your life to offer support. I thank TTC for their presence and top-notch service.

Transformations is a wonderful place that always put the patient and their families above everything else. They truly make a difference; they made a difference in my life. Their alumni program is like nothing I have ever experience. There is a sense of famliy, a sense of togetherness. Recovery is tough, but I do think that Transformations set me on the right road and Im forever grateful.

My daughter entered this place after being released from a mental health hospitalShe went to learn about her Bipolar diagnosis and self medicating with substanceThey adjusted her medications very quickly and she became manic and was sent to a mental health hospital she is now home but has she bad tremors as he is unable to brush her own teeth without difficultlyNot sure who is in charge of medication prescribing at this place but did a careless job

It will be interesting to see how quickly this gets removed. This place preys on desperate people, mislead me and my family during every possible step of this treatment, and provided such inadequate care that my spouse could not complete treatment. I sincerely doubt the credibility of any of the counselors at this facility (Florida location). I was assured throughout the process that my spouse would be safe but this was far from the case. I would never, ever recommend anyone that cares about the well being of another person to send anyone there much less volunteer to be there. I am in the process of filing a complaint with my insurance company to ensure no one else has to go through what we did with this tremendously unprofessional and profit seeking entity!

My first impression of this zoo is how can this place be affective? The reason I ask is this there are way to many clients for the treatment team to counsel effectively .case load was a joke the case load I was in ,you tell your life story that may work for some people but most very unlikely.caseload should be about what you are dealing with right now and into the future thats where you get the input from your pears on how to deal with those issues.telling your life story should be done with your sponsor 1 person not a group of people ,the big book states that.Now upon discharge dont believe for a minute that they have your best interest at hand.if you choose this place for treatment make sure you have a discharge plan in place before you discharge trust me .boys on this side girls on the other the last time I heard this prior to coming to this place was in grade school.very disrespectful ,we are all grown men and women so treat us as we are.

It was one of the best decision have ever made. I chose the Christian Path and had a wonderful experience. If anyone has an opportunity to come to Transformations, I would highly recommend it.5 stars all the way around!

I am professional in the industry working for a separate company from Transformations Treatment. We work closely together in order to fight the drug and alcoholic epidemic currently going on. I have nothing but the utmost respect for this facility and their staff. They are a leader in the treatment industry. There facility and clinical staff is top notch. I am proud to have friends that work for this facility. From top to bottom they provide ethical client centered care. I would personally refer friends and family to this facility!

My experience here was pretty awesome. It took some getting used to but these people truly care about your well being. most of them are addicts themselves so they can truly relate to you. They do their best to make sure you are as comfortable as possible and make sure you live in a clean environment and get the most knowledge on your road to recovery. Transformations treatment centre is a selfish money hungry place. They will say what the clients want to hear to get them in the door. My experience was awful. However, I will say the living quarters were nice. Everything from religious pressure to bad experiences with staff. I do not recommend this rehabilitation centre!

I entered transformation 619 2015 my sobriety date is 626 2015 I am forever grateful for all the fine people there they were all fantastic and I am thanking them all my life has been totally turned around and its never been better thank you all once again from my heart

If you have a loved one in this facility, do not expect to get any information on them from this place. In addition, they wont even allow some to call or get on internet, which means they cant pay there other bills. What a shame to get help for one problem and then walk out with another one (credit issues from unpaid bills)

My husband and I came to Transformations together with a terrible drug problem over 2 years ago. This place help saved both our lives in so many ways. I can not thank Transformations and all the staff for everything they have done. We have been sober for almost 2 1/2 years. My life is better then ever imagined. I can now love my self, be a wife, a sister, a daughter, an employee and a friend.

The counselors here were unlike any others I have known. Completely wonderful and gracious. I could not have gotten to where I am now without them

I went through phase 2-4 @Transformations. It wasnt always easy, but they provide a lot of support, rides to outpatient services, have a great staff, and make you feel welcome when you become an alumni. There was a lot of negative talk surrounding treatment centers in sofl, but the team at Transformations was great

This place is great the program works if you let it and they are loving and caring highly recommend this program for you or for a love one

I went here twice back in 2011. The facilities were outstanding and I liked that I had my own room. Most of the staff were in recovery themselves so they understood what you were going through. Classes were great and I met some life long friends here. There did seem to be communication problems as activities would sometimes change at the last minute and when people had special requests for things it was hard to get help, but I think they might do that just to help you learn how to cope with these types of situations in real life. This is basically a 30 day program, although you can stay longer, but the classes restart again every 30 days so youll be going over the same material (at least back then), so Id say the only drawback is that for me, and most people struggling with addiction, 30 days is not enough. I did get alot out of this program but ended up going to an amazing 6 month program after going here twice and was finally able to stay sober. But I would recommended if you think you just need short term rehab.

I will forever be greatful to transformations. The therapists and staff were wonderful and really helped me to get to the core of my issues and change my life. However, they are shaddy. They will send you a bill from their physician, and when you call to pay it your calling transformations directly. They had someone call me all the time saying that if I paid 1/2 of my bill in cash now, they would wipe the rest out. They continually called my parents asking them to pay my bills. They also have a tendency to have mass firing of their BHT staff. Recently, they fired everyone who made over a certain amount of money. People who had been working there for years and had been nothing but loyal, just to turn around and hire inexperienced people who they can pay less. How a treatment center who charges $1800 for a piss test that they process in their own lab could be in financial trouble is beyond me.

Wasnt the best of experiences Ive had, they decieved me into coming by sayingits just a 30 day program then later you learn your first 7 days dont count and they dont count Sundays either. I encourage everyone else that wants to go there to read everything they try to make you sign instead of scroll down and sign scroll down and sign. They will give u the runaround alot. One last thing is the apartments had bed bugs when I was there, so I left, so please inspect your rooms and make sure they have a recent report of extermination of the bed bugs. Groups were good I liked my therapist but thats it. Thats why I give 2 stars. Wasnt a good first experience for being in treatment for sure.

Transformations is the best.The staff is incredible.They axcept you as you are and make sure all our needs are met before we leave.My only problem is i fell in love with my theropist ( Leslie).I wish I could live at transformations.I will actually be applying for a job there in about7 months.Thanks agains transformations!!!!

They do more then just help a substance abuse problem, they help you learn to be a more independent person

Transformations changed my life. I came to South Florida scared and lost in 2013. With the help of TTC I was able to address my issues and continue my recovery, (sponsorship, meetings, fellowshipping, 12 step program), after graduating the program. Thank you TTC for being a stepping stone in my recovery!! I will have 6 years in April 2019 and I have a beautiful 8 month old!! Thank you God and TTC!!!

I was an intern at transformations and I am grateful that I got to learn from amazing and caring clinicians. Some of my best memories were working alongside Josh (PHP Therapist) and Monique (IOP Therapist). I always looked forward to my supervision with Dr. Maureen Esposito. She is just incredible and experienced. The clinical director Megan Garvey, is such an inspiration and role model. I definitely recommend this place to clients, families, and students wanting to get Hands-on experience in the field.P.S: the under 30 team rocks!!!

Terrible experience. They are all about the money They con you and youre family into thinjing you need to be in south Florida to get well. They constantly redirect issues or questions to other people myou never get a straight answer. The in patient beds especially at villa have bed bugs. Then at there so called halfway called integrity way for 2 months they neglectedy request to have an exterminator come and spray the place for Palmetto and ants On top of that it took Grant Lashley 3 weeks to get someone here and fix our air conditionerThey say there here to help you but when asked transformations and other workers are to lazy and incompetent to. There almost all in recovery so they are used to not taking responsibility for their actions. I went and helped get one of my good friends Into treatment and was seen with him. because hes In act e addiction I was told I had to leave there halfway They gave me 48 hour notice and just sent me to the curb with no other halfway or help lined up. They really dont care about you just youre money. Any family thinking of sending their loved ones to South Florida. Think twice. Keep them close cause when youre out of youre state and a company like transformations doesnt care about you you end up stuck not knowing where you are and just wanting to go home Transformations is a huge scam everyone please do youre research

I was a residential client at Transformations in 2016. Ive been clean for over 18 months now, and I give a lot of the credit to the things I learned there. The program works if you work it!

This was the best decision ive ever made in my life. If youre serious about your recovery, this is a great place to be. I went from pittsburgh pa. They flew me down within a day of calling. And flew me home. The facilities are top notched. Staff is top notched. It was very worth it. I live a happy fullfilled life now...because of transformation.

I am writing this review from my perspective as a mother who sent her child Transformations. I know a lot of parents are out here searching desperately for a good treatment center and rely heavily on these reviews.I sent my 24 year old daughter here back in May 2016, she is still there today, almost five months later. My first phone call to Transformations was answered by a young man named Rick. Rick was calm, willing to listen to all of my concerns and was honest in all of his answers. He was never judgmental of anything I shared with him, nor did he paint a rosy picture or give false hope. We both knew it depended on her. I was at my wits end when I finally called Rick to give him my daughters flight number. In total frustration I told him that I was making her pack the maximum number of bags that the airline would allow, I couldnt stand living with her anymore and she was not going to be allowed to return home. I told him you can have her! Without hesitation and in an very matter of fact manner he said, thats the best thing Ive heard all day, maam. He saw right through our situation and knew that I needed to let her go and allow her to figure this out for herself.My daughter chose to be on the Christian track while in in-patient, she thrived in that program. Her one-on-one counselor was Franca and she loved her! Franca kept in touch when needed but did not over-indulge my need to know about everything little thing she was doing. Looking back I can see that she was helping my daughter to set boundaries with me (I admit to being co-dependent and am still a work in progress. God bless all the counselors for dealing with us mothers!). It was frustrating at first but we are both reaping the rewards of it now.My daughter thought that the living arrangements were nice at in-patient, she shared a small apartment with other female clients and was responsible for maintaining the home, grocery shopping and meal planning. This was excellent practice for when she left in-patient treatment. The weekdays were spent at the treatment center (a separate building at a totally different address). The clients are taken to the center for morning meetings, taken back to their apartment where shed prepare herself lunch and then taken back to the center for afternoon sessions. Every weekend was spent doing planned activities, which she seemed to enjoy. Her only real complaint during the in-patient phase was that there were a lot of clients and it could sometimes feel chaotic and noisy. She tends to like quiet and spending time alone so this may not be a problem for all. She hung in there though, knowing that it was short term.When her time in in-patient was ending they took her on tours of different sober living homes she could live in to continue her treatment at Transformations (see their websites for the different phases of treatment, so far its spot-on with our experience). She chose a home that is run by a man named Joe, this man is an angel walking among us. He is patient, kind, has high expectations of the girls in the house and is not afraid of handing out consequences when needed. My daughter is growing and learning everyday under the care of the Transformations out-patient program, their counseling team, and Joe. She is taking minimal medication and has learned how to calm herself and go to sleep naturally. This may not seem like a big deal but trust me when I say that this is a HUGE deal. The doctor there really cares about her well-being and is not at all interested in over-medicating her, in fact, shes down to taking minimal prescription medications.I feel sad to see the negative reviews and am so sorry that their experience isnt at all what ours has been. Transformations has been a huge blessing to my daughter, not without its hiccups, but I guess thats with anyplace you go. After almost ten years in addiction my daughter is finally beginning to realize that a sober life can actually be fun. I would highly recommend this treatment center to anybody.

I have been a chronic relapser for the last three years. I honestly came in to Transformations thinking that I would just put in another 30 days and go through the motions and get out and do the same things. Within a week, I had gone to groups that I actually learned something that Id never heard before. I also had a change of heart and began to believe in myself again because of the supportive staff and therapists who cared so much about me; sometimes more than I cared about myself. I chose the Christian tract, and I am EXTREMELY grateful TTC offered it! I had been through some Christian programs but none compare to here. Whether you are a true believer or a fence sitter when it comes to Christianity or spirituality, you are welcome to learn. I felt no judgments and received full support from everyone I came in to contact with. I did not feel alone. I felt as though I belonged. What I put in to each group, I received ten fold. For someone like me who chronically relapses, I cannot say enough about this program. Haha- so much I that I got a week extension! I have never felt so at peace with my decisions to further in this program and feel that if it werent for Transformations Treatment Center, I would most likely still be in jail. Ive had more people challenge me during my stay than what I had ever experienced in all of the treatment centers Ive been to combined. Ive learned an immense amount about myself and plan to continue this journey; wherever God takes me!
